FADE IN:

INT. A SMALL PUB — DAY

PAUL WALKS INTO THE PUB, AND HE NOTICED A FEW MEN, THERE WAS
ONE BEHIND THE BAR, THREE AT THE OTHER END OF THE BAR AND A
FEW OTHER PEOPLE. HE NOTICE ESPECIALLY ONE MAN WHO WAS AT
THE END OF THE BAR TO HIS LEFT, HE HAD A GUN WITH A SILENCER.

PAUL CASTELLANO
What are you going to do? Are you
going to kill me?

Paul repeats this over and over until the man in the middle
tells the man with the silencer.

JOHN GOTTI
No Paul nobody is going to kill you,
hey, put the gun away. Paul the
bartender has something for you to
drink.

PAUL CASTELLANO
I just got out of detoxification, I
don’t drink anymore.

JOHN GOTTI
It’s not alcohol, it is truth serum.

RUSSELL

(Yelled out)
Didn’t the man say drink the damn
shit, so drink it?

Paul drank the truth serum.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Damn the shit was nasty.

Then like a scene out of mission impossible, the man in the
middle pulled off a mask.

PAUL CASTELLANO (CONT’D)
I know you?

JOHN GOTTI
What’s my name?

PAUL CASTELLANO
John Gotti?

Everyone started laughing.

JOHN GOTTI
How did you know my name?

PAUL CASTELLANO
I saw you in the Newspaper.

NEXT THING I KNEW I WAS SITTING DOWN AND IT SEEMED AS IF
John Gotti HAD A GUN TO HIS HEAD

JOHN GOTTI

Paul I was disloyal, if you tell me

to pull the trigger I will do it.

PAUL THOUGHT THE GUN WAS POINTED AT John Gotti’S HEAD, BUT,
IT WAS HIM HOLDING A GUN TO HIS OWN HEAD, IF HE TELLS John
Gotti TO PULL THE TRIGGER IT COULD END PAUL’S LIFE.

EXT. CHILDREN PLAYING OUTSIDE IN THE PROJECTS — DAY

FRANK PAUL JONES (V.O.)

The year was 0001, but, to mainstream

America it was 1959, this was when I

was born under the sign of Pisces.

I say it was the year 0001, because

this was when it all started for me,

this was when I was born. I was

told as an infant I caught the

pneumonia, the strange thing is that

all I remember as an infant was being

told I came into this world to suffer

and I was in deep pain. I was a

fighter and bounced back, by the

time I was 9 months old I was walking.

Walking at nine months old back then

was an achievement. These days with

the food they feed these children,

who knows what to expect? As a little

boy my oldest sister was jealous of

me, because of my complexion and the

attention I got. I used to dance

for my parents friends and do the

“twist” to Chubby Checker. I have

to admit I was spoiled! Even as I

lived in the Projects in a poor

community, we weren’t really poor.

Before my Stepfather married my mother

he was a Pimp, and she was well

educated, she had a Bachelor’s Degree.

My Stepfather with little education

he worked his way up to Plant Manager

working under an electrical Union.

My home was a Gambling Center! As a

young kid I was very smart and skilled

in athletics. I would play with the

older boys, because I was that good

in sports. I was made of Professional

material, but it wasn’t meant to be,

as you will learn from my story.

FRANK PAUL JONES (V.O.) (CONT’D)
I was raised in a dysfunction
household. I had three sisters, two
older and one younger. I was molested
as a child and sexually assaulted as
an adult. I lost my Mother at a
young age. My Stepfather was a drunk
without a 12 step program and I was
a problem child. By no means was a
punk, I was just a drunk that was
taken advantage of at the cost of
the life of the rapist. By no means
was I a do “Goody-Goody”, as they
say, however, we have to avoid the
“Son of Sam Law.” This is not a
confession, but a story that is part
fact and part fiction, and it is for
you to figure out the difference.
And trust me it will not be an easy
task.

INT. IN A PROJECT’S APARTMENT — DAY

I was about 5 or 6 years old, at the kitchen table. Me, my
Mother and John Gotti who was in his middle to late 20s were
together and a Pact was to be made to change the direction
of my life. I would become two personalities, Paul Castellano
when under hypnosis and Frank Paul Jones under normal
conditions.

JOHN GOTTI
Keep your eyes on the ball Paul.

I was being put under hypnosis.

JOHN GOTTI (CONT’D)
Blond I think he is ready.

BLOND
Let’s do it.

JOHN GOTTI
Paul I am your father and you have
to believe this for this to work.

BLOND
Paul John is your daddy, and it is
your duty to do what he tells you to
do.

JOHN GOTTI
You have to believe this for this to
work. With your mind we will do big
things and at times it will seem
hard to endure, but you have to
overcome all these hardships, because
one day it all will be yours. Are
you all right with this?

PAUL CASTELLANO
There is a man who came with you in
the car, he is a spy, and you have
to deal with him if you want to have
this power over me.

JOHN GOTTI
Consider it done!

TO:

EXT. ON THE STREETS OF THE PROJECT QUEENSBRIDGE. — DAY

John Gotti walks up to the car, and grabs the spy out of the
car and shoots him in the head.

JOHN GOTTI
(Yelled)
Now do you trust me Paul?

PAUL CASTELLANO
Now they will fear him Ma because he
is Mafia!

Television Clips from the 60s of the Flower Children, the
Vietnam War and the Civil Rights Movement.

FRANK PAUL JONES (V.O.)
I was raised in times, when the Nation
was divided and confused. You had
the Vietnam War whereby men were
drafted into the war, to come back
to spit in the face and called “Baby
Killers.” You had the Flower Children
popping acid and smoking weed like
it was legal. Now they got haircuts
and are the same people acting as
politicians today, who are tough on
crime. You had the Civil Rights
Activist who was fair game. A dude
named Dr. Rev. King got himself
killed trying to make people think
he was someone he wasn’t. And, I
can’t forget Malcolm X, who my Stepfather
knew when they were Pimps in
Uptown Harlem. A lot of people don’t
know, but he was an honorable man
who made a mistake and chose to die
for the cause, unlike King who played
his game until the end. Some people
were more famous than others, but
there were many battle fronts.

INT. IN OUR APARTMENT. — DAY

This is my second recollection of having any contact with
the Jackson Family that was to become The Royal Family of
Entertainment. The first was at their home in Indiana.

JOSEPH
All right boys we made it to the Big
City, now you need to show them what
you can do.

FRANK CLARK JONES
You have a group of good looking
boys there Joseph.

JOSEPH
Yea and they worked very hard for
this day.

JOHN GOTTI
They have to win this competition at
the Apollo and there will be some
stiff competition.

PAUL CASTELLANO
They will win, that is no problem,
my concern is once we make them the
entertainment family of America can
we trust them?

