Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano apologized to veterans in a FOX News Interview after a Department of Homeland Security report labeled  troops returning from Iraq and afghan at high risk for being recruited into right wring extremist organizations.  It was a terrible and divisive thing to say.

 

Just what is a right wing extremist?  I will tell you, people like neo-Nazis, Klansmen, Neo fascists, the religious extremist and the list continues.  The basis of this profile is basically the economy, but I think it goes deeper into the psyche or the mentality of the people who are joining the military in the first place in these times of war in an all voluntary a military.    It is like the Obama Administration is saying who gave these Hillbillies a gun in the first place, now with nothing for them to come back home to we have a new problem?

 

The Military is about 82% male of that about 61% are white males and it would be deductive reasoning to assume that many of them are being targeted as potential right wing extremist, which in my opinion is divisive, because on the contrary they should come home to a heroes welcome, be offered priorities to new Federal and State jobs, given job training and psychiatric and medical care, because it is reasonable to assume many of them will be damage goods as are many war veterans and veterans period.  But it goes further; the Obama Administration went as far as to try to discourage these new veterans from even going to the VA Medical Centers, by introduction legislation to make their personal insurance reimburse the VA for services, which was shot down.

Manslaughter is the killing or cause to death of a person without a pre-meditation or intention to kill or cause death, whether voluntarily or otherwise…

 

In the criminal law, a conspiracy is an agreement between two or more persons to break the law at some time in the future, and, in some cases, with at least one overt act in furtherance of that agreement.

 

There are reports from several sources that Dr. Conrad Murray is under investigation now and it is being considered to charge him with Manslaughter.  This would simply make him a fall guy of a much larger scheme.  Michael Jackson was isolated from many who loved him and had several handlers who had to know what was going on.  Perhaps Dr, Murray did not intentional kill Michael but he intentional broke the law knowing the risk factors he chose to play God and his team of managers and handlers also had to know what was going on and this constitutes a conspiracy, because more the one person agreed to break the law.

 

As I said before Dr. Conrad Murray has to be arrested as soon as possible even if it is for an unrelated charge.  This is for his protection because he also can be found dead.  I mean look how the government mistreats John A. Gotti and hold him on false charges months and years at a time after he made a deal with the government on racketeering charges, because they know they are holding him for ransom.  Here we have a real RICO Act case with Billions on the line and it is being played down as a lone stupid doctor, doing something stupid, to be portrayed as the lone fall guy as business continues as usual.  But remember where the government stops vengeance is the Lords.  This is bigger than Dr. Conrad Murray it was a collaboration of people who had influence over Michael’s life.  There will be a domino effect!

The word is the Jackson Brothers plan to perform at a couple of tribute concerts the day of and the day after Michael Jackson’s birthday being August 29^th and 30^th of 2009.  It is supposed to be a major event with a host of stars.  It is not certain if Janet Jackson will participate in these shows, because of scheduling conflicts; she is currently working on a new movie, “Why did I get married too.” 

 

Rumors are swirling that she wants to be independent of her brothers and for that reason she will be a no show.  Janet loves her family and is devastated by the loss of her brother Michael Jackson.  And there is nothing further from the truth than her not wanting to lend a helping hand to her brothers at such a tribute.  However with her current commitments she and her management feels she might not be able to put on the best show possible as she is committed to doing her best at whatever she does.  Nothing is written in stone at this point.  Will Latoya show up?

 

The Michael Jackson saga continues to develop.  Like I suspected this may be a case of murder.

They say Michael Jackson’s estate is now worth $500 Million, the estate tax is at death value of the estate and not the surge after the fact.  Maybe he was worth $200 Million at death and gained value?  Than the death tax is based on $200 Million and not $500 Million?  So it is really possible for the estate to pay about $85 Million in death taxes and walk away with about $500 Million when the dust is settled.  There were no state death taxes in California at the time of Michael death.

 

Everyone who has been following the Michael Jackson saga knows interest grow immensely concerning Michael after he died which is sad but true and his assets gain value almost immediately after his death.  It is said that the temporary executors are making deals worth tens of millions of dollars to the beneficiaries of the estate and is going to turn the deed to the Encino Mansion over to Mrs. Katherine Jackson and the stipend would be in addition to that, which is more than $3.5 Million, but still controlling.  I mean Mother Katherine did not say she was homeless she said they needed money.  But I guess it is all good, if the stipend is about the amount they are accustomed to the maintenance of their living standards which is a term (stipend) I understand to mean non taxable income.

