RE: Fair Settlement & these lies must stop

Date: 31 July 2008

Only you know what it is you want out of life, so ignore what others say and do only what feels right to you. Not everyone will be happy that you can no longer be manipulated but it’s not their happiness you should be worried about, only your own.

It is even more important than usual that you make a sincere and sustained effort to get along with the people you work alongside. You don’t have to like them but you do have to interact with them on a day-to-day basis, so be more accepting, if not forgiving.

I think the settlement for the fire insurance claim with Universal Studios is fair; they and Marsh can work out the details within that round figure. And I do no think Janet ever married Rene Elizondo not that she could have anyway, she was already married but I do not think a fraudulent marriage took place, it was all a rumor for whatever reason.  They post the divorce papers but no marriage certificate.  I can divorce anyone I please without first marrying them that does not make us married that makes us allegedly married.  It is all bullshit!

At some point you get tired of the lies man.  I mean since when does the son of Hector named Rene become a Jr.?   I am not going to itemize this; you already know where I am going with this.  With Janet it is always someone or something.

You read her bio and if you know better you know it is all lies, one lie layered on top of another, the whole thing is built on lies and she wonders why she was so unfortunate with bad publicity.  I was told if you told the truth you would not have to remember anything.  I think Janet has to remember so many things that she needs a playbook to stay on the (things) storyline.

Then there is poor me alone with nothing, while I have to read this shit every time I browse the Internet.  Janet and so and so over and over and you say “so ignore what others say” it would be easy if she would ever open her mouth, but she just plays along with it like it is something to be proud of, as like she has something other than a punk ass bitch.  I just have to say sometimes it wears me down.

I mean why Janet has to always have a boyfriend?  And what is with them going shopping together and shit?  You do not think I can get a girlfriend?  I choose not to out of love and for that reason I sat out of the picnic because I know SUS hires a lot of beautiful women, and it was not the place for me to be, because fine women are my natural attraction, but I chose to be professional about this, because I am spoken  for and proud of it, but Janet!

What is this type two diabetes a Gambino thing?  We have to cure this shit on the top of things to do.

Rene Elizondo a Fraud

Rene Elizondo a Fraud

When and where did Janet marry him and where is the marriage certificate.  How they get married in secret that can only be done by the Lord; and someone had to preside over this marriage.  Then there is the fact that he denied he was married to Janet in the Federal court of law.  Had he said he was married to her I would have taken the charge to trial and would have won because they were false charges.  And from the look of things he lied about his age not to mention his name, Rene Elizondo Jr.  I thought Hector Elizondo was his father.  All bullshit!  Look at this guy and Janet wants the world to think they were married, why I cannot figure out.

Ge 2:21 So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and closed up the place with flesh.

Ge 2:22 Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.

Ge 2:23 The man said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called ‘woman,’ for she was taken out of man.”

1Co 15:45 So it is written: “The first man Adam became a living being”; the last Adam, a life-giving spirit.

1Co 15:46 The spiritual did not come first, but the natural, and after that the spiritual.

1Co 15:47 The first man was of the dust of the earth, the second man from heaven.

The Universal Studios Fire Insurance out of Court Settlement

The Universal Studios Fire Insurance out of Court Settlement

I counter your counter claim and will get straight to the point.  Now you claim $25M in damages which is more in line with a fair fire insurance claim.  I accept your claim with conditions.

First of all, like all fire insurance claims there must be a deductible of 20% which brings your claim down to $20M.  Because the property was totally destroyed to rubble we have to assume that you’ll had a certain degree of negligence.  Therefore I say it was an 80% to 20% liability.  Meaning Universal Studios loses are an additional 20% for you liability for this fire and therefore your claim come’s out to a $16M payment in out of court settlement.

Furthermore I will add $1M making the payment $17M to the settlement to be used for full tour support for Janet’s Rock Wit Chu Tour.  I want the tour to go to Europe if that is what she wants.

Finally, once this tour is finished Janet is out of Def Jam and into Live Nation and I have a Template as to how I want this contract drawn.

Universal gets $16M out of court settlement after all deductions, Janet get full tour support and is released from Def Jam to go to Live Nation, Warner Music Group, MTV, and Parmount Pictures, in a complex multi-corporate agreement.  I think everyone wins some and loses some.  Basically Universal Studios recovers about 64% of the damages caused by that fire based on their books.  Marsh Insurance Brokers name remains good for making this settlement and Janet is happy.  I will research to find out your response to this offer.