JOSEPH
I am a man of my word and I give you
my word, you’ll give us the contacts
we need to get this show on the road,
and we will take care of the rest.

PAUL CASTELLANO
That isn’t my concern, my concern is
will you’ll remember your friends
when you get there. We know these
guys are talented, young, and
handsome, and they have all the
chemistry to make it real big and
with our support on the down low
they are a sure shot. My concern is
once they make it to the top, will
you’ll remember your friends, or
become a problem?

JOSEPH
My word is my bond; we will remember
who helped us get to the top.

PAUL CASTELLANO
That is good because that is where
your sons are heading, all the way
to the top. I have big plans for
them. I could do it myself, but I
have to remain out of the scene,
because I will be called on to do
things, that nobody can know who I
am for this to work.

PAUL CASTELLANO (CONT’D)
For this reason, I have to know I
can trust you, because I will put
you’ll in the custody of a lot of
money, and not all of it is for
you’ll, I have very big plans, for
these guys, I just want what is coming
to me when the time comes to pay up.
I don’t want to have a problem with
that, because when I come on to the
scene, it will be like, “Where did
this dude come from?” But you’ll
will be very be famous and people
will know you’ll, but me, I will
come from nowhere and I expect to
get my just due when the time comes.
Do you understand me?

JOSEPH
We will not try to double cross you
Paul. But how do you plan to collect,
how do we pay you what belongs to
you without causing legal problems.

PAUL CASTELLANO
I can’t tell you everything, because
even I am on a need to know basis on
a lot of things, but the key to our
arrangement is wedlock.

JOSEPH
You plan to marry my daughter Latoya?

PAUL CASTELLANO
Have faith Joseph , I will not
dishonor you or your children, but
for now leave it as we will settle
through wedlock that is all I can
tell you at this time.

JOSEPH
All right! Let’s talk about this
show at the Apollo.

PAUL CASTELLANO
You’ll will win the competition and
get a record deal and become the
Family everybody wants to be.

JOHN GOTTI
Paul you should enter the competition
also, and take second prize, it will
give you something to remember before
you go into whatever the hell you
plan to go into.

PAUL CASTELLANO

No John, you know I can’t play second
fiddle to anyone. They will win, I
will be in the crowd on the down low
and they will become a famous family
and nobody will have an idea of who
I am until the time comes for me to
come onto the scene. That is how it
must be.

JOHN GOTTI
How about sports everyone knows you
can play baseball and basketball
very good for a person your age.

PAUL CASTELLANO
True, but like so many things in my
life it will fade away. I just had
to have a childhood to give me the
strength to get through what I have
to do. I will suffer like hell, but
it will all work out, if everyone
does what they are supposed to do.
I AM putting a lot of faith in you’ll,
because I can’t do this all by myself.
I will suffer, but when it comes
time to be lifted, I expect you’ll
to not forget the pact we made at
all levels.

JOHN GOTTI
Joseph don’t do Paul wrong, be a man
of your word, if we are asking too
much speak up now or forever hold
your piece, because you’ll have been
chosen to take on a big task.

JOSEPH
You got my word of honor!

PAUL CASTELLANO
So it is settled, when the time comes
we will discuss the wedlock, until
then just enjoy the ride and when I
come onto the scene, it will be even
more fun, once we get through the
birth pains.

JOSEPH
What you mean by birth pains!

PAUL CASTELLANO
Trust me when I tell you this, you
are going to become big and will
have many hardships at some point
and doing right by me, will not be
as easy as you think now.

PAUL CASTELLANO (CONT’D)

Sure you are poor today and hungry,

but one day it will seem like the

world is yours and sharing it will

take some effort on your part as

well as mine’s. I may have to force

your hand and don’t tell me I will

not, because I already know I will.

So just enjoy the ride, it will be

fun, but coming back down to earth

will take a lot out of you, because

of foolish pride. Trust me! I know

what I AM talking about, you are

just hungry now, but you will be

over fed and your thinking will

change. Trust me!

JOSEPH

I trust you, and if you are right,

have mercy on my children; you are

the Lord.

PAUL CASTELLANO

You said that; now just remember who

said that, it was not self proclaimed.

EXT. OUTSIDE IN THE FRONT WHERE OUR PARENTS COULD SEE US
PLAY. — DAY

We are in the Front joking, back then we would have what was
called “Rank Outs.” Paul was about 11 years old.

BILLY
Hi Uncle Paul.

Everybody started laughing, saying his sisters are whores.

BILLY (CONT’D)
Hi Uncle Paul.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Leave me alone.

BILLY
Hi Uncle Paul.

FRANK PAUL JONES
(Yelled while crying)
I said, leave me alone

BILLY
Uncle Paul, Uncle Paul, Uncle Paul!

While Paul was crying he ran to the garbage can and got a
bottle, and all the kids started running, he threw the bottle
about 50 yards and cut Billy’s leg.

9.
BLOND
Paul get your ass up stairs are you
crazy?

Paul went up stairs to his apartment as his mother told him
what to do.

INT. IN THE APARTMENT. — DAY

BLOND
You don’t love your nephews?

FRANK PAUL JONES
Yes, I love them.

BLOND
So why are you crying? Hold these
boys!

She put my nephews in my arms.

BLOND (CONT’D)
Say Cheese!

FRANK PAUL JONES
(Yelled)
Cheese!

My mother took a picture of us together, and whenever I saw
that picture I remembered that day.

EXT. OUTSIDE AT A SECRET MEETING BETWEEN BILLY AND SKIP WHO
WERE COUSINS. — DAY

Billy put together a secret plot to poison Blond who was
Frank Paul Jones mother, at a card game Skip mother was
holding that weekend.

BILLY
Skip here is the stuff I want you to
put into Mrs. Blond’s drink, I will
teach Paul’s ass a lesson, by taking
the most important person to him
away.

SKIP
Billy man this is murder, supposed
they find out it was us?

BILLY
Skip have some faith in me, I know
what I am doing, and nobody will
ever figure this out.

SKIP
Billy man if they ever find out we
are dead man.

10.
BILLY
Just do what the hell I told you to
do, nobody will ever put two and two
together, they will just think it
was because she has high blood
pressure that she got sick and died.

SKIP
All right I will put this stuff in
one of her drinks. But can you tell
me why you want to hurt Paul; is it
because of the cut he gave you?

BILLY
No it has nothing to do with that.
Not many people know, but Paul is a
very powerful dude. His family is
connected and he thinks this world
is his, but he will have a rude
awakening.

SKIP
I will do this for you, but you owe
me one Billy.

BILLY
I will look out for you if you do
this for me.

FRANK PAUL JONES (V.O.)
Billy was about 15 years old when he
plotted against me and my mother,
and Skip was just a little kid like
me at about 11 years old. He had no
idea what he was really getting
himself into. But, Billy was right
nobody knew it was him. Billy worked
at a Candy Store that was a front
for selling heroin.

