I do not like what Swizz Beatz included in his song concerning her, it was rude at a minimum, it was not an act of love, and he is telling everyone he found a sugar momma.  So what next Alicia has to raise his child and take care of his wife, just to get her groove on, it is low self esteem, but we did it to her.  This relationship is a career killer, but she is grown and can make her own decisions and may well learn the hard way, at the end she will have shoulder to cry on and him a price to pay. She has been through enough, as did Janet as well.

 

Michael Jackson:

 

I concur with Michael I do not like pay per view and it is lazy promotions.  I want 1,800 to 2,200 movie theaters for three weeks initially selected for their visual productions and great sound.  I want Monster Energy Drink as a sponsor the project to be sold at the venues with no alcohol being sold and I want a deal struck with AAFES Reel-Time Theaters. 

 

They have a huge economy that is not affected by the recession, but is benefiting from it as we are in war and 6,500 screens are owned by AAFES, that would be a start and would cover at a minimum the retainer fees.  If we go USO we might be able to strike a deal with AAFES seamlessly.  Patrick need to file an application with the USO which has to be done six months in advance and not the courts because  the O2 in London has nothing to do with these negotiations the issues here are  logistics, Patrick needs to work on the project he has to offer instead of making quickie offers, using blackmail tactics, we have plenty of time to put this show together.

 

Finally, I do not know how he figured out the salaries if Michael is guaranteed $3 Million Janet get a guarantee of $1.5 million and the brother to include Randy gets 750,000, and half comes in advance as a retainer and on the day of the retainer we have a contract and the promotions can begin.

 

John Gotti Junior:

 

I understand his case ended in a mistrial on 11 May 2009, they can try him again and again, but we all know it is me.  I want him to run a Gambino Enterprise for me and negotiated in my name with Patrick Allocco.  I want John to be a part of Gambino Productions in fact he can have Gambino Records and sign his nephews once we establish the companies.  I think this will be good for John he needs a legal identity.

 

Ideas and Reputation:

 

If you think I went through all of this to die famous you are stupid, who cares what people think of me after I die?  I plan to be around for a very long time and if I fail to do this I failed in life and will be remember as a man with a dram unrealized.  The secret is in the stem cells.  If Bill Gates can sell the operating system to computers Gambino Pharmaceuticals will and can create and deliver to the world the operating system of mankind expending life astronomically.  Expanding life in this world will be my mark or there will be no mark.  My current goal is 150 years of healthy living and that can turn to 300 if accomplished.

I want MJ’s fans to know that we always put Michael’s and the family’s interest above our own. We were told by Michael that he had “another commitment” and he would perform our show as long as it didn’t conflict. When it was confirmed that he was talking about the London dates, we were always amenable to working around the shows. When MJ told us that he would perform our show when he came back from London, we agreed to a summer 2010 date. Unlike other individuals or companies who have filed lawsuits against MJ seeking astronomical damages, we are trying to put a historic amount of money back into his pocket through our one night only U.S. concert.

 

It looks like Michael Jackson and Patrick Allocco came to a tentative agreement, we know Janet Jackson is working on her new album and is very busy these days, behind the spotlights and it is certain she will not be touring with her siblings.  However her album release date is sometime in the spring of 2010 and there is still the possibility of her showing up for one show to be aired worldwide.  It would certainly help promote her album and possible tour to do a high powered 45 minutes performance in a three hours Jackson’s extravaganza.

 

There was talk of a two million dollar retainer; I think three is more in line which can partially be advanced by Monster Energy Drinks, who is to make monster profits if this gets off the ground.  Patrick would have to submit an application with the USO and include in the rider some type of arrangement with AAFES Reel-Time Theaters, which has 6,500 screens in old school type theaters opposed to multiplex type theaters.  I think the destiny of this project highly depends on Patrick’s preparations which must start now.

I have a friend who rewrote one of my songs; Oral thinks he wrote a hit.  I am happy he is back into his music thing we go back many years and shared similar dreams in music.  But I told him I want him to perform some of my words to the music but rearrange the lyrics that I may not even recognized the song anymore.  He said I put more thought process in my screenplays than I do on my vocal arrangements.  This true, but only because many of those songs were written for Janet and others and I expected them to do what he did but my way.  I expected Janet to take my music using her musicians and rework some of the sounds and rearranged the lyrics, because my songs in many cases have meaning, but admittedly in some case I merely vented, but still with meaning to the storyline.  That is the role I wanted to play in Janet’s project. 

 

Now I have to make Oral his own independent musical compositions, I think if Janet listens to the stuff if she did not already, she has some slamming beats, not all but many of them can be worked with and on.  I am open to all the things below in red, but in all honesty I am in between a lot of unfinished projects and others need to step up, names need not be mentioned again!

 

Maybe I might be able to get something done this weekend and maybe not, I overheated this weekend as I described yesterday.  And was reluctant to run the studio too long in the heat or make any major screen changing decision in my script, but after talking it over with a few people, I came up with a few good ideas to unravel the dramas and make things happen.  It can go several directions, I just have to take the potential viewers into consideration to not offend people by writing the wrong people off for the wrong reasons, but we all know a couple of people might have to be written off by the end of the show in this type of drama that it developed into.

 

Do not ask me because I do not understand or know how long it is going to last, but my apartment cooled off last night, my AC is not blowing cold air but it is not blowing hot air either, I do not understand this crazy machine, but as a result as you can see I caught up on my sleep. 

 

Others may doubt you and say you are expecting too much in these challenging times but the word doubt does not exist in your vocabulary. Set your sights high, roll up your sleeves and starts making your dreams come true. Challenging times mean more opportunities.

