NaQuila Hardy persevere

These been a very interesting three months 9 months of constant challenges.  Like I said the BUZZ is that we have a 100 songs project, with an advanced marketing strategy.

To be honest our first phase is and test sector, by trial and error we plan to perfect these strategic master templates for the future of the industry and as trend setters try to stay a step ahead of the game always.

I realize that I have a bad reputation at this stage and time, but we all know people tend to forget fast, under certain conditions especially financial incentives like a hit record or film which is included in the repertoire.

The dividing line between reality and idealism will blur considerably over the coming 12 months and as a result some of your proposals may seem a bit far-fetched. But someone has to push the boundaries, and no one is better qualified to do it than you.

With mind planet Mercury overshadowed by your ruler Neptune you may be inclined to ignore common sense and do something outlandish, if not outrageous. Or maybe, if you’re smart, you will keep it in the realms of fantasy. “What if?” can be a lot of fun too?

I am not going to do anything to embarrass myself.  I read about half of the screenplay yesterday and most say I was impressed, it was a smooth read and I was drawn into the story, I only stopped because it was time to see my doctor at the VA.  I got a very good bill of health, I do not have to go back for a year and no longer have to stick myself with the glucose meter, and my diet is working along with a pill.

I do not think my proposals are far fetched; they are based on today’s realities.  I am glad Michael Jackson help in the production and endorsed Urdanic by Big Fish Audio which is run on Elistik loop player, they need to make a commercial at least for radio to hear how this program can go, seeing him dance to it would be better,  And it is good that he is healthy and going back on tour, I only hope Janet teams up with him, that would be huge.

I realize we have bigger fish to fry, but I think I gave up most of the answers I am capable of giving, some things call for Paul Castellano and the Holy Spirit, like the cure to AIDS and the fountain of youth.

I know Governor Paterson is blind but is he mentally blind as well.  All he has to do is sell OTB and legalize Casino Gambling in New York City and advocates need to bring this to forefront before they build on the Atlantic vacant space in Brooklyn.  They should build a Casino there.  I understand they are at least trying to legalize Marijuana in California  Just these two moves alone will bring in billions in new tax revenues, from products and services already are in existence going untaxed or being outsourced to other places

Finally I think Stem Cell Research is the answer to the health crisis, we trained our doctors  and research scientist wrong, their approach is to treat instead of curing, we have to retrain them too another mindset.  The problem we now have as far as my far-fetched boundaries are not that they are unrealistic, but that our education system teaches our kids to accept things as they are instead of having a dream and pursuing them a dream become reality because if you truly believe it and can conceive and what you conceive you can achieved.  This was common sense to my generation growing up, but somewhere the ideals were lost.  When I was a child my teacher asks one student what he wanted to b when he grew up and he said the President of the United States he was a black child in 1st grade, today we have a black president.  I was asked what did I want to be and today you have me.  If you believe it you can conceive it and if you conceive it you can achieve it.

Realistically reachable is true change

You will be torn between the future and the past this year. Each has its attractions but, ultimately, you can only ever move forward, you can never move back, so forget about what was and what might have been – it’s what will be that must inspire you.

There will always be people who say you cannot do this and you cannot do that and they will be out in force today, but you don’t have to listen to them, still less act on what they tell you. Self-belief will conquer all doubts, be they your own or other people’s.

It is hard to let go of the past when it is thrown in your face everyday. Is the past the past or is this ongoing until this day?  As for the past I am intentionally constantly reminded.  I do not think I have to elaborate on this, we all know what is posted on the websites.  It is Janet (Jackson) who is holding on the past and not me and the sad things is so much of it is false.  What gets me is the stuff she is putting me through after her past selections of men.  I mean she falsely married an illegal emigrant with a false ID. She still does not know who he is!  But she has to be sure about me?

To be honest all of this procrastination is getting monotonous, what we are waiting for I do not understand anymore.  It is like I make proposals and suggestions to deaf ears, nothing is carried out.  What we are waiting for beats me.  You ran on a change ticket, but nothing is new, I expected the unconventional to be conventional.  I mean why tax cigarettes again, while we have billions in Marijuana being used and home grown?  I told you’ll legalize casino gambling in New York City so my can be funneled back into the system but instead you cut checks on the tax payers backs.  This is not change it is the same old thinking more taxes on the same items.  We have to introduce new products to the broken economy to persuade consumers to spend.  If nothing else legalize Marijuana, not for me because I do not smoke weed do it for the tax payers, it is a product in demand that is cheap to produce and can be mostly priced based on taxes as is tobacco.   And the stuff has been harvest in California already, it is plentiful..

