Los Angeles Crying Broke & Got Paid Twice Over

Smokey at MemorialLos Angeles Crying Broke & Got Paid Twice Over

Los Angeles pressures Michael Jackson fans to cover the costs for services by the City for Michael Jackson’s memorial.  AEG Live covered the tab for the memorial service, but there were other costs involved such as security was major.  I think the City of Los Angeles should be compensated but is barking down the wrong tree.  I did not hear about this during the Lakers parade, but now they want to be compensated by people who just experienced a major loss of a champion instead of gaining one.  Sound ass backwards to me.

Let us look at the numbers; they say it was an estimated 700,000 people were there, how many people rented hotels for the event?  They say there were over 1 Billion with a capital B that watch this event world wide, tell me how many dollars Michael made the television industry and is still making the television industry as he is the headline news as the drama continues.  I mean Michael got me back to watching television, I might be hooked again.  I know this; there are people who have not watched television for awhile who now click the remote control again in suspense for good programs.

Then we have to look at the size of Michael Jackson’s estate, that I think is being under-appraised, because Michael sold more record than any artist in history so what is the obsession with the Beatles Catalog it is all about Michael Jackson now.  I mean how much money in taxes has the Jackson Family paid to Los Angeles over the years, how may people have they employed over the years.  How many tax dollars reached the hands of the United States due to Michael Jackson?

 Michael's Children

Finally I ask the Mayor how much money will reach the hands of Los Angeles and California as a result of his estate changing hands.  Considering the impact Michael Jackson had on the world yesterday and in his lifetime and what impact he will have after death to include a possible Museum in Los Angeles.  I would stop crying about the tab to the fans and ask the Federal Government to kick in and try negotiating with the Jackson Family once these fake ass trustees are locked up for fraud about how Michael can continue to cause you more problems with people traffic that equates to money spent into the economy of Los Angeles.  You were paid twice over already.

Electronics and Entertainment regulations needed

President Obama Official PortraitElectronics and Entertainment regulations needed

I think President Obama has to it is imperative that he organizes a panel of experts in Law and Technology and resolve the differences that if not addressed will destroy the American way.  We are still the leaders of the entertainment world, but left unaddressed this too can become history.  Why?  First of all, let it be said that HR 848 is just an idea and not the solution to the slumping recording industry. It only duly recognizes that the recording industry is in fact in trouble and can go under.

As the music industry and entertainment industry has crept and crawled still meeting the standards of the old ways of doing business while the electronics industry has moved forward in leaps and bounds.  We have a caveman entertainment regulated industry going up against a supercomputer and mankind is losing out to machine, when the intended purpose of machines was to assist and not replace man.

There is not much that the average consumer cannot do with the home Personal Computer.  As we are worried about North Korea and nuclear missiles we should be worried about the little computer wiz kid, with his hand on the right processor, memory, and storage space and internet access flying unmanned planes over populated cities.  That said!

Entertainment has to quickly catch up to the electronics industry, from levying blank CD’s as done in other countries like Canada to support the record industry to removing MP-3 Players from the category of computer peripherals, to taxing each GB of storage space on digital devices like MP-3 Players, I-Pods and even digital phones, because the amount of storage space on these devices have become too cheap and are manufactured at unnecessary capacities.

Even things like what is celebrity status has to be addresses, even a horse can retire.  As I realize there is a difference between popular and famous, the paparazzi are not held up to any standards in their exploitation.  I mean is a celebrity a name and institution or personality or do all unfairly applied?  My argument is that a celebrity is an institution with a name and not a real character but is a public image.  I just think that after so many years of fame due to celebrity status fame may no longer mean popular and the real individual should be able to opt out and regain their private lives as untouchable celebrity status.  The whole system is jacked up!

I mean people like Michael and Janet Jackson, Prince, even Paul McCarthy and Mick Jagger just cannot refrain from entertainment because the cost of their status is too high.

Is African American Culture included in our Multicultural society of America?

african-breat-exposed2Is African American Culture included in our Multicultural society of America?

I am half Sicilian but was raised black and know nothing about European Culture, but I know Justin Timberlake is white and Janet Jackson is African American, and therefore they clearly come for two different cultural backgrounds.  It is alright for a black woman to expose her breasts and it is not alright for a white woman to do the same that is because of cultural differences.  It is not alright for a white man to stripe and expose a black woman’s breast and therefore if anything is investigated it should be Justin’s sexual assault

Excerpt from President Obama’s Inaugural Address

For we know that our patchwork heritage is a strength, not a weakness.