The next few days could be a lot of fun, especially if you are involved in the kind of relationship that can best be described as “passionate. And if you are not involved in such a relationship chances are you will be very soon. Your world is going to rock.

A Gentleman as me a question today as I returned from the Movies, he said; “if a person goes to the movies you mean to tell me they can go and see another movie without paying to see the second feature?”  Actually this did not cross my mind as a serious consideration, but he opened my eyes to a bigger problem. I mean the movie theaters sell $4.00 sodas and $9.00 Franks, but refuse to hire a doorman to check the ticket stubs at the door of each featured film.

 

I asked the man who sold me a $4.00 bottle of Coke, which was a typical 20 oz soda, “is it true that the movie theater makes its money off of concessions and Hollywood make all the money from the movie?” and he said yes.  And then I said “is that why you are selling me a $4.00 soda?”  Fellow me here!

 

OK you can see all the movies you want to see for the price of one ticket, you only have to show your ticket stub at the front gate and they have a monopoly on the concessions but they do not even check your bags entering the theater.

 

This knocks out the idea that the movie theaters are corrupt and is out to keep people inside the theaters as long as they can just to sell concessions, because you can bring your own brown bag.

 

Meanwhile the industry claims the high ticket prices is due to the black market, but the biggest black market is the movie theater itself, because they actually handout 12 tickets for the price of 1 as long as you use them on the same day.  You can purchase a ticket to see “Notorious” and go to see “Underworld” after you watch Notorious on the same ticket.  This is no secret because the word is out that often black movies are sold short because they sell a ticket for one movie knowing you are going to see another movie.  So who is the culprit, the theater or Hollywood?  It would seem to be the theater but do they have an interest in the ticket sales or the concessions?  

 

You have copyrights verse property rights.  Hollywood holds the copyrights but the theater holds the property rights and it is a dilemma because the property holder is not taking the appropriate steps to protect the copyright holder’s product being the movie for several reasons and can we blame them?  So the question is the movie prices so high because of the black market or simply a systemic case of incompetence?  I mean the property holder is concerned about the real estate and the sales of concessions and not how many tickets are sold but how many people patronize the theater daily.  For all they care you can sneak in as long as you purchase popcorn.

 

What is my concern?  I plan to put out what I think will be a blockbuster called the Apostle a crossroad scripture-gospel-crime as lived by Paul Castellano; I think it will be a powerful story.  However it is now clear to me that we have a broking system.  My flick will probably be starring Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson will be a part of the supporting cast and though the movie focuses on them a lot they will not play themselves.  I can see now that my solution to this dilemma will be to rent the sections of the theaters I will be viewed in insure it and hire our own security and make the critics come to theater to rate the film there will be no critic copies to leak to the black market.  Because it is obvious it is not in the best interest of the owners of the theaters to control the traffic in numbers but only in property damage prevention meaning as little conflict as possible even if it means looking the other way as people sneak from show to show.

You usually manage to keep your cool, but the moon’s eclipse of Mars on your birthday means you will reach boiling point a lot quicker than anyone expected. That’s good. The only language some people understand is the loud and aggressive kind.

You have run away from a personal problem long enough. The time has come to deal with it, no matter how emotionally painful you think it might be. Chances are it won’t be as traumatic as you had feared and, once you are free of it, you will fly.

Every sentence has to end with an explanation.  We do not do things in the spotlight simply to be seen and do not have time to do the important things,  Janet (Jackson) needs to get a new contract and need dates for her tour and obviously she needs to stay in training while in the market to get paid for her services.  I have no problem with her gaining weight but there is a time for everything and there is a time to stop not paying attention to the surroundings and how you are being manipulated.  Jermaine Dupri used Janet until the point that her career has become almost insignificant and her into a mere showpiece at parties.  See Janet likes to be seen and Jermaine knows it and he exploited her in the most selfish way to line his pockets and but her career in shambles.  And Janet puts her trust in everyone but me and I am a product of the streets with some formal education in business and law, I have a couple degrees, but we created AIDS with a GED at age 17 so what does a degree mean like ask Bill Gates!

 

You President Obama and not personally but your current position the Administration of the White House and you John Gotti intentionally kept me away from my family and created this situation, you are so busy trying to keep me a secret from the world and keeping me out of the scene that my home is in a state of shambles and if I resort to murder I would be wrong and it would be a sad ending to a piece of work that took all of 33 years.  It seems like nobody is looking into my interests.

 

President Obama consider this a six months notice as required, I want Janet on a USO tour that will last 10 days and it will include 4 engagements.  In the USA, outdoors around June of 2009, before crowds of 50,000+ each engagement.  I want the Military to handle logistics, AAFES can round up sponsors to handle and cover talent fees for the artists and dancers and the rest of the entourage.

 

Sumner Redstone Paramount Pictures has to come up with respectful roles for my wife, for this her weight is not an issue, not all role are for centerfolds, but Janet has to get in shape and stay in shape for her own health reasons.

 

Mark Mays & Michael Rapino CEO’s of Clear Channel Communications and Live Nation respectively;  I want my contract negotiated for Janet in the name of Gambino Productions and I expect you John to start being accountable as my agent.

 

Finally I want her to stop fraternizing with Jermaine Dupri, if she must be seen she can date until my business is final, but like the Navy Sailor told his wife to be prior to going to war, you can date but not the same person more than three times, this way I do not have to worry about emotional attachments and be faithful.

 

What I said may not be loud!  But certainly it is clear?