INT. AT MY FAMILY’S APARTMENT — NIGHT

My mother Blond makes arrangements with one of my older
sisters Lujuana, to look after me and my little sister Ella,
while she was at the card game at the Jackson’s residence.

BLOND
Lujuana if you need me for anything,
here is the phone number to call.
Paul and Ella can eat cereal for
breakfast.

LUJUANA
Ma! About what time will you come
back home?

11.
BLOND
I will be back tomorrow; I will be
there all night. And, when I get
home I will not want to be bothered
because I will be tired from being
up all night. So I want you to feed
them in the morning!

LUJUANA
Can I have company to play cards or
something while you are gone?

BLOND
You can have company, but I don’t
want them in here too late, after 12
midnight they have to leave. Do you
understand me Lujuana?

LUJUANA
Yes ma!

INT. AT THE JACKSON’S RESIDENCE — NIGHT

Adults gambling at a friendly card game. They got together
almost every weekend, my mother and her best friend Mrs.
Virgie usually held a lot of the games, but this weekend it
was Mrs. Jackson’s turn. She had no idea of what was about
to happen.

SKIP
Mrs. Blond you need another drink,
you are out?

BLOND
Boy what in the hell are you still
doing up, you need to go to bed.

MRS. JACKSON
Skip what are you doing up talking
to grown folks, go the hell to bed.

SKIP
Yes Mother, Mrs. Blond you want me
to get you something before I leave
to go to bed?

BLOND
Here boy take my glass and tell your
daddy to refill it.

SKIP
Yes Mrs. Blond!

Skip was thinking to himself, I have this one change to do
what Billy told me to do and he added the poison to my
mother’s drink. The poison would take time to take effect
and the more my mother drank the worst the effect would be
on her.

12.
SKIP (CONT’D)
Here Mrs. Blond, I have to go to
bed.

BLOND
Here Skip, take this dollar, maybe
you might bring me some luck!

SKIP
Good Night!

MRS. VIRGIE
Skip what happened to my drink?

MRS. JACKSON
Boy get your ass to bed.

SKIP
I have to go to bed Mrs. Virgie.

MRS. VIRGIE
Good Night boy!

INT. BACK AT MY APARTMENT THE NEXT NIGHT. — NIGHT

The poison took about a day to fully kick in; this is why
nobody suspected foul play. Billy had this figured out to
the finest detail. They played cards all night Saturday,
and while she was resting up Sunday night into Monday morning,
she had a serious stroke. Frank Clark Jones my Step-Father
noticed something was wrong.

FRANK CLARK JONES
Blond, Blond, what the hell is going
on? Blond! Blond! I’ll be damn!
I will call the Hospital.

Frank Clark Jones called for an emergency and the Paramedics
showed up. I thought I was dreaming when they carried her
out on a stretcher. What I saw was everything upside down,
I didn’t want to believe what I saw and I was in denial.

INT. IN MY APARTMENT THE NEXT MORNING. — DAY

I woke up as usual to go to school and my sister Lujuana was
home with me, I don’t remember seeing Ella, but she was too
young to know what was going on.

LUJUANA
You have to get dress for school
Paul.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Where is ma?

LUJUANA
She had to go to the hospital and
daddy went with her.

13.
At this point I knew it wasn’t a dream and my mother was
carried out by Paramedics to the hospital in an emergency.
So I went into the bathroom and looked into the mirror.

FRANK PAUL JONES
(Yelled)
I hate you God, I hate you.

I started crying uncontrollably, and continued to curse God.
I started to bang my head against the mirror until it cracked.

FRANK PAUL JONES (CONT’D)
I hate you God, why! Why!

Lujuana heard the noise coming out of the bathroom and came
to my rescue, and she hugged me, trying to reassure me that
everything would be all right while she was holding me.

FRANK PAUL JONES (CONT’D)
I hate you God, I hate you!

I continued to cry and she was going to keep me home, but it
was decided I was to go to school

LUJUANA
You don’t have to go to school if
you don’t want to! But there is
nothing you can do but hope and pray.

FRANK PAUL JONES
I hate God!

From this day on for many years I could not express my
emotions fully, they say I became apathetic.

INT. IN OUR APARTMENT. — DAY

My mother spend some time in the hospital, back then they
didn’t have the medical technology they have today to help
stroke patients, so my mother came back from the hospital on
a wheelchair. It was a sad sight, because my mother was an
out-going person and now she couldn’t even walk or talk for
that matter.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Mommy it will be all right.

My mother cried it seemed as if it was from one eye, a very
sad self pity cry, as if the reality set in and she realized
her condition without much hope, like I said, they didn’t
know how to treat stroke patients then like they do now.
Back then a stroke was a life sentence. My mother tried to
speak but it took up too much energy.

FRANK CLARK JONES
Let your momma rest Paul, she had a
long day, don’t worry Paul everything
will be all right

I felt hurt and embarrassed at the same time, because I was
only 11 years old and my mother was now a crippled. People
were not empathic. Kids would be kids and when we had rank
outs, they found the condition of my mother to be joke, and
it wasn’t a joking matter.

INT. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL — DAY

I was in class 6.1, which was the smartest class; I was in
an experimental school so it was a little mixed. The idea
was that high achievers could help students that wanted to
learn and I was one of the high achievers. I played
basketball for the schools team; I was one of the best on
the team if not the best. I and two friends from the front
where I lived, who were in the 5th grade and I was in the
6th grade came up with a scheme. I didn’t want to leave
them behind, so I plotted to fail the reading tests on purpose
to get left back.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Danta! Douglas! I don’t want to
leave to another school without
you’ll. I think I might fail the
reading test on purpose.

DOUGLAS
I dare you!

DANTA
I dare you to.

FRANK PAUL JONES
What you think I am afraid to fail
the test and get left back?

DOUGLAS
Paul you know you are not going to
fail the test, your father would go
crazy if you did.

DANTA
We would have a bomb squad next year
if we had you, then we could finish
school together.

FRANK PAUL JONES
I don’t want to leave you’ll, because
you’ll are my best friends and nobody
could ever replace you’ll.

DOUGLAS
It’s up to you Paul; I think you are
crazy; we have to grow up someday.

FRANK PAUL JONES
I just don’t want to leave you guys,
you’ll are my friends, we grew up

FRANK PAUL JONES (CONT’D)
together; I could never find friends
like you’ll.

DANTA
Sometimes we have to move on Paul,
we will still see you after school.

FRANK PAUL JONES
I Am going to fail the test, I don’t
care!

DOUGLAS
I will believe you when I see it!

DANTA
Me too!

FRANK PAUL JONES
I’M not afraid! I AM going to do
it!

