For the past 5 years or so, all I heard on the media was how to be successful.  It was being promoted as if we were in a booming economy and prosperity was overflowing.  But now it is getting old as people realize the cut throat mentality of putting people down to get over is selfish and overrated.   When you stop and think about how many poor people it takes to make one person rich and how birds of a feather flock together, just what is being insinuated here?

 

When I was growing up it was all about love, people sung about love, preachers preached about love, and then came this trend whereby everything became green.  But natural resources are limited, so how can everyone be a billionaire and then again how can everyone be millionaires?  But love can overflow, whereby money cannot.  Sure they can print all the money they want but it will not be worth the paper is it printed on. 

 

It is like the mainstream media realized the path it has been taking is about to backfire so they want to change the pattern and make an 180 degree turn, due to events that are not new but are finally being spoken about.  They talked about Fort Hood, Texas as if military fatalities are new or even suicide among our warriors.  They talk about black on black crime like it is new, not because they care but because they are now frightened, but these things have never stopped happening, people were so busy multitasking towards the fantasy of everyone can be a millionaire, by which they forgot about the important task of love and its prominence on a better society.

 

See media controlled America has come to the realization that they are no longer safe, as children are starting to realize there true enemy or enemies who are responsible for there oppression, which is a society that puts success before love.  A society with a prison population unlike anywhere on earth literally, I mean nobody is safe from the desire of a society all out for self. 

 

It was to be just an American dream to be wealthy like the fronts called celebrities, while the truly rich manipulated society into being consumers as a means of living large.  Now everyone wants a piece of the real pie, but the pie is not big enough, so now we hear talk about love again. 

 

Love is the only natural resource that can overflow and never run out of space.  The truth be told love is the only solution to the world’s woes, but before people buy into it the emperor of greed has to fall and they are so greedy they will take America with them if allowed to do so.

We tell our children we are in a dire situation and if you quit school you quit on your country.  We tell them they must work hard to be successful.  I am sorry but that message should be meant for the parents and not the children. We live in a society of obese children, whereby fun is being on a computer.  We test our children out of school instead of encouraging them to spend that extra two or three years in high school, like if there is a rush to force them into adulthood and because of the rush job we are a nation of late blossomless incarcerated people.  

 

We tell them to compete against the world, yet we pit them against each other.  That is the problem I have with these non military experienced political leaders, you do not understand real teamwork.  We should be teaching our children to love first and through love of their neighbor as a team they can excel. 

 

We live in a society whereby everyone wants to be the chief, even without leadership qualities, because the Indians are not compensated properly, so it is all or nothing in America, whereby executive to employee salaries are too disproportionate.  And we call this success?  Is keeping our brother man down so we can share the pie with the devil truly success?

 

Let me tell you about something learned in the military, it is called teamwork.  I also learned this in the little league baseball and basketball teams.  Do these fat kids even have gym class anymore?  We say more school and less summer, I remember when the summer meant sports or work both which were good ethnics.

 

But we have kids now with nothing to do but join gangs during summer vacation and dance on the subways and sell candy and we talk about improvements.  I know of a man who worked hard all his life, had not a childhood and was rich as can be and he died at 50 years old.  His name was Michael Jackson.  You want to reform education?  Implement the Michael Jackson Act that guarantees every American child a childhood and not hard labor in the disguise of education.

Jacque Reid, Bob Slade and Steve Wilson along with the main host D.L. Hughley make up the D.L. Hughley Morning show.  They seem to make a wonderful team.  D.L. seems to be very funny but down to earth and I admire his gentleman’s attitude in dealing with Jacque.  It is like D.L. Hughley knows how to be funny a bad man and a respectful person in one package.

 

I remember when I was first introduced to Jacque Reid on the Steve Harvey Show; he was totally disrespectful to her, as he was with most women.  Now it is like D.L.  brought funny back to the city, while Steve babbles about, well I do not understand him anymore.  I think Kiss 98.7 is the hottest radio station in New York City, hitting homeruns after homerun.

 

D.L. is quickly finding out about New Yorkers, I mean one day we are talking about pissing in bed the next we are talking about how to take piss, and then on the other hand he is on top of politics.  The guy is well rounded.

 

When I first heard D.L. Hughley was in town I was so happy, when I heard it may not be permanent I was worried, not that he is on blast I look forward to waking up to his show.  Well actually I wakeup about 4:30 am, but still I look forward to his show as I get ready for work.  I hope he gets syndicated if that is what he wants, but the Big Apple is all he needs, welcome to New York City D.L. Hughley.