 

I know these are tough times for the Jackson Family to have to deal with business at such an intensive level using good judgment as they start to realize Michael is not coming back.  Hopefully when all is settled they will have time to truly weep.

I am just curious about something and will be straight to the point.  They say Michael Jackson owes about $80 Million in estate taxes known as death taxes.  This mean he has about 10 months for his estate to pay this to the federal government.  This also mean that Michael’s estate exceeds a net figure of a minimum of $3.5 Million, but more like $200 Million after debts are paid.

 

In his Final will they are now going by it requires that his debts to be paid prior to his beneficiaries are to receive their settlement, which is a very good protection mechanism.  Here is my question why are they being offered a stipend while all the wheeling and dealing takes place to settle the estates debts, when the death tax exempts $3.5 Million from taxes.

 

Here is my point if they owe death taxes his estate exceeds $3.5 Million net after taxes and other debts.  Therefore Michael’s child and his mother who are the beneficiaries already have $3.5 Million that belongs to them minus 20% to charity.  This comes out to 40% to the children and 40% to Mother Katherine or $1.45 Million to the Children and $1.45 to Mother Katherine and $600,000 to a charity to be held in escrow.  I might be wrong but I doubt it, the Jackson Family has a RIGHT to $2.9 Million immediately after it is established Michael owes even one dime in estate taxes, because it is therefore established his estate exceeds $3.5 Million after all debts are paid.  They (the court) has no right to withhold this money from this family.  And Katherine has the right to do with her share of the money as she pleases this is about control and it is wrong

Janet Jackson has been in the business for over 25 years, singing, dancing and acting and Paula Abdul was her choreographer and a close friend back in the day.  Sometimes I wonder what happened with that relationship. Maybe Paula can coach Janet into replacing her on American Idol.  That would be a professional way to move on.  So who is a better replacement that will maintain the old dimension and add a new dimension and bring in a new attraction?  Janet is much respected in the industry; known for her shyness and business savvy which I think will be challenged by Paul who is very aggressive.  I think when Janet finally challenges Paul it will turn heads in a real life reality show drama.  I think all of this can take place without taking from the purpose of the show to find new talent and the next American Idol, will be ready for the world of entertainment if Janet has any say about it.

 

I think the already spectacular show will have a resurge of viewers as people will be curious as to the added dimension Janet will bring as she will bring on her huge fan base into regular viewership.  I am not saying this because I am huge a Janet Jackson supporter, but because I know for one I would start watching American Idol more if I knew she was on the panel, not to take anything from Paula I support her also (Nasty Boys – What have he done for you lately?), but Janet is to Paula what Prince is to Morris Day (Purple Rain) a similar package but filled with more goodies.

I think Janet Jackson’s work is worth listening to; it recaptures the vintage Jackson and is worth releasing for radio or even as a bonus track on the new CD.  I think she should do a song or two with him, he has a good sound check him out. There are other great songs to be heard on this web site.

They spent $4 Million dollars to protect the city during a huge event, not to protect the event be that understood.  The Federal government wants an estimated $80 Million dollars in estate or death tax money.  Michael gave over $300 Million in charitable donations and I have not data on the taxes he already paid prior to the death tax to be imposed against his estate.

 

In all reality who is coming out way ahead?  The memorial service went smooth and every dollar invested to bring about these results was well worth it.  The question is not was tax payers money misappropriated, but is the death tax a misappropriation of government.  The question is does the copyright act of 1909 supersede the last will of Michael Jackson and negate the rights of these false executors to rape the estate and pay unconstitutional taxes to the federal government out of copyrighted material. 

 

Remember the last will has not been found valid yet and the arrangement is temporary and the death tax may well be repealed.  In such a case there would be a case of possible misappropriation of tax payer dues, but as it stands to say such a thing is purely shameful.  After all he gave and is still asked to give to the country and the world to insinuate that money was misappropriated by any standards is disgusting.  And let us not forget that the state of California is receiving 10% of the Federal Government’s stimulus package of $787 Billion or about $79 Billion, which 1% comes from Michael estate and the $4 million for the memorial service comes to a trivial amount like what 0.05%.  California needs to just legalize their marijuana and stop acting like a petty panhandler.  Because you obviously do no know Michael Jackson’s fans!

Living to 150 years old has become closer to reality as researcher found the fountain of youth.  Check out the video and think about the implications it will have on life on earth and every industry to include entertainment.  I always said if we can make it to 150 years of age now in 100 years we may well make it to 300 years of age and the life expectancy can continue to rise.  Can you imagine all the best act competing at their own prime year after year.  The issue would however become how to control the growth of the world population once diseases are cured.  Space Travel may be the answer?
