The way I see it Jermaine Dupri is an impediment to the investment by Live Nation in the production of this tour and to Janet’s personal life and professional life.  I do not think he should be allowed to travel with this tour and I think Janet should have enough sense to realize it is not the show that needs to be cutback on but the partying.  Either she wants to make money and enjoy her fans for the night and call it the night to get ready for the next show or she needs to call off the tour and let everyone count their losses.  Is it a party or a tour?

 

Janet needs to drink plenty of water after each show and she will reduce in weight and not dehydrate.  Alcohol to include beer dehydrates you, so if you do a show and lose water weight and then drink on top of this you are trying to kill yourself.  Heat exhaustion can lead to a stroke and it is not the job that is killing Janet it is the personal life after the job.  She has to decide which is more important acting like a kid and partying or doing her job and getting paid and having something at the end of the tour to show for it, like a lucrative contract.

 

Janet Cancels Second Show

                                                               

Word is Janet cancelled a second show just prior to performing in Montreal last night and was under observation at the hospital.  From inside information there is nothing to be concerned with, she has suffered from dehydration as a result of losing a lot of water weight prior to the tour and her strenuous tour schedule; the quick weight transition of losing too much water weight too fast resulted in dehydration.  It looks like the East Coast Leg will be on schedule as long as she drinks plenty of water after being released.

 

Janet was released from hospital and had complained about exhaustion during tour.  Dehydration will cause heat exhaustion when working hard as she has been working.  At her stage in life you cannot party and drink alcohol after losing several pounds of water weight to prepare for the tour and then continue to lose 3 to 5 pounds of water weight every other night and not replenish the water losses.  At some stage in life we all have to grow up.  By the way Jermaine Dupri is not the solution but the problem!

I am in a responding position and therefore find it very hard to be proactive, due to financial constraints my movement is restricted and people only listen to me after they screw up.  Like Janet should have never signed with Island Def Jam and I offered her a lucrative contract prior to her signing and this bailout should have never been necessary I request legalized casino gambling and the control over the OTB in New York with a promise to balance the states budget.  I told the world AIDS was cured in 1991, 51 million fatalities later the idea that just maybe he is not crazy is just starting to resonate. People do not listen to me until they are without a choice, so my proactive ideas come across as reactive responses, but that does not make it factual it may mean that I have to sometimes create screwed up situations based on the natural progression of the way it is already.  They force my hand!

Funny you mentioned fraud.  I receive an e-mail allegedly from Propellerhead the makers of Reason 4.0 Music Creation Software.  It is no secret that I use Reason 4.0 along with Acid Pro 6.0 along with Adobe Audition 1.5 and Cubase SL-3 and a few VSTi and VST Effects and other programs sparingly.

 

So I get this e-mail about a Producers Conference at Legacy Recording Studios, Studio A509 on 38^th street in Manhattan.  An old acquaintance from Queensbridge was holding it we call him Marley Marl.  A few old school producers were to attend; it was to be held on October 4^th 2008 @ 9:30 am.  The cost was $35; I was all for seeing an old friend and they said LL Cool J would be there.  There was a catch to buy the ticket they wanted your credit card information and the certificate was not verified my Explorer.  I wanted to go to this so bad that I thought about giving up that information, but I was defrauded before.  I know Reason well and probably would have shared as much information as I would have received, I admit I am no expert in practice but have a lot to share on the subject of music software applications.

 

To make a long story short, I said, why would LL Cool J come here and he has to perform in North Carolina that night?  And I work in the area so why cannot I go and buy my ticket cash money?  So I called Legacy Recording Studios and it turned out to be a scheme.  So your warning are probably a few days late.  People man like the post looked so real!

The fans of Detroit will have wait a little longer, for the Rock Wit Chu World Tour.  The show has been postponed until October 28^th, 2008 @ 7:30.  The reason given was “production constraints.”  Janet and LL are reported to be in good health.