 

May his show be blessed with staying power and may many stars visit him on a regular basis during promos.

Performance Rights Act – Amends federal copyright law to:

(1) Grant performers of sound recordings equal rights to compensation from terrestrial broadcasters;
(2) establish a flat annual fee in lieu of payment of royalties for individual

 

In view of the fact that since the beginning the standard in American Radio was that Broadcasters did not have to pay artist performance royalties as they did pay (songwriters) royalties because they allegedly promoted the artist and was a service to the artist.  However, Internet Radio, Satellite Radio and the distribution of MP-3’s having drastically transformed the music scene.  So the United States Congress is responding with due diligence to this fundamental flaw in the industry.

 

Question: Is this true today, does radio broadcasters name the artist after each song these days?  I mean artist like Janet Jackson and Michael we just know them when we hear them, but how about the new artists?

 

Many radio stations are in opposition to the new legislation, but this legislation is designed to preserve the American way, because if the artists continue to get cheated they will cease to exist, than radio will have nothing to play of good quality.  A frontrunner in opposition is Michael Baisden of Kiss 98.7 one of the hottest shows on radio syndicated nationwide.

 

Maybe there might be a middle ground that has to be found, that is cost effective to both sides such as increased costs to advertise and a few pennies on the products we buy in stores to cover the costs, but the artist has to be paid for the industry to continue to produce quality music.  Maybe even a tax on blank CD’s!

 

As we know with the new music scene album sales are down, perhaps the production of SACD formatted albums could help some, but the fact of the matter is that most people listen to MP-3 and radio as a source of music listening pleasure.  The artist of the future will have to cater to seeking radio airplay as opposed to record sales.  A hit to the future artist will be determined by how much airplay they get, so the bill is a good bill, but the costs has to be absorbed by the consumers across the board in the form of slightly high consumer prices across the board.  That is my opinion what is yours?

I know what is going on now; Jermaine Dupri has an inexpensive blogging network.  Janet is playing into it, for what reason?   I do not know why!  The operation is Janet takes a picture with Jermaine Dupri at an event then they take turns sending out blogs about the relationship.  It comes from different addresses or URL’s but the stories are the same with a slight variation. It is not a complex operation; I could do this for about $250 dollars per month or less, perhaps $250 every three months.  In the modern era it is called cheap advertisement, but exactly what is being sold I am not clear of, certainly not Janet’s records or tour dates.

 

This operation allows them to get there message across as a seemingly authentic and creditable source because of the redundancy.  They start a rumor and post it over and over again until it seems real.  I do not want Clear Channel Communications to transmit this bullshit.  They can have Technorati.com. 

 

Like I said, first of all I cannot understand how I have authority number one on my website on Frank Paul Gambino on Technorati.com and you have to go to any authority to read my postings, it is like I am being hidden on my own site.  I have the highest authority according to Technorati.com.  But to keep up with my position with the contracts I will discuss in the near future that is where to find it.  Next after Janet I want to discuss Alicia Keys long term contract with her share at $200 Million over about 15 years, similar to Janet’s contract dealing with the same basic corporations and I will add a few like Sony Acid Loops and so on. 

 

Jermaine Dupri has a weak operation that he paid no more than a $1,000 to setup and a digital camera.  He probably gets invitations to events through Janet Jackson’s celebrity status.

 

I will look into the website from time to time because I know how to read between the lines, the problem now is tour support and I want that corrected ASAP.

OK Let us get back on track and continue where we left off.  We were at the point of wait and watch.  You’re going to have to make a greater commitment than a fall tour and a MTV reality show for $100 Million share of a $250 Million contract.  You have to do the USO tour and the overseas world tour in that order.  It is necessary to justify the tour support that we will pr into this tour.  Otherwise you will have low budget show.  I will post this to remind me and you as to what we are going to do, the only adjustment is that you will stretch the contract into about 7 years to give to more time off.  We will do no Broadway Show but will perform at the Casino and in the movies.  This was where we were at:  I want a response by Friday the 27^th.

We start here and it can end here as well.  All we need lawyers for is to write out these negotiations into a contract.  To do this the four entities have to settle on timing these events.

Janet gets $100 Million in a 4 year deal that is extendable to 6 years, which provides for maternal leave in case of pregnancies.  The contract will include 3 CD’s, 3 Movies roles, a 6 months show at a Casino to be named and two world tours.  .

 

Clear Channel Communications:  $10 Million (Even) at your risk

 

You will insure we get radio airplay.  We will give up some of the publishing rights to the albums done on Warner Music Group.