Hell, call it the Embryonic Stem Cell Funding Act and use the proceeds to fund stem cell research or at least a portion of the proceeds.  Convince Americans you are not trying to harm people but is doing it for the greater good that will eventually create a life span of 150 years.  President Kennedy I believe had a vision of reaching the moon and we did several years later and gave American something to look forward to.  Have us look forward to the day whereby we will live at the average of 150 years.  America needs a new vision.  A new vision that is realistically reachable is true change.  Come on Mr. President sell me a dream like a beach in desert and then prove the critic wrong by making it happen with the way ways act!  Maybe you cannot offer eternal life, but 150 years?  Come on man get on the ball and swing the wand.

A few moves that should be made ASAP

The things you want most in life will come your way without much of an effort on your part, but having got them you may feel curiously unsatisfied. That is because you only value the things you have to work for. Set yourself new targets this year.

You may be a touch distrustful today, especially if you are offered something without being asked for much in return, but don’t let your suspicions get out of hand. Good news on the money front is real. No one is trying to cheat you, so don’t cheat yourself.

I feel I deserve a break in life, so nothing that comes my way will be taken in suspicion or distrust and it is about time.  I do not want to get into my personal finances but a certain amount of money is already spent.

I am booked into the summer, I have my screenplay to modify and music to be made, there is a sound I am looking for, that I have not reached yet, but I do have the tools to do it, but I need a better understanding of the tools I have, that is why I want Paul Castellano to take over from here.  I think I have everything that I need.

Here are some standing orders I think will boast the economy, they are reminders:

Californian Marijuana Trade

NYC Schools, OTB and Casino Gambling

Janet’s Billion Dollar Agreement and the Release of AIDS Cure

The Money Laundering Act

I think we should start here as unconventional as they the proposals may sound.

Restore the Health System and Overhaul Social Security

obama-bidenRestore the Health System and Overhaul Social Security

To: President George W. Bush & President Elect Barak Obama

Can you trust your instincts? Of course you can. What they tell you may be at odds with what the rest of the world chooses to believe but over the next 12 months you will find yourself at odds with majority opinion again and again – and you’ll always be right.

A casual friendship will develop into something much deeper over the next 24 hours as you both realize how similar you are in your outlook on life. It is certainly a meeting of minds but could it be a meeting of hearts as well? Time will tell.

OK we covered where the money will come from, we must legalize casino gambling in the City of New York and privatize OTB, you give us casino gambling and we will balance the state budget to include the revamping of the public school system.  This is a service to the government and the concern is that an idle mind is the workshop of Satan, these guys need a life once they settle into a lot of money and the government needs new sources of money, it is a win and win proposition.

The next thing on the agenda is healthcare; Colin Powell mentioned that there are a lot of people who are poor to include children without health care.  The solution is radical but simplistic we have to invest in stem cell research in order to start curing diseases instead of treating them perpetually.  By curing diseases through the same expenses in medical research, we will be able to afford to give every America quality healthcare, because we will reduce the expenses in treatments.  For example a person has diabetes we give them a couple of shots and it is cured, instead of medication everyday for life.  A person has a bad set of kidneys we clone those new ones and transplant them and the issue is solved.  This is the future and I mean near future of modern medicine, it is to solve the problems for once and for all rather than treat problems for life, this technique (Perpetual treatment) we cannot continue to afford.

As a result people will live much longer, which comes to the social security system.  It has to also be revamped or should I say overhauled.  I am against forced retirement in the new world of stem cell technology, because people will immediately live to 150 years and if we accomplish that who knows what the future holds?  Social Security should be exactly what it states a social program for the security of Americans.  We should end social security as we know it, and give it to people only if they are deemed disabled.  I know at first glance it sounds unfair, but old age can be a disability.  Instead of a specific age, people should get social security when they cannot work until the medical problem or mental problem is solved and then they should go back to work.  We cannot afford to give people social security from age 65 to 150 years of age.  I see the day in the near future whereby people at 125 years of age will think quickly and run 2 miles per day, how do you justify spending billion or hundreds off billions of dollars or trillions we do not have by any means?  If we revamp the health system to create long life the social security system has to be overhauled.

Revamp the Schools, OTB and NYC Casinos

imag01956Revamp the Schools, OTB and NYC Casinos

To: President George W. Bush & President Elect Barak Obama

From: Frank Paul Gambino

The moon’s eclipse of Venus in the friendship area of your chart this week suggests that you are about to get more deeply involved in a program that brings like-minded people together. It also suggests you have the potential to be a group leader. Over to you

I am committed to this music project I am trying to get off the floor.  My upgrades will be finished by next weekend and then there are the updates, then I will be ready to take it to another phase.  I am also focused on radical changes in the school system, the privatization of off track betting and casino gambling in New York City in a major way.

