I do not know what you are talking about, however some what good news is that my Uncle Eston Roberts is finally waking up after surgery on Friday; I guess the operation took a lot out of him.  Maybe if he comes to New York City we might find him a kidney

 

There is a lot going on but I do not see how I am responsible, I mean nobody ask me for permission to be sanctioned, I mean you have a lot of renegades out there today.  Nobody comes to me for a blessing before their actions anymore, so in reality are they frauds?  Yes I made a request for the services of Denzel, Janet, Alicia, Beyonce, Vanessa, Ice T, Tito, Jackie and Jermaine, my nephew Anthony, Martin, Bobby and John Junior and a few more people but that movie is all good

 

I mean people make a mockery out of what is a code of loyalty and are imitators instead of innovators.  I mean you have this crew out of Atlanta trying to make a name for themselves in Las Vegas calling themselves Ocean 7, but they are not sanctioned, Frank Sinatra was sanctioned by the Don as is Michael Jackson, but I do not approve of Jermaine Dupri as the new act out of Las Vegas, talking about fun is jumping into the pool in a $6,000 tuxedo, now I am all for Michael Jackson opening a Thriller Casino in Las Vegas and working behind the scenes on my movie, “Everybody has Demons.”  It can be done for $15 to $20 Million but I want to market it at $30 Million for promotional purposes.

 

People may not know but my father Don Carlo Gambino was known for wearing $200 suits, he was not a very flashy guy, what John Gotti did was attracted the media attention and took the heat off of people such as me, took a fall and walked out the back door.  All to say all the stupidity and negativity do not try to blame me for it, give me credit where it is due.  The seeds I am planting are beautiful and the seeds I planted were successful, it was when people stop including me in their lives that shit went haywire.  Do Rhythm Nation 1814 and Thriller ring a bell?  These are examples of endorsed works.  And I am personally disappointed that something could not be worked out with AllGood Entertainment for the one night show in Texas.  Patrick and Michael are disappointments and they need to sit down like business men who are both authorized and resolve their differences.

Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz are allegedly a couple in a love triangle, but I guess it is all good and is just a matter of paperwork or an excuse for Alicia to not be committed to anyone.  You know being the other woman and all.

This will be short and sweet, I do not know where Jam and Lewis is with technology these days, but I have a few tips for Janet Jackson, I admit I know more than I can do and I have learned a lot things in the  past few months.  However, I am saddened by the fact that during my most vulnerable moments they tried to stick the dagger in me, I have to wonder if they want me dead or do not take my emotional pain serious,  Anyway:

 

I have everything I need to do my secret project, it will take few months, but I disagree with the no show with AllGood Entertainment, it was a great opportunity to exploit the new material in 2010 and save on music videos expenses, I want it back on, “your word is your bond.”  All I want is one of two things other than what was mentioned, either Janet takes Jermaine Dupri out of her vocabulary completely or look me in the face and tell me different than what I have been saying all along.  Because I know the one thing Janet cannot do is look me in the face and deny me and she knows it.  This can be done anytime at any place, but do not commercialize me I am not a media whore.  This is the one power I did not give Janet, twhich is to deny me face to face.

First of all, will someone settle Victoria Gotti financial woes; they have so much coming to them that it would be sad and an embarrassment to me for them to lose their home at this stage of the game.  Give the Gotti Brothers a few contracts to sing, dance and act.  In fact I think John Jr. should play a mafia Don in a movie, in fact I offer him the role of his father in the Apostle as I have offered Michael Jackson my role.  Just do it, that is handle Victoria’s woes, but get the numbers right first, because I heard it was $750G now I hear it is $650G, a $100G is a huge difference.

 

I want the movie “Everybody has Demons,” on the auction block and again I offer John JR. a role as a s Secret Agent, along with Alicia Keys, Janet Jackson, Beyonce and I need a tall light skinned male about 22 to 24 to play Rayvon, who is the brother of Alicia’s character in the movie.  I do not want give it away but I want it filmed in 2010.  I think it is well written action drama.

