RE: Reel Time Theaters
Date: 1 August 2008
I stand to be corrected AAFES operates Reel Time and not Real Time Theaters, which is a worldwide operations with over 6,500 screens. They are a high tech operation, and I truly suggest your agents get on the job and arrange for your concert to be viewed on all of these screens.
The technology and infrastructure is waiting to be utilized, we have to get in on this party. Maybe we can show the concert overseas prior to it being showed in the states of r something, use your imagination.
With more than 6,500 screens worldwide and the United States Market distribution of over 90%, DLP Cinemas groundbreaking quality enables viewers to see their favorite stars the way the director intended them to look showing after showing.
Nancy Fares Business Manager for DLP Cinema Products Group said, “We are honored to be involved with AAFES in bringing our digital technology installed in many of the movie theaters in their hometown,” “Together with AAFES and Sony Pictures, these well-deserving troops in Kuwait will see ‘Hancock’ days before the movie receives its first showing to the Hollywood community thousands of miles away Los Angeles.”
The installation of DLP Cinema projector will give out troops the highest technical quality movie experience. As the color reference system for all of Hollywood’s movies, DLP Cinema will light up the AAFES “Reel Time” theater with over 35 trillion colors.
DLP is by Texas Instruments and it means Digital Light Processing which is a trademark.