INT. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN CLASSROOM;

It was time to take the final examination to determine what
class we will go to the next year.

MRS. BOCAR
All right clear everything off of
your desk except for two number 2
pencils.

Everyone started to clear their desks, and I saw Douglas in
the hall laughing, I guess he thought I must have been a
fool, but they were so close to me. Even Danta who always
competed against me, in my heart he was a friend all the way
back to before we went to school and I didn’t want to leave
them behind.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Can we start now?

MRS. BOCAR
You may begin and good luck and Frank
I expect good things from you!

To do what I was about to do took a lot of sense, I was a
very smart little kid, I admit what I was about to do was
foolish and changed the shape of my life, but I believe
everything that happened in my life happened for a reason
and this was for a reason, and it wasn’t to get left back.
I systematically put the wrong answers on the test and it
took about half the time of the test to do it. After I did
it I felt stupid, but it was done with. I failed the test
badly.

16.
MRS. BOCAR (CONT’D)
Oh my God Frank I thought you could
read, how did I let you go through
the whole year and you can’t read?

DOUGLAS
Halena Paul failed the test.

HALENA
(Crying)
Yes, how did you know?

DOUGLAS
He told us he was going to fail the
test on purpose to get left back.

HALENA
I’M TELLING! Mrs. Bocar Frank failed
the test on purpose to get left back,
his friend Douglas told me.

MRS. BOCAR
Where is that boy?

HALENA
In the hall with his friends!

MRS. BOCAR
Go get him right now!

HALENA
Yes Mrs. Bocar, I knew something was
fishy, because Paul is smart.

Some people called me Frank and others call me Paul. Frank
has became my business name and Paul is the name friends and
relative use to call me by.

HALENA (CONT’D)
Paul Mrs. Bocar wants you, we know
what you did!

FRANK PAUL JONES
Who is the snitch, you Douglas, you
Danta?

HALENA
She said, she want you now right
this second.

FRANK PAUL JONES
(Yelled)
Are Shoe!

I and Halena went back to the class to face Mrs. Bocar.

MRS. BOCAR
Frank you failed the test on purpose?

FRANK PAUL JONES
Yes Mrs. Bocar!

MRS. BOCAR
Why?

FRANK PAUL JONES
To get left back

MRS. BOCAR
And, why again?

FRANK PAUL JONES
So I can play basketball with my
friends next year.

MRS. BOCAR
You can play basketball next year at
your new school. Half the time is
gone, you go back and correct your
answers the best you can so I can
promote you to the next grade. Frank
I AM ashamed of you, what you did
was bad, not just for you, but for
me as a teacher. There would have
been no way I could have explained
this test score you handed in. Shame
on you!

FRANK PAUL JONES
Yes Mrs. Bocar!

MRS. BOCAR
Now get a move on it, you don’t have
much time.

FRANK PAUL JONES
I can do it, I know the right answers
already, and I just have to erase
the wrong ones.

MRS. BOCAR
Get a move on it, and don’t disappoint
me this time.

I did the best I could do to get a better score on the test,
but time wasn’t on my side, I ended up getting a passing
grade, but they had to send me from 6.1 to 7.4. The only
way I could have went to 7.1 to get skipped to 9.1 was to go
to summer school and playing baseball that summer was more
important to me.

INT. HOME — DAY

I had to face my parents because of the stunt I pulled in
the final examination at School. My Mother was able to talk
by then and she had use of her left side, her right side was
debilitated.

18.
When she walked she had a limp, but, aside from her forgetting
things on occasion, she was pretty sharp, but she did have
short term memory loss. For example she would forget where
she put money and the funny thing was Billy who I thought
was a friend, but was one of my worst enemies, had a habit
of finding money around these times.

FRANK CLARK JONES
Paul if you was me what would you do
to your son for failing his final
examination in school.

FRANK PAUL JONES
I don’t know, I did something bad,
but I didn’t want to leave my friends.

FRANK CLARK JONES
You mean to tell me you failed the
final exam just to get left back to
be in the same grade as Douglas and
Danta?

FRANK PAUL JONES
Yes, I don’t want to go to another
school and my friends can’t.

FRANK CLARK JONES
Paul sometimes you have to move on
in life, because as sure as one thing
can come to an end, something better
can happen in your life, do you
understand what I am trying to tell
you?

FRANK PAUL JONES
I know I messed up and my teacher
said to get in 7.1, I have to go to
summer school and I want to play
baseball, I don’t want to go to summer
school.

FRANK CLARK JONES
I should make you go to summer school,
because your education is more
important than playing damn baseball,
I don’t want you to be like me, and
have to work so damn hard to make a

living. You know I work hard Paul?
Right!
FRANK PAUL JONES

How am I supposed to know if you
work hard, I never been to your job?

FRANK CLARK JONES

EXT. BASEBALL FIELD — DAY

I played baseball in the little league and I was the best on
the team. I was known as this little kid who swung a big
bat and throw a mean fast-ball.

I was at bat at the River Park, across the street from the
Project I was from Queensbridge Projects.

UMPIRE
Ball! Two and one.

The Pitcher threw a fast ball that was high and I knocked it
almost out of the Park, I had to hit that ball over 200 feet
if not 250 feet, and Carl was near the park and couldn’t
believe what I did. I got a home run.

That is how I got the reputation for hitting long balls in
the neighborhood, Carl told everybody about what he saw.
The thing about it was I was only around 12 years old.

INT. CLASSROOM IN NEW SCHOOL WHICH WAS IN JR. HIGH SCHOOL -DAY

To tell you the truth, if I couldn’t look back and realize
what happened in my life was just meant to be; I would say I
could not benefit from doing it all over again. I would
have gone to summer school, because what I saw in 7.4 changed
my whole outlook in life. These kids didn’t come to school
to learn, or they had a learning disability. To them making
paper airplanes and eating in class was fun. They didn’t go
to school to learn and because of the dysfunction in my home
with my mother being sick and all, for me it was an escape
from responsibility and I fell right into it with them.

It was like I knew the lessons already from what I learned
in elementary school, so I didn’t have to study to pass the
tests given, I just became another bad apple. That is the
word to describe these students, either a bad apple or a
slow person.

I met different students, and made new friends, one guy who
became a close friend was Oral he was into music like me,
and he had a talent to draw art, but to really realize such
a dream, you need to go to college, and these kids were
probably what they call now victims of social promotions,
they weren’t being groomed to go to college in most cases.

INT. CLASSROOM — DAY

Hi may name is Paul, but, in school
they call me Frank, but, you can
call me Paul. My friends and family
call me Paul. What is your name?

ORAL
My name is Oral. Oral I heard about

different gifts and using your gift

EXT. OUTSIDE NEAR THE PROJECT BY AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. -NIGHT

It was my 14th birthday, and I was the only one in the crowd
that wasn’t actively getting high. They told me if I get
high I wouldn’t be shy, and will be able to talk to the girls.
I was shy towards girls at this stage in my life.