We are a nation of Christians and Muslims, Jews and Hindus, and nonbelievers. We are shaped by every language and culture, drawn from every end of this Earth

And because we have tasted the bitter swill of civil war and segregation and emerged from that dark chapter stronger and more united, we cannot help but believe that the old hatreds shall someday pass; that the lines of tribe shall soon dissolve; that as the world grows smaller, our common humanity shall reveal itself; and that America must play its role in ushering in a new era of peace.

To the Muslim world, we seek a new way forward, based on mutual interest and mutual respect.

To those leaders around the globe who seek to sow conflict or blame their society’s ills on the West, know that your people will judge you on what you can build, not what you destroy.

To those…

Excerpt from Wikipedia African American Culture

African American culture is rooted in Africa and is a blend of chiefly sub-Saharan African and Sahelean cultures. Although slavery greatly restricted the ability of Africans in America to practice their cultural traditions, many practices, values, and beliefs survived and over time have modified or blended with European American culture. There are even some facets of African American culture that were accentuated by the slavery period. The result is a dynamic culture that has had and continues to have a profound impact on mainstream American culture, as well as the culture of the broader world.

Entertainment Tops the Food Chain

perfect-square1Entertainment Tops the Food Chain

To be honest I think if you want to influence the world, you either get into politics, religion or entertainment and the most influential of the three is surprisingly entertainment if you can dictate its direction.  There are specific organizations who are the shot callers, like the RIAA and MPAA, being the Recording Industry Association of America and the Motion Picture Association of America.  Basically the same principles apply they are major labels running the business of music and motion pictures and they have a major influence on what is exploited commercially  Hollywood shines the brightest but is the most hidden seed of influence over the populace.  Today religion actually falls under entertainment to some degree with these television ministries and big business influences politics and guess who advertises for big business.

Media is a part of entertainment, which controls what we focus on, like Janet and the FCC and the Supreme Court and 3rd Circuit, Hollywood made it seem important, but $550G is drop in the bucket for CBS to pay out without admitting to any wrong doings and in the future warn people that these things can happen and they are watching at their own risk or simply do away with live daytime television that is family oriented.

So I am stock piling intellectual property so when I do establish my production company it will have value according to my name recognition.  I find Janet upsetting because she refuses to assist me in duly recognizing me, so I can reach the status that will increase my intellectual property valuation, so in the meanwhile I am stockpiling right before the peoples eyes.  I wrote a second  book but people do not see it, it is called Paul Blogs and it is located on the Internet as a write another post this moment, people just do not know who I am, but when they find out it will attract record numbers of readerships and attract enormous advertisement.

“Everybody has Demons” is allegorical and “the Son of the Made Man” is historical and is a timeless screenplay, which is currently named the “Apostle.”  My greatest asset is my computer keyboard, historically called the pen, people will sleep on me but I will continue in this direction

Finally I never claimed to not be human, but I do not recall ever claiming to be one, I mean they have 5 senses I have at least 6 senses.  I am the Son of Man and if he is human so be it.

Who is a Freemason

Da 8:25 He will cause deceit to prosper, and he will consider himself superior. When they feel secure, he will destroy many and take his stand against the Prince of princes. Yet he will be destroyed, but not by human power.

A Sun-Saturn aspect on your birthday means you have come to a crossroads, and the decisions you make over the next few months will ultimately determine the road you have to go down, if not for the rest of your life, then certainly for the next few years.

You need to accept that your feelings are a valid part of your nature. The more you try to stifle your emotions today the more likely it is they will surface in ways that might be destructive. Feelings are a fact of life. Without them you would not be human.

Janet’s FCC Nightmare Relived

So it will not go away that is the wardrobe malfunction.  I guess now at the super bowl halftime show, they will have to warn people that the show may have a slip of the tongue or a malfunction of clothing.  Just do away with live shows that are family oriented on daytime television.  I mean there was almost total nudity in Shaka Zulu, but we were forewarned of the graphic content.

The issue is not that Janet’s breast was exposed on television, but when and how.  It is about defining American culture and it goes against everything President Obama stated in this is a multicultural society and the country is not Christian.  The real question is does the FCC rules supersede American norms.  Which bring forth what is normal in America and the answer is that there is no norm, again I say America is multicultural society of no norms and if an American has the right to practice there religion, why should not an American be allowed to practice the ethnicity. Are we saying an Arab can where face gear in the bank, but an African must wear a bra?  Now who sounds foolish?

Personally I was disappointed by the act itself, the song selection and stage show was all wrong for the audience targeted it was a SNAFU in my opinion from the beginning.   CBS should pay the fine for allowing that act in the beginning under European culture