 

I want the magic show realized, with the Jackson Family in 2010 I would advise Janet to push back the release of her next album to come out when the movie hits the 1,800 to 2,200 screens it would promote her album and promote the show at the same time.  If she releases her album the weekend of the 4^th of July with a magic show virtual concert in 2,200 theaters it will be the biggest first week for her in along time, it could reach 1,000,000 sales or somewhere near that, this would be bigger than a music video.

 

As for Patrick Allocco and AllGood Entertainment as you can see we need your show and it most go on, but do not entertain stopping Michael in London at the O2, it would break my heart and we do not want to do that, because it is just being pieced back together.  Yes I cut off my hands out of my love for Janet and lose a lot of my friends as a result, so I will leave you with a couple of scriptures.

People spend hundreds of millions of dollars at the movie theaters every weekend and the big weekend on 4^th of July weekend.  If you put on a virtual concert magic show with new unheard music for the duration of about 3 hours we do not want it to be too long, with a mix of Michael, Janet and the Jackson’s performing at high energy, with huge promotions, you will attract a minimum of $100 Million in three weeks at $20 per ticket. We are talking about the high tech theaters with great surround sound and excellent visual equipment.  And it you put together good popular songs, that has R&B flavor the Gotti Brothers will be the next big hit on the scene, people loved John Gotti the criminal, they found him intriguing  so imagine how they will receive his grandchildren doing the right thing, singing about contemporary issues that are pro mafia and anti Illuminati?  That would be different and actually a positive message in the thug arena!  How is the cause of the economic crisis?

 

Now I am done with that, you are either going to do it or not, but you are going to keep questioning me about it.  It is either going to happen or not.  As for stem cells either it is the promise for mankind, or not and is a false alarm only time will tell.  However I bet my life on it, if I die at 80 years or less my whole life was a waste and I was played and it was all a lie and a waste of time.

I remember the conversation me and John Gotti had about the finances of his children.  He told me I can spoil mine’s but I will not spoil his, he said he did not want them to have too much at any given time and he wanted them to work for their money.  Now Alicia is making me rethink his opinion, because $200,000,000 could cause a lot of problems, put in her unstable hands.

 

First of all I understand Victoria has an urgent matter that needs to be resolved and I understand she has son’s interested in show business, as much as I try to write R&B music, my outcome is popular, you ask a person what type of music one of my songs are and I get different responses, from trance to jazz to actually R&B and Pop, I think I already have material perfect for a young Italian Group to enter the pop culture, it’s dance, fresh funky and damn if you cannot hear the Sicilian in me, like Prince it has that Mulatto sound, I guess it is innate.  The good thing is it can be a bridge for an Italian group and like Britney and Justin a way to enter the R&B as well as Pop scene.

 

Where am I going with this, if John Junior decides to take on this mission, I would like for him to establish Gambino Records and sign his nephews as a first act of the establishment.  I want Michael Jackson and/or Janet Jackson to present them the same way Diana Ross presented the Jackson Five, people will say Michael and/or Janet discovered them like Columbus discovered America, sure you are right! 

 

If we can prepare them this can happen by the summer of 2010 and the contract can be drawn sooner.  We will arrange for the John Gotti offspring’s to have diverse portfolios, but I want to introduce them the entertainment business meaning singing, dancing, acting and business lessons, I am certain the business area is covered.  I think we can pay them through music, song, dance and movies, they already have name recognition, they just need to make the name good, by legitimizing there associations with the Gambino Family that I plan to make legal anyway.  The old ways of doing things are done with.  That is the message of the day!

 

I told Patrick Allocco I want to do business with him, if he interferes with the O2 shows he will break my heart, I feel like he is extorting us.  We have time and he agreed already that one show has nothing to do with the other, he said Michael can do the O2 as long as he does the Texas show and why Texas and not New York City, but he is using rush tactics to get an agreement and that will not be tolerated.  We have time to discuss the logistics to insure a success; we cannot afford to enter into an agreement destined for failure for the sake of agreeing.  Hire a writer and present this show’s ideas, make tentative agreements to get seats at theaters, people want to be in air conditioned theaters comfortably seated for such an event.  Present a plan man and then we will make you a fair offer or agree to one.  Act like a professional businessman and not a con man.   The Jackson Family is a part of my family and I will defend them as such.