ORAL
Paul today is the big day, this is a
day you should remember, and the
first time you got high.
Raymond what do we have, I got the

Paul since it is your birthday you
get to drink first.

I drank the wine; I had to hold my nose to drink it, because
it smelled. That night I drank wine, malt liquor, and smoke
weed, and got so drunk I had to crawl, I couldn’t even walk
I got so high. This was the beginning of my demise in sports
and school became secondary, I became like everyone else in
these slow classes. Going to school to play instead of
learning.

INT. IN MY LIVING ROOM — DAY

We held band practices at my apartment very often; Oral and
Ronald. Quit the band. Oral was the lead singer and he
wanted us to be a singing group and not a band, and Ronald.
Started a group of Disc Jockeys. The band was called Phase
One and the D.J.s was called the Phaze Brothers. But it was
all about getting high, it wasn’t about making money. From
here on it was down hill for us all.

INT. ON THE STREETS OF NEW YORK CITY. — NIGHT

Me and a friend named Raymond was walking together from the
Subway to go to his sister’s house, Raymond had a KEY that
allowed him to turn Frank Paul Jones into Paul Castellano.
He used his key so I could do what I had to do at his sister’s
house.

When we arrive at the house we were searched by his sister’s
husband’s men. The house had bullet proof windows, he was a
big time heroin dealer, and I was sent to deliver a message
from John Gotti, what was to happen would change my life
forever.

RAYMOND
Why are you searching me? Cathy is
my sister, I AM coming to see my
sister.

SECURITY
This isn’t personal Raymond; these
are our orders to check all visitors
Who is this dude with you?

RAYMOND
Paul, Paul Jones.

SECURITY
Raise them Paul, you know the routine!

We both were searched for weapons and we both were clean.

RAYMOND

Herb pulled out a gun, and pointed it at Paul Castellano,
and started to threaten him.

PAUL CASTELLANO
It doesn’t have to come down to that
Herb, I didn’t come here for trouble,
I just came to deliver a message,
and I assume your answer is no.
Right?

HERB
Fuck that shit, I should make an
example out of your punk ass.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Do you want to kill me?

Herb pulled the trigger and blew his own head off.

Oh shit, did you see that, he pulled
the trigger on himself Raymond?

Raymond started laughing.

RAYMOND
Man we have to get out of here, his
boys are going to be all over us.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Don’t worry I will put them to sleep.

Cathy started to pick up the gun.

PAUL CASTELLANO (CONT’D)
Don’t touch the gun Cathy.

She backed off.

PAUL CASTELLANO (CONT’D)
Let’s get out of here.

As we walk out the security didn’t know what was going on,
Paul Castellano put them to sleep.

EXT. OUT IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. — NIGHT

When we got out of the house the Police where already outside
the house, Paul Castellano got nervous, thinking they would
arrest him or worst kill him, so he made them put their guns
to their heads.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Do you want to kill me?

POLICE OFFICER
What the hell is going on, you have
your gun pointed at your own damn
head.

POLICE OFFICER TWO
So do you.

POLICE OFFICER
Paul whatever you are doing you will
not get away with it.

PAUL CASTELLANO
How do you know my name, and how did
you just happen to be here, is this
a setup?

POLICE OFFICER
You won’t get away with this Paul!

PAUL CASTELLANO
Do you want to kill me?

POLICE OFFICER
Nobody is going to kill you Paul, so
stop doing whatever you are doing.

PAUL CASTELLANO
(Spoken quickly)
Get John Gotti, get John Gotti.

POLICE OFFICER
Just be calm Paul, we will get whoever
you want us to get.

It became a stand off, and about 10 Police Officers were at
the scene, all of them had guns pointed at their own heads.

POLICE OFFICER TWO
Somebody tell me what the hell is
going on here, this shit isn’t right.

POLICE OFFICER
It’s him, I don’t fucking know!

John Gotti or Gene Gotti came to the scene and calmed everyone
down, everybody put their guns away.

This was how the Government got to know the power of Paul
Castellano, which resulted in a Pact with the Government.

INT. THE MSG THEATER — NIGHT

I and Billy went to see the Jackson Five in Concert, but it
was the day that a Pact was to be arranged for the Wedlock.

I saw little Janet in between her parents and Latoya was
with a girlfriend.

Paul knew that Latoya was afraid of Paul Castellano, and he
had a long road in front of him and what he had to say to
them was decided by his mother.

PAUL CASTELLANO
All right Joseph, here is the deal.

Paul made arrangements to marry Janet who was 9 year old at
the time and he was 16 years old. Latoya thought he was
crazy to pick Janet over her, being she was fine and Janet
was just a little girl at the time. But Paul knew it would
be many years before the Union would be fully realized where
they would actually live together. But, little did Latoya
know Paul had plans for her also.

Some guy notice the Parents of The Jackson Five, the Jackson’s
had no idea how famous they were. He tried to rip them off,
because he was mad that his girlfriend made him take her to
the Concert. Paul Castellano beat him up, and Janet applaud
him. What took place at this meeting changed the life of
Janet forever, as Paul entered into another Pact.

After the arrangement Billy spoke.

BILLY

(Laughing)
Now you have to marry her you Mother,

INT. AT MY APARTMENT — DAY – 1975

Blond and her friends returned from Atlantic City, a place
were a bunch of Casinos were built. They had an enjoyable
weekend, and came home.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Mommy you had fun.

MRS. VIRGIE
Blond almost broke the bank.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Ma can I have some money?

BLOND
I lost it all back. Damn you boy,
your going to make me leave my
friends.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Bless you, that you had a chance to
have friends, I will suffer and will

miss you. Show me that you are all

BLOND

PAUL CASTELLANO

Blond danced and laughed, and her friends laughed, and then
Frank Paul Jones didn’t remember what Paul Castellano
witnessed.

I love you and I AM going to miss
you, but, you have to leave the scene
so that you don’t have to suffer any
longer, what you received is advanced
to medical technology and if you
stay everyone will know, so you have
to leave. I love you.

BLOND

to be strong.

PAUL CASTELLANO
I will be lonely and I will suffer,
but I will overcome it all, don’t
worry about me and just enjoy the
ride.

INT. AT MY APARTMENT IN MY PARENTS BEDROOM. — DAY

Blond was in the bed and foam was coming out of her mouth,
they called the Hospital, and the Paramedics came to pick
her up.

She went to the hospital, but this time she didn’t return
home.

FRANK CLARK JONES
Paul we have to go to the hospital
to see your momma, she wants to say
good-bye to you.

FRANK PAUL JONES
I thought she was in a coma? She
will not even know I am there.

