There is not many more Michael Jackson or Janet Jackson’s created.  The days of the big budget transitions to mega hits are becoming too risky at best.  Sure there are a few big stars out there but are they as big as they seem or were they ever.  I mean is fame money or an expense.  Is success being surrounded by body guards at $250G a hit, being chauffeured in limousines and spending $500,000 on video to be seen at your cost, as music videos are still considered promos.

 

Radio shows are being simulcast; it like really few local DJ’s anymore, so where is all the money going?  It seems like a hand full of people is getting paid large at high tax brackets or not paid at no tax bracket.  But a strange thing is taking place in the music industry, evolving is a new middle class.  Very few people are selling a million CD’s, people are taking lessons from people like Tyler Perry and going back to building fan bases to old fashion way city to city and town to town.  People are recording on privately owned studios and self promoting their material.

 

To make a long story short, people are realizing that it is not worth having a multi-million dollar contract to clear $100G per year or even be in the red, when they can freelance and make $500G and have a life.  As we know so well there is a disparity between what a star makes and what they pocket after video recoup, producers, studio costs, taxes, security and all the stuff that comes with the package called a star.

It was said that it is not so much important as to what goes into your mouth but what comes out of it, which is a maker of your character.  A very good word historically used as a negative connotation is Joneses meaning basically neighbor.  It is a saying to “keep up with the Joneses.”  Suggesting that you be in competition with your next door neighbor, sort of like they by a fence and you buy a more expensive fence, they buy a car and you buy a better car.

 

But in actuality the term Joneses is a friendly and non competitive term.  I call on the Hip Hop community to replace the terms “Nigger” and “bitch” with “Joneses.”  I call on them to say in there songs “be my Joneses.”  Because like Rev. AL Sharpton said, you are what you say you are.

 

Let us bring back a community to raise a child mentality and be truly neighbors and not allow ourselves to just simply be victims on the system.  A change in mentality is in our grasp, we can determine our destiny, by changing how we speak and therefore changing how we think.

 

It is like the new Mafia is a non profit organization for the betterment of our communities and not a self destructives movement of surviving by any means, because we are packed in the projects like sardines.  We have to address our circumstances and the situations we are facing such as the expansion of prisons, wars around the world and the AIDS pandemic; single parenthood, illiteracy and the symbolically castrated Blackman?

 

As simple as it may seem, a major step in the right direction as a new greeting of camaraderie (Friendship) is to stop calling your brothers or sisters Niggers and bitches and say “that is my Joneses.”  I call on major Hip Hop community to introduce this concept into their culture.  Personally I really like some Hip Hop and Rap music, but I am embarrassed by it; I think the term Joneses will sell more records and allow the music to reach more homes.  At least consider it. And most importantly it would create a safer community and brotherly and sisterly love among our youth.

We tell our children we are in a dire situation and if you quit school you quit on your country.  We tell them they must work hard to be successful.  I am sorry but that message should be meant for the parents and not the children. We live in a society of obese children, whereby fun is being on a computer.  We test our children out of school instead of encouraging them to spend that extra two or three years in high school, like if there is a rush to force them into adulthood and because of the rush job we are a nation of late blossomless incarcerated people.  

 

We tell them to compete against the world, yet we pit them against each other.  That is the problem I have with these non military experienced political leaders, you do not understand real teamwork.  We should be teaching our children to love first and through love of their neighbor as a team they can excel. 

 

We live in a society whereby everyone wants to be the chief, even without leadership qualities, because the Indians are not compensated properly, so it is all or nothing in America, whereby executive to employee salaries are too disproportionate.  And we call this success?  Is keeping our brother man down so we can share the pie with the devil truly success?

 

Let me tell you about something learned in the military, it is called teamwork.  I also learned this in the little league baseball and basketball teams.  Do these fat kids even have gym class anymore?  We say more school and less summer, I remember when the summer meant sports or work both which were good ethnics.

 

But we have kids now with nothing to do but join gangs during summer vacation and dance on the subways and sell candy and we talk about improvements.  I know of a man who worked hard all his life, had not a childhood and was rich as can be and he died at 50 years old.  His name was Michael Jackson.  You want to reform education?  Implement the Michael Jackson Act that guarantees every American child a childhood and not hard labor in the disguise of education.

The United States trade deficit was over $666 Billion in 2008 alone.  A negative balance of trade is when imports exceed exports and is called a trade deficit. In other words Americans buy more foreign goods than products made in America.  You have to ask how this could be when America is the land of milk and honey.  The answer is plain and simple; it is the result of big corporate greed.   They sold us out! 