Have someone write the invitations using Janet Jackson Rock Wit Chu World Tour Letterhead, on letter size photo quality paper 8 ½ by 12 inch paper in color (They get 3 each per college).  Just change the headings to suit each individual college.  Therefore you need to print about 200 invitations.  Invite them and explain the rules to the lottery and the 25% of SRP and bus service for the safety of the students.  Have them hand delivered by 12pm today Monday the 22^nd to the proper personnel at the colleges, by a local messenger service.  Also fax and e-mail the notice and call them so they know it is coming

 

They have until 12pm Wednesday the 23^rd to respond and will receive a response by e-mail and or fax by 12pm Thursday the 24^th from us and all sales are guaranteed up to Friday 12pm the 25^th at which time we will open to public sales at 1pm Friday the 25^th, we want the weekend sales this time.  You can hire a local advertisement firm if necessary but I think we can handle this ourselves.  Promote it on radio both commercial and at the college radio stations.

 

Give the colleges, Universities and Military Installations limited reproduction rights of invitations.  You could give them full rights it would be free promotions, they will make a bunch of the invitations and circulate them.  You make this call, in any case this will get the invitations to the location quickly because you can e-mail them and they can print them for the military and student body.  Say full reproduction rights to military personnel, dependents and the student body.

Known as the Palace is an entertainment and sports setting and the home of the Detroit Pistons. With a seating capacity of 23,000 for an end stage setup which is the setup for the Rock Wit Chu Tour, the Palace holds a big crowd.   Because of the location it is known as a good concert venue.   Auburn Hills, Michigan is in Suburban area with a population of about 49,000 people on the near of Metro-Detroit.

 

Detroit is the largest city in Michigan with a population of about 1 Million and is the 11^th largest city in the United States, however Metro Detroit which is often referred to as Detroit is a metropolitan area of about 4.5 Million and the Detroit-Windsor area a major commercial link between Canada and the U.S. border has a total population of about 5.7 Million.  The Urban population is about 4 million.

 

A famous nickname for Detroit is Motown for Motor Town, because of the huge automobile manufacturing presence.  The American Auto Industry is in a critical time, but is bouncing back and is trying to regain its perception as makers of quality cars.  They make good cars not but all Americans are not totally convinced because of past experiences when American auto makers became arrogant in the auto market as the foreign car makers continued to improve.  Detroit is actually a city making a comeback.

 

Janet Jackson and LL Cool J will perform at the Palace of Auburn Hills on Saturday 27 September 2008 @ 7:30pm.  I think the concert will be good for the city and will give the city more national exposure if properly marketed to be inclusive of the American Auto Industry whom I think should co-sponsor this event with the help of Clear Channel Communications.  I think if any concert should get national exposure through the Associated Press it is this one.  Metro-Detroit must rebuild its perception as the one and only Motown.  And Janet owes Motown a shout out because this is where it all begun the Jackson Dynasty.

Remember we get part of the Music Producer Money, which will cost a total of $6M leaving $34M, so we want to produce half of the music, bringing it back to $37M.  We Executive Produce the SACD out of the $37M.  We hire a mouth to retransmit what we want said and own our own studio, next is the record label and we sign Michael Jackson to a similar deal minus the record label goes to us.  Our pay comes from our SACD Studio being used for production.  We get 25% of our publishing and Clear Channel Communications get 75% of the publishing before we give up another 75% out of the 25% to Warner Record Group.

You will be a 25% holder for $12.5 Million.  Michael will be a 25% Holder at $12.5M and 50% of the 50M or 25M burnt SACD is open for grabs.  It will cost Warner Record Group $2.00 per above costs of SACD from us.  Our job is the sell 50M copies @ $5.00 above costs.  We make our $40M plus $12.5M on 50M sales.  This is negotiable.  50M @ $5.00 above costs = $250 million made in profit.

 

Each SACD will be between 69 minutes and 73 minutes with about 17 songs very few interludes, plus we will release 1 song to 2 songs per year in singles.  Warner Music Group can exploit them for free and will have to deal with Clear Channel Communications on the split on the profit.  If possible we give CCC exclusive rights to airplay or co-ownership with Warner Music Group of all publishing rights.  So we want $10M from Clear Channel Communications for predetermined amount of airplay of your music made after the beginning of this contract for 20 years.