The Tour & Business transaction

RE: The Tour & Business transaction

Date: 30 July 2008

You have never been shy about expressing your opinions and will go out of your way to make sure everyone is aware of what you like, what you dislike and what you have no time for at all this year. If you don’t write your own blog already…

…you have got to expect the occasional clash with those you love. It’s not that you might have harsh words that’s important, but that you follow them up with loving words when you’ve cooled down….

Exactly what is my net worth these days $50 billion?  I find this very disturbing, because I know what I am being held down, because I made the decision.  However the reason has been outlived.  I have some small business to take care of in Florida Janet is aware of it and it has to go through without being a burden to my current financial safety net.

I do not mine being treated like a poor man as an individual because you cannot miss what you never had, but when I have to count pennies to fulfill a business obligation I do have a problem with it and that is the case with this property transaction, I want my lawyer paid in full without it being mentioned to me again.  Janet knows what I am talking about it is a transaction between me, my uncle, a realtor and a lawyer.  I do not think I should have to dip into my safety net to do this because in an emergency, I will not be able to react spontaneously.

I think it is about time to add more tour dates and to decide if we are going to support the USO or not, I wrote an article about the startling suicide rate of military veterans today.  We are losing more men to suicide after coming home from war now, than we lost in the four wars combined from 2001-2004.  We lost 4,669 in those years we are losing over 6,500 per year now to suicide, even during Vietnam whereby it was twice as likely for veteran over a non veteran to commit suicide Vietnam veterans were only 1.7 more likely to kill themselves than non Vietnam veterans.  This is a national disaster.

The reason is drugs and feelings that surface in daily life over there that never go anywhere it stays in their minds.  These kids cannot even drink a beer over there because of Islamic religion, but they are hired hands to kill, but in Vietnam they were on dope because the enemy gave it to them.  These kids never get a chance to blow off steam and it is killing them.  They have to be sedated on occasion and blow off steam; I am trying to arrange for Janet to play for them in safe location and to have other stars to follow her, what happened to R&R in Hawaii somewhere for men in the war zone?

Finally I want Janet out of Def Jam ASAP and into Live Nation and Michael into Las Vegas with his brothers, this is no longer a request but a demand and like I said I want to support the USO and more tour dates posted ASAP.  When my uncle tells me do not worry about it, it was taken care of I will know the business transaction fell through.  It is no big deal!  Do it!

Veterans are killing themselves

Veterans are killing themselves

Over 100 veterans are committing suicide in American a day that is over 6,500 veterans per year.  The veteran suicide rate is not a new thing, it was found in a study in 2007 that veterans who served between  about 1914 and 1994 were twice as likely to commit suicide, own guns and use them on themselves.  But why is the numbers so alarming now?

A woman asked me how would, I react if I saw a friend get killed?  This is what young Americans face overseas in the Middle East today on a regular basis without understanding why they are there in the first place.  We have to wonder how the numbers went from 18 per day to 126 per day in a few short years.

Even after serving in Vietnam the suicide rate was only 1.7 percent higher for Vietnam veterans than non Vietnam veterans.  So why is the suicide rate so high now?

As sad as it might sound I will tell you the sad truth the answer is DRUGS, during the Vietnam War the enemy gave our troops dope, plain and simple.  Now we have young men facing death on a daily basis and cannot even drink a beer.  The morale is poor our troops begged for better entertainment to deaf ears.  When I was in the Army our motto was “Work hard and play hard.” These men are all work and no play and it is killing them even off of the battle field because it is too much to bear.

In Vietnam those guys were made numb; these kids are feeling every moment they spend in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The Solution: Use your imagination!  The motto is, “you work hard you should be able to play hard also,” give these kids a break, send them somewhere to blow off steam on occasion, it is that simple.

Family Structure

To: Janet

From: Paul

RE: Family Structure

Date: 29 July 2008

I just want to say something.  I do not want to have children to like me as much as they respect me, but I want them to love you and feel they can tell you anything and you can soften me up.  Even if I am soft towards them from the start, they do not need to know this; it is my job to maintain discipline.  Until they are adults I do not want them to think of me as a friend.

My goal in children is to raise people to run my affairs, if I am going to get beat be it from my children.  But if they are raised right they will be loyal to me.  I want to build a ladder through seeds.  I do not want children for the sake of making babies; I want to have children to carry on wherever I might leave off. I want to mold them to respect me and love you and love me out of respect for treating them good and fairly.  A child to me is not a fashion statement as in Hollywood; it is an investment that I bet my life on as I am betting on you with my life.