When you stop posting that shit about Jermaine Dupri we can finish your tour.  One thing is you should work the MTV show into the tour, by having a scout lineup people and you do a short scene in different locations while on tour.  It will have time for travel and travel expenses.  If fact you can use your stage and band in the process.

 

So I guess the USO tour is off and the World tour is off and the Broadway Show is off.  So when are you all getting married and having the baby?  By the way in whose name will you all make your vows Satan?  So I guess there is really nothing else to do and there will be no apology, in fact you owe me about 100 of them.

There is no way in heaven, hell or earth that Janet chose Jermaine Dupri over me.  There is not way in hell that Jermaine believes he can openly marry Janet and not catch a bullet in the head.  There are just too many variables.  Janet tested my patience to the maximum and I am through playing tit for tat games.  These relations have to end she has to come up with a better way to be seen and get publicity, because this is disrespectful and bad publicity for her but good for him.

 

Nobody takes from me and gets away with it unless I wanted them to have it in the first place.  There certain things I can do and certain things I cannot do.  I am not going to tell you which are which because little kiddies might take my kindness for weakness as they have demonstrated.

 

I am about to run into some operational funds real soon and everyone who knows me knows what I can do with a small sum of money and to most people what I am about to get is not small but not settlement numbers, but it will pay for my lawyers and transportation costs to fulfill negotiations.  My settlement is already in place I just have to create contracts to draw money out of the accounts.  I have a lot of mouths to feed, and to be honest as longs as Janet claims she is marrying that monkey I am not going to give her shit but a hard time and he is going to end up broke and injured if he insist on carrying out this charade it is disrespectful and all this talk is coming to an end and action will replace it and once actions takes place it will be too late to say OK I will stop.  These are the warnings and the warnings will be followed by severe injuries.  He will meet my big brother!

 

These are not threats they are simply a way of life and the way we do business.  This is not to say Janet cannot leave me, but she has to comeback first and if her reason is justifiable it will be granted and I will set her up with an estate, but she has to comeback first, because these are the order of things.  I am not going to say this is Janet’s last chance, but this is the  last time she will be asked to do this willfully, the next time she will be told in a way that will not be as pleasant, I might have to put my foot down.  So if she cannot end this charade on her own, I will send her some assistance and like they said they will not be so nice (Sympathetic)  in the process and it may well result in my mistreating her, because a person makes the bed they sleep in.

Hi my name is Janet Jackson in the entertainment world and I often make songs that are sexually explicit; let us face it this is Hollywood, sex sells and my targeted audience is adults.  But now I want to be real with you for a moment and discuss a serious issue about a disease called AIDS.

 

I believe that we all should wait until we find that soul mate and is happily married before being sexually active: I believe the safest route to protecting ourselves from STD’s and most importantly AIDS is to abstain from having sex until we get married and be faithful to our spouse.  However the sad reality is that single women, single parents, divorce people and the rest are active and a reality in America’s population and we all must protect us from the many STD’s especially AIDS.  Abstaining from having sex and not using drugs will exclude a people from about 98% of the new cases of HIV infections.  Yes it is a sad reality but abstaining from sex and not using drugs is not a one hundred percent prevention method but is by far the best option.

 

It is believed that in 1981 America was the first country to identify AIDS and by 2005 over 500,000 people dead from it AIDS in the United States alone.  What is more disturbing is that the percentage of AIDS diagnoses in 2005 in America had the African American population at 50% of those diagnosed and only 12% of the total population.  Remember these are just the people who know they are infected.

 

At the peak of the AIDS crisis there were 80,000 new cases annually during the years around 1992-93 but in 2005 there were still 40,000 new cases in America and over 17.000 died from AIDS alone in 2005.  This is something to be concerned with whether you are straight or gay AIDS does not care. It just wants to kill people.

 

What is really troubling is that between 2000 and 2003 black women were about 6 percent of the AIDS cases but by 2005 we have become 68 percent of the new AIDS cases, that amounts to over 25,000 black women and out of them is estimated that over 65 percent contracted AIDS through heterosexual sex and about 31 percent through drug use.  This is cause for great concern we all must protect ourselves, but especially the black woman and say no to drugs.  But please consider abstinence!

 

There are 33.2 million people living with HIV/AIDS in the world, including 18 million women and children living with HIV/AIDS, according to UNAIDS/WHO.

 

Do not believe everything you read in the tabloids; my personal life is really personal and Hollywood, well Hollywood will be Hollywood and that is entertainment!