I do not like what Swizz Beatz included in his song concerning her, it was rude at a minimum, it was not an act of love, and he is telling everyone he found a sugar momma.  So what next Alicia has to raise his child and take care of his wife, just to get her groove on, it is low self esteem, but we did it to her.  This relationship is a career killer, but she is grown and can make her own decisions and may well learn the hard way, at the end she will have shoulder to cry on and him a price to pay. She has been through enough, as did Janet as well.

 

Michael Jackson:

 

I concur with Michael I do not like pay per view and it is lazy promotions.  I want 1,800 to 2,200 movie theaters for three weeks initially selected for their visual productions and great sound.  I want Monster Energy Drink as a sponsor the project to be sold at the venues with no alcohol being sold and I want a deal struck with AAFES Reel-Time Theaters. 

 

They have a huge economy that is not affected by the recession, but is benefiting from it as we are in war and 6,500 screens are owned by AAFES, that would be a start and would cover at a minimum the retainer fees.  If we go USO we might be able to strike a deal with AAFES seamlessly.  Patrick need to file an application with the USO which has to be done six months in advance and not the courts because  the O2 in London has nothing to do with these negotiations the issues here are  logistics, Patrick needs to work on the project he has to offer instead of making quickie offers, using blackmail tactics, we have plenty of time to put this show together.

 

Finally, I do not know how he figured out the salaries if Michael is guaranteed $3 Million Janet get a guarantee of $1.5 million and the brother to include Randy gets 750,000, and half comes in advance as a retainer and on the day of the retainer we have a contract and the promotions can begin.

 

John Gotti Junior:

 

I understand his case ended in a mistrial on 11 May 2009, they can try him again and again, but we all know it is me.  I want him to run a Gambino Enterprise for me and negotiated in my name with Patrick Allocco.  I want John to be a part of Gambino Productions in fact he can have Gambino Records and sign his nephews once we establish the companies.  I think this will be good for John he needs a legal identity.

If you think I went through all of this to die famous you are stupid, who cares what people think of me after I die?  I plan to be around for a very long time and if I fail to do this I failed in life and will be remember as a man with a dram unrealized.  The secret is in the stem cells.  If Bill Gates can sell the operating system to computers Gambino Pharmaceuticals will and can create and deliver to the world the operating system of mankind expending life astronomically.  Expanding life in this world will be my mark or there will be no mark.  My current goal is 150 years of healthy living and that can turn to 300 if accomplished.

I am not doing anything out of the ordinary or extraordinary.  I am just hoping Janet might perform one show for AllGood Entertainment; I do not want a long drawn out court lawsuit, by Patrick Allocco.  Michael said he would do the show when he comes from London, Janet is working on a new album.  I just took it on my own to act as a mediator between MJJ and Patrick, I might have committed Janet prematurely, but the show would help record sales, she can do her best songs and record the performance and make an agreement to use them to promote her album saving costs on music videos.  The arrangement is all good if all we get is the retainer and access to the film for future exploitation.  In other words instead of paying to make videos will get paid to make an extravaganza, that can be used to exploit our material.

 

I understand that  ASACP, BMI, and SASAC Americas Performance Rights Organizations (PRO’s) proposed a bill through Rep. John Conyers to go up on the rates to play music over the radio airwaves, I do not know if that includes internet radio, I am searching for this information and will report on this in the future.  Radio personalities are upset with this change.  The House Bill will strike down radio exemption of performance rights. Under H.R. 484 if passed many black radio personalities think it my harm the radio industry.  The issue is about putting some more money in the artists pockets.

 

It might work out, I am a member of ASCAP and I know recording artist are not selling music like the old days and radio airplay is my number one source of music listening.  You will find that most people listen to the radio hours every day.  So if this is true, it might not be all unethical or bad but a good thing, it would simply require a slight increase in fess by commercials aired on the radio and if it applies to internet radio and it should it would protect the radio industry from unfair competition.  Basically it is a new tax across the economic board and the radio stations will not carry the burden alone.