FRANK CLARK JONES
Come on and say good-bye, she will
not leave unless you say good-bye.

FRANK PAUL JONES
I don’t want her to leave.

FRANK CLARK JONES
You have to say good-bye Paul.

PAUL CASTELLANO
I can’t remember this day; I have to
believe she is dead.

FRANK CLARK JONES
Then you won’t remember!

PAUL CASTELLANO
Come on and let’s do this, so this
woman can get on her way.

We went to the hospital and I gave her my blessings, I
understood why she had to leave the scene, it was the only
way she could have a normal life somewhere else.

INT. CHURCH — DAY

Blond had two funerals, one in New York City and one in Avon
Park, Florida. I didn’t go to the first funeral in New York
City, but, I heard a lot of people showed up and there were
plenty of flowers.

At the second funeral in Avon Park they drugged me to go to
the funeral, and again a lot of people showed up. The first
one in New York City was for friends and the second one in
Florida was for family.

My Great-Grandmother had to be carried from the body, she
knew in her heart it wasn’t Blond in that casket. She cried
out, “that isn’t Blond, what did you’ll do with my girl?”

EXT. AT MY APARTMENT — DAY

After my mother died or left the scene, I almost completely
stopped going to school. I was heavy into drugs and alcohol,
and I believe either my teachers didn’t care or were afraid
of me, because I had arrangements whereby if I passed the
tests, I didn’t have to show up for class.

I started to really lose my game in basketball, and mostly
everyday I and my buddies would shack up with girls at my
apartment. My Father worked full time and didn’t know what
was going on until it was totally out of control.

I believe my getting promoted to the 12th grade was a social
promotion, because I really don’t even remember the 11th
grade. All I know was that we hanged out at my apartment
with girls, making out and got high almost everyday, and we
would steal from stores to get our drugs and alcohol.

INT. MY APARTMENT. — DAY – 1976

It was a weekend day and my Step-Father who I thought was my
Father was drinking. He had a sit down with me while he was
drinking. He was a heavy drinker during the weekend, but I
think he did the best that he could do at the time.

FRANK CLARK JONES
Paul we need to talk boy.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Talk about what daddy?

FRANK CLARK JONES
You just ain’t right, I see your
whole life going down hill. I know
your momma died, but, you have to
live on, you can’t just feel sorry
for yourself.

Everyday you played hooky last year,
if I would have known about it; I
would have put your ass out. Now
either you are going to go to school,

I was thinking to myself, I should go back to school and
give it my best shot, until I saw this guy who I thought of
as a punk, but he had on a United States Army uniform, and
right then I knew what I had to do, join the Army. By joining
the Army I did all three things, I got a job, I went to
school, and I moved out.

INT. AT MY APARTMENT. — NIGHT

Paul I thought you was going to
register for school, show me something
man.

I was going to go back to school but
now I know what I want to do.

Ella with my Momma, it is going to

one day all this is going to make

INT. MILITARY POST — DAY

They took me to Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn to take the entrance
examination and my physical. I did pretty well on the test,
and passed the physical, and was inducted into the United
States Army. On the same day I was transported to Fort
Jackson South Carolina for Basic Training and Advance
Individual Training, which is when you go to school to learn
your military job. My friends didn’t know what I was doing,
they found out from my Father after the fact.

At basic Training I was the youngest guy in the Unit, the
guys would tease me sometimes, but generally I was liked by
them. I became a Marksman with the M-16 Rifle, and I
completed Basic Training on time.

I went to Florida after I completed Basic Training to see my
Grand-Mother and my Little sister Ella, who was staying with

her because my Mother died, and she was growing and needed a
woman to teach her women things. When I arrived I found out
my Grand-Mother died the day before I got there. The family
came together for her Funeral, and it was a big one, because
she was one of the Pillars of Church called “The Church of
God by Faith.”

I went to AIT and I did well in AIT as well, I finished on
time. I became a 36 Kilo meaning a Field Wireman, we were
known as Pole Climbers. Our job was to lay wire for phone
communications when in a War Zone.

Remember when I told you I was stopped by a bunch of Police
Officers, when I tried to leave the scene, when a heroin
dealer shot himself in the head, and the Government found
out about me. Well this is what it came down to, joining
the Army to get involved in Covert operations. This was the
beginning of my career of Covert Operations for the
Government.

INT. ON A JET PLANE. — DAY

We were boarded on a Plane to go home before we were to go
to our new duty stations. I was assigned to a Unit in
Germany, but, this flight was going from South Carolina to
New York City.

HIJACKER
This is a hijack, as you can see I
have a gun and will use it. I want
this plane to go to Iran; we will
not be going to New York City.

People got nerves and couldn’t believe what was going on,
because over 75% of the Passengers were Soldiers, in fact
the Hijacker was a Military Man. This didn’t make any sense

Is this guy serious, I am not going

Time passed and the Hijacker was in control of the plane,
this was during the winter in 1976-77.

It looks like this damn fool is going
to get us killed.

Frank Paul Jones became Paul Castellano by automatic, without
the help of a KEY, because he went into a self-defense mode.
The stewardess had no idea what was going on, and Paul
Castellano was attracted to her.

Damn you know something you are so

STEWARDESS
How can you talk about something
like that in a time like this, you
have to do something.

PAUL CASTELLANO
I am just saying if we are going to

The stewardess was nerves, and thought she was going to die,

The hijacker pulled the trigger a few times, but the gun

What did I do Sergeant, but stop a
hijacking that would have put a bunch

Frank Paul Jones didn’t remember the conversation, but he
remembered in part what happened on the plane. He went to
his sister’s apartment in New York City, and what happened
was on the News on television, but they didn’t give up his
identification.

The Stewardess called his sister Egeria’s apartment to make
sure Paul was all right, and to let him know she had a
boyfriend and was engaged to get married. Frank Paul Jones
remembered what happened, but the memory faded away and for
many years he didn’t remember that day.

The AIDS virus was developed in a laboratory in Germany,

We both got a quart of liquor each, which cost about $2 or
$3 each bottle because we didn’t have to pay taxes on it,
and drank it, straight out of the bottle. We would do this
often. We were about the same age, we were months apart, he
played the lead guitar and I played the bass guitar. This
was our regular routine, when I got out it broke his heart,
because we had plans of getting a band together.

I would put on Mickey Mouse Sunglasses and act crazy, and

INT. ON A PLANE GOING BACK TO THE UNITED STATES. — DAY

On the way back to the United States we stopped in Ireland,
at the time there was battles going on in that Country with
the Irish Liberated Army. I got off the plane and used the
rest room. They actually had Irish Spring Soap in the rest
room. I got back on the plane and we were escorted by two
Fighter Aircraft’s.