 

So far we have $40M = $12.5 Million on a $12.5 million investment = $10M for royalties shared.  Music brings in about $62.5M before touring by 2020 on an 11 year contract.

 

We want our royalties back after 10 year of the expiration of this contract or about 2030.

 

Live Nation Tour Production

 

We get $40 Million for two tours and a stay at a Las Vegas Hotel and Resort.  We will call this and half of a tour unless  we have super success.  Times are hard now in America and Live Nation has to get paid.  Each tour will have an USO Leg and be International.  We guarantee at least 2 tours and at least two years on the road and 18 months at casinos.  However we are not limited to this economics and recording hit status can dictate more travel and therefore more money.  We will stay with them for 11 years.

 

This is $40M plus tour support, we do not get tour support from Warner Music Group, we get it from Live Nation and radio airplay from CCC we are @ about $102 Million.  Plus $40 Million or $10 Million per movie over 11 years plus we will do cameos.  We will do 4 to 5 movies for the $40 Million.  This comes out to $142M, you can add $10 with CCC to bring it to $152M.  We will write our own screenplays.  

 

For $50 Million over 11 years you can have 10% of Gambino pharmaceuticals which is the cure to AIDS, which makes you a billionaire.

 

The quick way to get the contract is to sell 1% of your 10% holding of Gambino, it is worth over $150 Million over the long term.  Over 43 million people are infected, over 51 million died and there are 5 billion potential victims.

 

A Win or Win Deal for both sides

 

You cannot get a better deal anywhere.  I figure I will keep 25% and selloff the other 55% of Gambino Pharmaceuticals.  Actually I am giving it to you because the money will come in faster than to make payments on the stock.  The stock pays for itself with dividends.  Soon as the release to AIDS is made and the stuff is licensed to be manufactured and distributed it becomes a milking cow bigger than Windows Operating System.  You can sell 1% or 2% for the contract, give 3% to family and keep 5% and diversify.

 

The two agreements are all paper, your bet is on entertainment, you get no more than your earning power, your insurance is the cure to AIDS, we cure AIDS they get paid and in return pay you the contract as written

While I was working overtime to make Janet a billion dollar contract she was running around New York City with Jermaine Dupri.  I realize I have no friends even Ice-T showed up to the party.  So what is there to settle or with who?

 

I have no family, Mafia, Crips or Bloods and there is no Church as far as I am concerned.  My only value to the world is they need me for the cure to AIDS.  That is the only card I have to play.  There is no wife or family, there is only a pipedream.

 

So I am going to make it easy on the government and let them settle with me for $100 Billion and the hell with the Mafia, Crips, Bloods and the Church.  Give the money to Obama for social programs that is all black people want and is good for anyway, money to be consumers.  Janet and Jermaine Dupri can find a new record deal together they make bad team in my opinion, but love is blind, I know from experience.

 

I am not angry, in fact I am warm, but reality is setting in now, I see beyond the blinds put before me.  John Junior can spend his life in prison. The Mafia can sell their drugs and rackets, the Crips and Bloods can do what they have been doing for a living and the Church can praise the lord of never and claim he died for their sins and people can continue to die at about 80 years of age, but separate me from this world, I want no part of it anymore, build me a nuclear place of safety  and a few people to keep me company and I will be happy and not feel cheated out of my life.  I was rejected for the last time.

Janet Jackson and LL Cool J will perform in Chi-Town/Chicago on the 25^th of September at the Allstate Arena.  Janet was recently released from the poor supportive label of Def Jam at her request.  And LL Cool J made his last album with Def Jam called Exit 13.  Both are looking to sign with Live Nation.

 

Janet is and has been in negotiation with Live Nation in a lucrative deal with insurmountable compensation that goes beyond just entertainment, but includes a record label.  Maybe Janet might sign her brother Michael and LL Cool J.  With Janet you never know.  So be at the show and celebrate the new release.  Be aware the name of the tour may be subject to change.