My daughters might find me loving but my sons will never think they can punk me even if I am 100 years old. As adults we can be friends in fellowship.

Love,

Paul

Promising Signals

To: President George W. Bush

From: Frank Paul Gambino

RE: Promising Signals

Date: 29 July 2008

(1) Opportunities will arrive at the most unexpected and inconvenient times this year, so you must be ready to move at a moment’s notice. The less emotional and physical baggage you have holding you back the better. The lighter you travel the more fun you’ll have.

(2) You may wonder if others are telling you the truth about what they are up to but you won’t know for sure until later in the week, so keep your doubts to yourself and, for the time being, go along with their plans. Chances are they are not up to mischief.

(1) I can dance to this music, I will not be possessive especially if it is I who is going home at night; my emotional bagging is a result of being apart.  My only extensive physical baggage is my home studio that could be made portable; I designed one for Janet, which includes a laptop instead of a desktop.  I am sure we can work together if the reunion is the case, but I will not count my chickens before they hatch.

(2) Sometimes it is not what you do but how you do it; I always believed Janet loved me, but my battle was for respect a woman is supposed to respect her husband and he is supposed to love her, even if at times it is tough love.  I did not like the bad publicity and disrespect towards me, I do not care if someone goes shoe shopping with her; I do not want that task anyway.  Like a coworker told me she will say 5 minutes but it means an hour or two hours, real men do not want to go shoe shopping with his woman.  But there are things I will do to show love and concern that does not mean I look forward to it.

Like changing diapers and baby sitting, I really do not do that shit, but if Janet handed me my child shitty what option do I have, if she walks out the door do I neglect my child of course not, but will I address this issue later certainly.  Diaper changing and baby sitting is punk ass shit, but it goes with the territory, you enjoy making the little monster then you should take part in molding a human being out of him/her.

A little baby my look cute, but they are little monsters they cry for everything and take your attention away from your woman and this shit goes on for years, I mean does it ever end even after adulthood?  I called that posting humor, but it was dark humor.  I do not know what kind of husbands like babies, love them yes, but the bottom line they are intruders the little critters take over the home.  I saw this shit in action.  Being a good parent will take commitment and discipline.  The reward is obvious!

All I ask of Michael is that he includes his brothers in the casino deal. This is what I wanted for Janet, but she will get her turn.  I think it is the right type of arrangement once we start making babies with a (S).  Like I said I will not be possessive as long as it is me who goes home at the end of the day even if it is to some demanding children, actually I want a family life, but I know with it comes a price, but I am not down for that punk ass shit we will hire a nanny or two, build a nursery  and the nine, we will do this like rich people.

Michael in Negotiations – Michael Jackson Vegas casino a thriller of a concept

Michael in Negotiations

Michael Jackson Vegas casino a thriller of a concept

Pop prince Michael Jackson has been thrown an economic lifeline, which could untangle his messy financial fortunes and simultaneously land him new concert dates and even, hard to believe, his own “Thriller” casino!

Once again you’re all saying I’ve lost my marbles and daydreaming in 96-point Gothic Bold headlines! NO! No less an authoritative voice of respectability than the prestigious Wall Street Journal is weighing in with the breathless monetary minutia. Better still is that both the New York Times and United Press International followed up with their “Chronicles of Colony Capital.”

Colony’s founder, Thomas Barrack, is the major shareholder of his financial equity group that also owns our Las Vegas Hilton -– where Elvis Presley used to perform! Luxe Life had reported that Michael, about to turn 50, was in danger of “crushing” under the $23 million weight of debt he owed hedge fund Fortress Investment Group secured by the cash-strapped notorious Neverland ranch. Barrack and Colony paid off the debt and now have admitted they are in negotiations with the former “King of Pop.”

Says Barrack: “We bought the note. We’re talking about refinancing Neverland, recapitalizing Michael in addition to discussing other business opportunities and mutual interests.” Even Michael’s spokesman confirmed the talks: “We’re moving forward and looking to do some positive things in the future.”

Writer Ethan Smith claims that Michael now lives 60 miles from the Vegas strip in a rural compound in Pahrump where he has a home recording studio and is home-schooling his three young children. I’ve learned he’s getting ready to release two new singles this August and September and he’s currently finishing them and promised he’ll even make some personal appearances to promote them, one of them would be right here in Vegas, just off the Strip.