I took control of all three jets while in midair in
International Airspace, which is what we were escorted
through. And, after a minute or two, I saluted the Pilot on
the right side of our passenger plane, and Paul Castellano
was commissioned in Air Space. We continued through
International Airspace, and the Fighters turned around back

When I got back to the block, the

I learned something about how to be organized while I was in
the Army, and I had big plans with the fellows of the streets,
I had a plan to organized The Queensbridge Projects.

Frank Clark Jones moved to Avon Florida, Frank Paul Jones

and a Fur coat with a Beaver hat. He continued to practice

The Operation ran smoothly and nobody ever put two and two
together to include Big Paul Castellano, who would be dealt
with when the time was right.

INT. AT A MAJOR RECORDING STUDIO. — DAY – 1977

Frank Paul Jones and Raymond went out for New Years Eve Night,
but on the way Raymond brought Paul to a major recording
studio. Raymond had a KEY, if you remember the hit at
Raymond’s sister’s house, Raymond brought Paul there also.
John Gotti arranged this meeting between The Jackson Brothers
and Paul Castellano.

Raymond and Paul switched coats, and all the Producer knew

Paul Castellano did all the bass lines for the Jackson’s
Destiny Album. He did it all in one day. While he was
jamming, the song said, “That’s the way I like it.” Referring
to the bass lines.

RAYMOND
Paul! Look up there!

Paul looked up and he saw Michael Jackson, he waved at Michael
and Michael smiled and waved back, and then he looked to the
rear of the studio and saw the rest of the Jackson Brothers.
He had no idea all those people were there. Paul had to do
the bass lines, because one of the Jackson Brothers stayed
with the old record label when they moved on. What Paul
Castellano did that day they couldn’t duplicate?

That album sold double platinum and put the Jackson’s back
on the charts and Michael Jackson eventually broke the charts,
this was to get things started again.

After Paul Castellano jammed they gave Raymond some money
for them to party at the Studio 54. They partied for a little
while, and after they ran out of money they went home and
Frank Paul Jones didn’t remember what happened.

INT. NIGHT CLUB & GAMBLING PLACE CALLED THE SPOT. — NIGHT

This is a typical night at the Spot for Paul, but this was
the last night I Gambled there while in New York City. I
played in two dice games the first one with people my age,
and the second game with the older fellows who had too much
money for me to win.

While riding in the car going to the Train Station I was
thinking and reflecting. Here is the things that was on my
mind, this is what I have done in Avon Park and what I faced
in New York.

as a Correctional Officer at A.P.C.I.,
meaning Avon Park Correctional

but it was one of the best jobs in
the area for high school graduates,
it was with the state.

EXT. ON THE ROAD GOING TO A.C.I. — DAY

It was during a rain storm, and we couldn’t see more than 10
or 20 feet ahead clearly. We were running late, and Cadillac
Joe was doing about 90 MPH. I didn’t have a driver license
so I depended on people to take me to work.

Cadillac Joe was talking to me about an argument I had with
my Father, and wasn’t paying good attention to the road. He
realized too late that he couldn’t stop the car at the
checkpoint and had to go pass the checkpoint. The problem
was there was a car at the entrance and the exit.

He tried to bend over and let the car crash with me sitting
up, but I beat him to the seat, so he had to drive through
this accident. A woman Correctional Officer was talking to
the person at the exit, and Cadillac Joe headed towards her,
so the Male Correctional Officer ran out to push her out of
the way, and he got hit.

Both of his legs got broken, when they cut off his boots you
could see his bones. The woman was shaken up, and by the
grace of God, a root from a tree stopped the car from going
into the lake or flipping over.

I walked away from the accident unscratched. Joe went to
the hospital and I went to work. Because the front gate was
patrolled by the Prison Guards that day, he got away with
this accident, because the prison is on an Air Force Base.
If he would have hit a Airman, it would have been a Federal
Investigation, and I don’t know if Joe was sober, I know I
had a hangover and we were out late that night before.

I flew to Fort Sill Oklahoma, to be
trained as a Fire Support Specialist,
which is a Forward Observer. The
guy who calls in Field Artillery
bombs.

I had a hard time making it through training at Fort sill, I
was like the real life Officer and a Gentleman. They made
me beg to not get kicked out of the Army, because of my last
discharge; they wanted to know that I was serious about being
in the Army this time. I had one mission in my mind which
was to get an honorable discharge no matter what I had to do
to get it and believe me this was brought to a test. From
Fort Sill I was sent to Fort Polk Louisiana, to the 5th
Infantry Division.

EXT. FORT POLK ARMY POST. — DAY – 1981-1983

My tour at Fort Polk seemed like it
was my best experience in the Army,
but a couple of things happened that
wasn’t so pleasant to people I loved
while I was there. However, I had
no idea at the time that these things
were going on. The first experience
I remember at Fort Polk was with
this guy from Louisiana and Georgia.
The guy from Georgia was a bully and
the dude from Louisiana was a punk.

so a lot of money disappeared, and
that money financed the Star Wars
Program. Then came the bail out,
whereby the tax payers had to bail
out lending institutions. But, in
reality they were paying for Star
Wars Technology. So the tax payers
got there money worth out of the
deal, and the Star Wars Program was
said to be impossible, but in fact
became a covert operation, and Paul

INT. AT A CLUB IN SWHWEINFURT GERMANY. — NIGHT

A bunch of guys from my unit went to a guest house in Germany
to drink and party. There was this guy name Tally who was

Louisiana and got a phone call at a
Motel and went to see this guy, who
blew his own head off. This was a
favor from John Gotti. Then the
next morning I got on the road and
drove to New York, stopping only for
food and relief. It took about one
and a half days. When I got to New
York I was taken to a secret meeting
that determined the fate of the fake
Godfather Big Paul. This meeting
took place in September 1995 and he
was whacked in December 1995, and
after I returned to the Army for my
punishment in September, I was
released from retraining in February
1996 and discharged in July 1987.
After I got out of retraining I was
still in the Army, I just didn’t
have a duty assignment, and I ended
up experiencing homelessness, because
I returned to New York short on money
and didn’t trust certain people enough
to put my Welfare in their hands

The reason for this response was I use to go to his bar and
give him a hard time, because I couldn’t handle my alcohol

I was just let out the hospital for one day, for
administrative reasons after detoxification and was scheduled
to go back into the hospital for 28 days of alcohol
rehabilitation.

Chico walked off after an argument. Then a dude named Russell
walked up to me and asked me what in the hell was wrong with
me. He showed me he wasn’t packing and KEYED in Paul
Castellano, he had a KEY.

He took me to a Park two blocks away from where we were. I
saw Janet, a Producer name Jimmy Jam, and an old friend who
arranged this meeting a radio personality named Dr. Bob Lee.

What is going on?

That girl came to see you.

JANET

I started to remember things again; those were code words to
wake me up.