 

They incarcerate the minorities or send them to war and send white trash along with them to foreign lands for the right to outsource labor, called cheap labor.  They destroy the American labor force systemically as the give jobs to foreigners.   This is called the American Dream.  And when they become too powerful (Nations) they send us over there to kill them and destroy their lands so they can start all over at the costs of our livelihood.  Does Iraq ring a bell!  Do Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein light a torch or what?  America made them both and it is not secret, and now we are taking them down.  Why?  Is it because to big corporate America they are like mere drug dealers who made a pact with the devil?

 

I say it is a conspiracy against Americans; corrupt businessmen influenced the political parties with money in the name of capitalism.  The whole system is screwed up all the way to how a person is elected.  An example is Mayor Bloomberg he is about to buy New York City’s “City Hall.” It takes money to run a campaign and where do you think the money comes from to run an election, from special interest groups with an agenda.  Their purpose is to influence the political system plain and simple.

 

People may allude to President Obama campaign came from the grass roots, I personally do not buy that, I think that whole line of crap is a ploy, because what is he doing for the little man now?  How much money is he collecting from special interest coalitions now?  I mean who sent him the money, not one person came to me and said I send Senator Obama money.  Not that I matter to everyone; but I should know a few people who contributed.  I do not!

 

The answer is tariffs on foreign imports, stop outsourcing labor, stop fighting senseless wars, open the prison gates after they are educated and regulate the elections process.  Everyone should have the same war treasure chest in the elections process, with the same amount of media coverage and then and not until then will America be governed by Americans for Americans.  The people in Washington DC are traders who overthrew the American government.

I say the only religion that is a true religion is a religion that teaches the fact that religion is bull.  They say religion is faith and religion is a belief code, I say my religion is for those who are not looking for salvation in a spiritual sense, in the idea that the Lord of never & never will accept you at the Heavenly gates.  I say Heaven and Hell is here on Earth and if you are tired of catching Hell at the hands of evil people, come together under the banner of the Apostle Paul (Me) whether you think it is bull or not bull, this show I will run.  So if you do not believe in anything, believe in me and be set free in unity.  What you got to lose, you are a sinner who do not believe in anything anyway, so believe in me and let us kick behind.

 

I say my religion is about legal enterprising among the forgotten people, the brothers returning from prison I say under my banner we can congregate.  Under the religious banner felons on parole can come together and do Godly things and it is for me to decide what Godly is because I am God!  And if you confess with your word that is bond that I am Lord you are accepted into the Family of God as adopted children of God.

To be honest I think if you want to influence the world, you either get into politics, religion or entertainment and the most influential of the three is surprisingly entertainment if you can dictate its direction.  There are specific organizations who are the shot callers, like the RIAA and MPAA, being the Recording Industry Association of America and the Motion Picture Association of America.  Basically the same principles apply they are major labels running the business of music and motion pictures and they have a major influence on what is exploited commercially  Hollywood shines the brightest but is the most hidden seed of influence over the populace.  Today religion actually falls under entertainment to some degree with these television ministries and big business influences politics and guess who advertises for big business.

Media is a part of entertainment, which controls what we focus on, like Janet and the FCC and the Supreme Court and 3^rd Circuit, Hollywood made it seem important, but $550G is drop in the bucket for CBS to pay out without admitting to any wrong doings and in the future warn people that these things can happen and they are watching at their own risk or simply do away with live daytime television that is family oriented.

So I am stock piling intellectual property so when I do establish my production company it will have value according to my name recognition.  I find Janet upsetting because she refuses to assist me in duly recognizing me, so I can reach the status that will increase my intellectual property valuation, so in the meanwhile I am stockpiling right before the peoples eyes.  I wrote a second  book but people do not see it, it is called Paul Blogs and it is located on the Internet as a write another post this moment, people just do not know who I am, but when they find out it will attract record numbers of readerships and attract enormous advertisement. 

“Everybody has Demons” is allegorical and “the Son of the Made Man” is historical and is a timeless screenplay, which is currently named the “Apostle.”  My greatest asset is my computer keyboard, historically called the pen, people will sleep on me but I will continue in this direction

Finally I never claimed to not be human, but I do not recall ever claiming to be one, I mean they have 5 senses I have at least 6 senses.  I am the Son of Man and if he is human so be it.

RIAA is an acronym for the Recording Industry Association of America, who are a group of people who basically make the calls as to how the music industry is regulated in the United States of America.  Their main interest is the major labels who are also the main record distributors, as they do represent over one and a half thousand labels but their interest is in preserving the influence of the 4 major labels which are EMI, Sony Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group and Warner Music Group.  They are powerful, but like America they are in a recession and desperately have to make major changes before they suffocate in their own vomit.