More intriguing though to us than all the “dance of the suits” is the very real possibility that Barrack and Colony have convinced Michael to make a serious show-business comeback –- and the WSJ states, obviously from its deep well-informed sources, that they are urging Michael to emerge from his holed up state to stage a residency performance at one of its gambling or entertainment properties! I last met with Michael in the Wing Lei restaurant at Wynn Las Vegas, where he plotted a comeback with American Idol Simon Cowell’s British entertainment partner, mogul Simon Fuller. He agreed to perform a 10-night run of shows at the W2 arena in London but backed out later. However the unexpected strong success of his 25th anniversary edition of the Thriller album may have sparked his desire to work again – although the number wizards point out that his share of SONY/ATV Music Publishing, which has the Beatles library, is worth over $500-million.

Knowledgeable sources say Michael has been presented with three choices for his comeback: a) a specially built theater at the Hilton, where he would appear on a similar long-term, commitment as Elton John or even Barry Manilow at the Hilton; b) a show built around all of Michael’s hits similar to Cirque du Soleil’s show Love, which is built around the Beatles music and c) a high-profile charity concert that would promote a new Thriller casino that Colony would develop from Michael’s 10-year’s worth of ideas. One or all of these would be blockbusters although there are skeptics. One former Jackson business pal commented: “Much will be talked about but nothing will ever come to pass because Michael simply doesn’t have the strength, stamina and dedication for such a big commitment.”

The New York Times said no deal was yet in place but UPI reported that Michael is seriously considering the long-term Vegas gig. It’s also interesting to note that Colony is also a major shareholder in the Station Casinos chain – and Luxe Life reported more than a week ago UFC president Dana White promised a startling development with his furious fight league. Yesterday he confirmed that Station Casinos co-owner Lorenzo Fertitta was resigning as president of the gaming company to become chairman and CEO of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Michael was a guest of the UFC at its most recent MGM Grand battle.

Luxe Life will keep you posted on all developments in the ongoing saga of both Michael and the new face of the UFC!

A Middle Ground with Michael

A Middle Ground with Michael

Tomorrow I would like to discuss a possible stay for the Jackson Five at a Las Vegas Casino.  It is obvious Michael does not want to tour, so I think a middle ground is a one or two year stay at a casino performing 3days per week or about 100 to 120 shows per year.

It will be like a regular full time job, there will be no traveling required and it can be lucrative.  While at the casino he can do a movie filmed at the casino as a gangster or something.  I do not think that is asking too much.

We need to adjust the system

To: President George W. Bush

From: Frank Paul Gambino

RE: We need to adjust the system

Date: 28 July 2008

Don’t set yourself too many goals…this year because you will achieve more in the long-term if you react to events rather than try to make things happen. Each new day will bring new opportunities to excel – all you have to do is take them.

A habit or routine that has been helpful to you in the past is now holding you back and the sooner you replace it with something more up-to-date the better. The planets will make it easy for you to change your ways but the decision must still come from you.

I take it I need to be more opportunistic which has been the case of lately and I need to upgrade my means and forms of communications.  Both I can take to a new level, I could create a web page they are not that expensive and I could hide behind it, but I made a name for Frank Paul Gambino and he has number one authority, but a web page would be a slick way to promote an idea of two, do polls and so on.

I think I should get back to focusing also on contemporary issues concerning not just black people but all people, I mean we have a lot of unaddressed or uncompleted jobs and/or issues.  If we can just finish booking Janet’s tour and get her a decent contract and setup Alicia for the future down the road, I think I could do less research on Janet’s issues and research issues of the contemporary nature.

I need to actually meet with people and I might start allowing responses to my postings, because I need feedback.  We have to negotiate on the issues, but the procrastination has to come to a halt.

Simple things like booking the USO leg of the tour and a few more cities in the United States and getting full tour support for Janet Rock Wit Chu Tour are not things that takes a rocket scientist to accomplish and it just takes a little effort and initiative.

The bottom-line is we have to improve my means of communications and I might have to go underground on certain issues and come to the top on others not being addressed currently.  I personally think it is about time for me to come out of the shadows.

Oh!  Michael’s number one fan on the Internet said, Michael does not owe anyone anything and he does not have to go on tour if he does not want to and if he wants to be a father that is his choice.  Michael goes on tour, we have too much unfinished business, so he needs to start getting in shape to go to work.  I do not know who that girl thinks she is.  We have money that has to be collected.  After this run if he and wants to retire from touring fine with me, but at the time we have too much unfinished business and this is not bad advice or selfish pressure it is a business decision for us all and he is a part of the team.