Performing rights are the right to perform music in public. It is part of copyright law and demands payment to the music’s composer/lyricist and publisher (with the royalties generally split 50/50 between the two.

 

You may be of the opinion that there are no limits, and generally speaking you may be right, but with Saturn turning direct on your birthday this year it will pay you to know how far you can go without provoking a negative reaction. Far enough, but not too far!

I want MJ’s fans to know that we always put Michael’s and the family’s interest above our own. We were told by Michael that he had “another commitment” and he would perform our show as long as it didn’t conflict. When it was confirmed that he was talking about the London dates, we were always amenable to working around the shows. When MJ told us that he would perform our show when he came back from London, we agreed to a summer 2010 date. Unlike other individuals or companies who have filed lawsuits against MJ seeking astronomical damages, we are trying to put a historic amount of money back into his pocket through our one night only U.S. concert.

 

It looks like Michael Jackson and Patrick Allocco came to a tentative agreement, we know Janet Jackson is working on her new album and is very busy these days, behind the spotlights and it is certain she will not be touring with her siblings.  However her album release date is sometime in the spring of 2010 and there is still the possibility of her showing up for one show to be aired worldwide.  It would certainly help promote her album and possible tour to do a high powered 45 minutes performance in a three hours Jackson’s extravaganza.

 

There was talk of a two million dollar retainer; I think three is more in line which can partially be advanced by Monster Energy Drinks, who is to make monster profits if this gets off the ground.  Patrick would have to submit an application with the USO and include in the rider some type of arrangement with AAFES Reel-Time Theaters, which has 6,500 screens in old school type theaters opposed to multiplex type theaters.  I think the destiny of this project highly depends on Patrick’s preparations which must start now.

Patrick Allocco responded to a letter I wrote him and basically said if he got an offer from the Jackson Family I guess specifically Michael Jackson similar to the one I put on the table, he would back off and agree to the Concerts in London.  And he said Frank Dileo is not cooperating. I later found out it was a one show deal and would be viewed over the Internet, I think that is a lazy and bad promotion so I suggested that he might consider having the show viewed on the big screen either live or like a movie would be suffice.   I suggested he try to book AAFES Reel-Time Theaters  as an act of good intent they own 6,500 screens and asked OK they can make 30 Million US dollars, but what is guaranteed? 

He said the show would take all day and would be a professional production, this means a 3 hour music video that can allow special effects not capable in a live show to include a virtual audience, so why cannot this be a movie production that can bring in at least $100 Million+ in 1,800 to 2,200 Theaters for two or three weeks.  These are not miscalculations they are honest inquiries. If he wants to book the show he needs to book seats, trying to show it over the Internet is trying to turn a penny into $30 Million and that is unrealistic.  Furthermore if it will be an all day production in front of a live audience, it will require the right people.

You need to be consistent and come back to me with something in a continuous series; I am trying to work with you all.  You said I need to practice teamwork; I asked Janet Jackson to make Gambino Productions a subsidiary of Black Doll Productions,, then I want to apply for a Trade name and have my Trademark Pending ™.  I expect her to act on these requests; I need the legal standing to sign the acts I plan to sign.  I should make that Gambino Records but that could regulate me

I am working at a slower pace to create more professional productions on the music end, my last creation I think was professional and radio friendly.  And I am coming across new trade secrets to add to my repertoire.

Finally someone mentioned why was not Janet sued for her tour and Michael is being sued, well the chances are Janet’s tour was over by time this deal was struck and she cancelled the tours for scheduling conflicts.  All Michael has to do is agree to the damn show and all Patrick has to is present a good promotional.  The current plan sounds like garbage and done lazily.    

By all means aim to move up in the world but make sure your ambitions stay in line with your abilities. Yes, you could and should be doing more but there is no point in setting you goals that are impossible to reach. Small steps will take you a long way.