 

Can they afford to stand by their positions concerning SACD copyrights that will require three copyrights to a single SACD and can they continue to claim that recording MP-3’s from legally purchased CD’s are illegal, however this assertion is yet to be proven in the court of law.  This one shoe fits all mentality is destroying the recording industry.  I mean it is one thing to protect the rights to intellectual property as stated in the first amendment which is beyond the scope of my examination.

 

To keep is simple I think the application of a one shoe fits all mentality in such a vast form of trade is impractical.  It is like a hand full of people with a lot of money is telling everyone how to conduct the business of music to protect their interests. Take Janet Jackson, Prince, LL Cool J, Whitney Houston and the many old school artist like the Ohio Players, the Gap Band, Earth Wind and Fire as well as many young artists too many to name, they have the power to blackball without notice and then regulate their activities as an independent artist, meaning even independent artists are not independent of the iron hand of the RIAA, which is the CIA & FBI combined of the music industry.  With their far reaching hands they have the ability to destroy the lives of any hard working artist who does not play by their rules.

 

Meaning if they say pose nude you take off your clothes, if they say use the (N) word or the (B) word every other sentence you do so.  You heard me use the term Gay Mob; they are nothing but hands to these people.  Unfortunately technology was screwed those 12 inches over and brought them to their knees.  And if they do not change their ways they will lose it all very soon.  They can no longer have their cake and eat it also.

 

I found this information posted and it is a contradiction to the positions they are taking.

But it is illegal, therefore hybrids with MP-3’s embedded is illegal.  The issue is not about copyrights as in MGM Studios, Inc. v. Grokster, Ltd. 545 U.S. 913 (2005) the issue is to disallow the little man from making a living to protect their own self interest.  And the sinking ships are taking everyone with them out of greed.  It is time for an Underground Distribution Network and the issue is survival.

You are right some things are better left unsaid, especially when you have a self-righteous family.  I am about to give up on them, trying to prove things to them is futile, their minds are made up.

My family members and friends can recite every scripture but never mentions this one.  So I realize their disbelief is as preordained as my life in whole and things are better left unsaid to keep the peace and prevent an all out fallout.

One of the huge elements of the underground economy is movie and music piracy.  You have a lot of street venders who have established businesses and major distributors who supply them.  I think they are an army waiting for marching orders and can make it possible for independent artist like Janet Jackson, Prince and the Time band to get there music directly to the consumers.  These entrepreneurs are already moving million upon millions of illegal media.  With the CD duplication technology out there independent artist could license these distributors who have the line of street distribution to put there music in the hands of the consumers legally.  All they have to do is give the distributor a license and a master album and it is all on and sell as many if not more CD’s than the major labels sell in stores and certainly more than what the independent distributors sell in stores with lower mark ups, at lower prices for at least an equal profit margin.  I am just brainstorming.  But if enough independent artist team up and do this the merchandise would be diverse, well received and an exciting movement to the streets and an opportunity for many to do what they are already doing but legally. Independent artist should bypass the record stores and take it to the streets directly that should be the marketing strategy of 2009-10 and the future.

I am about the begin to take minor risks basically I am the equipment man and I plan to use people who has been overlooked and give them an opportunity to do things that they  have the ability to do if they had the proper equipment.  I am sort of like springing out and creating activities outside what I do on my own in order to accelerate actions.  My first move is to hire a songwriter and screenwriter.  With the understanding that I do not own them behind these smell investments and they have the liberty to do things for themselves outside of the projects I will assign them.  But my projects must have the priorities.

 

I could use one more spending sprees not for fun but to complete an investment, aside from the above actions I am about or in the process of building another music studio.  I have the resources to build this studio but until I receive another income, I feel it would be reckless spending.  I am at the borderline of being financial responsible.  These guys seem to be an army and a movement ready to go at it and deserve to be invested in.  I asked my sister did she want to be my partner code for taking some of the financial commitments away from me.  See I need people who I can depend on to help pay for us to play and I can put those men into the game in a week or two.  Yes I have the line of credit, but I do not have the income to go all out and invest in these artists.  I guess that is the meaning of risk.  A risk I am not totally ready to take until I get return on what I did already.  My projection is these guys might not give me any return for about 6 months at a minimum if done right with proper preparation, the good thing is they have been at this for some time now, they just need the equipment.  There is a legitimate reason why they cannot invest in themselves now and it has everything to do with where they were when they learned there skills and became committed to the movement.  Yes this is a movement that I am debating on investing in and contracts might have to be drawn up.  These men deserve a break they are basically fresh out of prison, talented and committed to doing it right this time.  I wonder if I am being selfish and am I letting them down.  All they are asking for is a quality home studio to work out of.  Or are you’ll being selfish by holding on to me income?