I remembered the meeting in 1975 when the arrangement was
made. A lot of things came back to me. We walked to a bench
and talked for a little while, as I asked her crazy questions,
like, “Are you real?” “Is that your real nose?” And so on.

Janet I love you and everything is
going to be all right, but I have to
do what I AM about to do to protect

I cursed her out and called her a whore, because I knew I
had to face a very powerful man and I didn’t know who he was

Next thing I knew I was inside of a bar, and I saw a few
people, but I mainly notice the three men in the back of the
Pub. One of the men had a gun with a silencer.

have to drink. I said I don’t drink anymore I just got out
of detox. The man in the middle said it isn’t alcohol, it
is truth serum and you have to drink it.

Then like something out of Mission Impossible, the man in
the middle took off a mask.

I saw you in the newspaper.

Everybody laughed.

Paul they are going to kill me, I am
as good as dead. You can’t go around
killing a Godfather.

So how can they go around and kill

I am here to settle with you Paul;
if you want me to I will kill myself,
because I was disloyal.

Just give me the word and I will
kill myself.

While he was saying this I had a gun pointed at my own head,
but, it seemed to me that John had the gum pointed at his
head. So if I gave him the order to kill himself, it would
have been me pulling the trigger on myself.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Show me both of your hands.

John Gotti showed Paul both of his hands,

PAUL CASTELLANO (CONT’D)
How could you have a gun pointed at
your head, and both of your hands
are free?

Then Paul Castellano realized the gun was pointed at his
head.

Get this fucking gun off of my head.
You want to kill me.

JOHN GOTTI
No Paul I just had to know it was
you; I didn’t know who the Army sent
back.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Well Paul Castellano would never
kill John Gotti, so if I ordered you
to kill yourself it couldn’t have
been me.

Paul you have to get me out of this
shit, you are going to have to show
me something, before I pay you.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Where is Janet, where is Janet!

JOHN GOTTI

why did you pull that stunt.

PAUL CASTELLANO
I knew I had to face the unknown,
but now I know it was you, so
everything is cool with her, I was
just protecting her from the unknown
factor. They sent for Janet, and
then they gave Paul Castellano a
complete status report, and important
plans were made. All this stuff I
told you about in this story was
found out by Frank Paul Jones at
these meetings. Had I never made it
to these meetings, I would have been
left in limbo, and never knew who I
was. This was when I found out
everything about me. It was called
the Integration because the two minds
became aware of each other. This
was when I found out about my children
and this was when Janet found out
her child was mine’s and that Frank
Paul Jones was in fact Paul
Castellano, which upset her, because
she didn’t know what was going on
either. What was to come about, a
lot of it was planned in this little
Pub. Paul Castellano arranged to be
married to both Janet and Latoya,
and when he sent them off he told
them they could do anything but,
give birth to another man’s child.
They both became his wives again.
This Integration begun on July 5th
1989, Frank Clark Jones died in
October of 1989 as it seemed, and
Paul woke up because all the good
news put him into shock in April
1990 in Avon Park, Florida, because
he had to be put back to sleep for a
slower transition. Janet’s Rhythm
Nation 1814 album woke him up while
watching the “Alright” video.

John got busted and was about to be sentenced, I was living

Transportation Authority. I got 2 weeks vacation and decided
to go and see the President of The United States George H.

FRANK PAUL JONES
I need to see the President.

SECRET SERVICE
You have an appointment?

FRANK PAUL JONES
No!

SECRET SERVICE
You can’t just come to see the
President. What’s your name?

FRANK PAUL JONES
Frank Paul Jones, they also call me
Paul Castellano.

SECRET SERVICE
Don’t move, wait there for a moment.

They found out I was the person who fax the media and
threatened the President and I was arrested.

They took me to a room to question me, and the conversation
went on, and I gave them Intelligence.

He is listening to everything you
say, just talk to the microphone.

Then he will understand what I have

Ward, and when everything blows over

you will have to stay here for at
least 2 weeks, but no Judge will
order you to stay pass the 2 week
maximum.

I got a full report on the Crips and Bloods and their

the house was designed. I went to

county Jail and a month later when

the L.A. Prosecutor realized they

stick, they turned over some letters

threatening in content, and I was

transferred to a federal Holding

Facility. I could have been pulled

out of the Prison System by The Secret

Service, but I refused their help

because I knew I had a job to do. I

I had several meetings with members of the Crips while I was

Time passed by I got out of prison and completed what the
Federal Government calls supervised release which is like
being on probation for 3 years.

After I finished supervised release in 1997 I moved back to
Avon Park for a few years. When I first got there I started
smoking weed and drinking brew, because I couldn’t do it on
the 3 years of Supervised release, because they was checking
my urine monthly. So basically I relapsed, for about 6
months. Then I really became more Spiritual in a 12 Step
Fellowship. On September 7th I got drunk, on September 8th
I smoked a joint to get over my hangover, and that was the
last time I used street drugs or alcohol.

information with her, even as I knew she was against me.

machine. I communicated with important players by fax.

I knocked on the door and she answered it.

I have bad news for you.

I have good news for you, so who is

EGERIA

This was when I finally put it all
together. Egeria had contact with
the Jackson Family all along. This
was why she was trying to make me

She was playing both sides against
the middle. Egeria I know she is
under Secret Service Protection
because I called in the Secret
Service, here is a copy of the letter

INT. AN AIRPORT IN NEW YORK CITY. — DAY

The Rene Elizondo Cartel was given a leak that was meant for
them to hear. The word was out that we were in the 11th

hour and was about to make our move against him.

JANET
The hell with this, how are you’ll
going to protect me and you work for
Paul Castellano?

SECRET SERVICE
Janet we do not work for the Gambino
Family, you have to trust us; do not
get on that plane, because if you
leave this Country we cannot protect
you.

CARTEL MEMBERS
Don’t trust them Janet get on the
plane with us.

JANET
I am getting on the plane, Paul
Castellano is going to kill me, and
this is my only way out.

Janet didn’t know I was the father
of her child, and she thought she
had a problem with me because of
this. During the Integration there
was a few arrangements that had to
be made to protect Janet from getting
killed by the Elizondo Cartel, and
to trap them. #1) Janet had to really

had to escape with them, so when she
was arguing with the Secret Service
it wasn’t an act on her behalf, she
was serious. #2) John Gotti wasn’t
going to let that plane take off

one time, and the time and place was

This Cartel didn’t know we knew who
they were, they made it look like a
normal flight, but it was the
hierarchy of the Elizondo Cartel.

what was going on. She just thought
she was running off to an Island
that would be a safe haven, but they
was planning on mistreating her to
use her to get at me. Many of my
enemies had plans on going to this
Island once they secured her on it.

to force you to stay in this country,
and once you sign these documents,

The plane took off, they had no suspicions and Star Wars was