Governor Paterson seems to be concerned with the 1,500 to 1,600 jobs that would be lost if they (OTB) goes under.  Well for example at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona, New York, which would be a minor operation compared to the standards I want to set, they employ 5,000 people with only 5 million visitors per year and to say we have to reward poor performances at OTB is double standards, when we say the exact thing would not happen at the big three auto makers..  Hell give us OTB and we can guarantee 2,000 jobs but not to the same people that are losing money, this is not to say we will not keep some of the employees, but with the $500 million used to purchase the business the state can create jobs for those who lose there jobs and give them some type of priority to other government jobs.  The new business ownership will create new opportunities for new people that will create a winning agency.  The key is to end illegal book keeping without the expenses of law enforcement, it would be a conflict of interest.

I think we should build a major casino in Brooklyn and open up a few in Manhattan hotels, the Atlantic Mall would be the perfect site for a major hotel and casino resort that is many stories high built on top of a 9,000 to 10,000 capacity entertainment center, that would be a class act.

As for the schools and colleges, I think the major overhaul should be the implementation of technology to support the students learning abilities, meaning advanced calculators, computers  technology, the revamping of the music programs with music software and perhaps electronic instruments, paying athletics, perhaps even electronic books.  I mean if we are going to invest in schools some of the money should actually go to the students and not just the teachers not that teachers do not deserve a raise, but they cannot not teach an un-teachable flock regardless of their teaching abilities.

The things I recommend are already used in colleges for the disabled and we have a disabled Governor who cannot read a book, but I am certain he has special tools to allow him to receive information and that is the principle I am trying to apply here.  Maybe the majority of the high school drop outs have a disability be it as a result of their homes or slow start in elementary school, regardless we have to improvise now and use the tools we have to get them through school.

College students use calculators, electronic dictionaries, laptop computers, recording devices and tutors to get through colleges if it is deemed necessary and they make fine employees and good human beings, so do not tell me that these principles should not apply to kids who would otherwise drop out of high school and if it is good for them if would be discrimination to not allow the whole student body to have these tools.

So what we are creating a computer dependent student body, as things stand we are losing the student body, so at least we are creating something of value to the future economy that will be computer based anyway and is computer based at the current time.  Like I said with these tools we can get them through high school by age 16 and give them a vocational skill by age 18.

I see the day when students will have a blue tooth type device hooked to one ear with a small calculator type device, connected to a server in the school that gives all students access to the same information to assist them while reading, writing, mathematics and research.  They will be able to come across a word and type it in and hear the meaning and the pronunciation of the word and after enough queries they will know this information.  Learning should be fun.  This will not create a dumb student body but a more intelligent one, because each student will get more attention through computer assistance.

The Privatization of NYC off Track Betting a Must

outofthegate-white_on_blue1The Privatization of NYC off Track Betting a Must

By: Frank Paul Gambino

I think a round figure of $500 Million for the purchase of NYC off Track Betting would be a reasonable deal and would close half of the gap of the transit deficit of $1 Billion.  I think private industry can do a better job with the OTB operations, furthermore from this brief summary on the history and stat of OTB New York City has little choice on the matter.  I think a $500 Million offer is very generous.

“When New York City went into the bookmaking business in 1971, its officials envisioned that their monopoly franchise would ultimately yield annual profits of $200 million. As it turns out, their projection was off — by just a little more than $200 million.”

By Mayor Rudy Giuliani

“The transfer of OTB to private management will bring nearly $400 million dollars into the City and allow us to retain a sizable stake in the future success of the operation. The offer includes an immediate payment of up to $260 million, and an ongoing annual cash flow that will bring millions of dollars more to the City each year. The offer was approximately $113 million more than the runner-up bid. In addition, the offer provides for $50 million in capital improvements to OTB locations throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Completion of the sale requires approval from the State Legislature.

The New York City OTB used to be known as “the only bookie in the world that lost money.” It was formed in 1970 to allow the City to profit from New York’s popular horse-racing industry, but over time OTB was frequently the source of controversy because of mismanagement and profit shortfalls. By the time I first took office in 1994, the steady decline at OTB had resulted in a $5.3 million dollar deficit and a sub-par racing experience for horse-racing fans. It’s no surprise that when I first proposed selling OTB, very few investors were interested in taking over the organization. Now that our management reforms and emphasis on accountability have turned this money-losing operation into a profitable business venture – with $35 million dollars net to the City last year – OTB has a market value that justifies the duration of our 31-year investment.”
