NFL 8th Round Pick Overshadows Draft

Michael Sam was draft pick number 249 by the St. Louis Ram on Saturday May 10th 2014, becoming the first openly gay football player to be drafted into the NFL. He was personally congratulated by the President of the United States, President Obama.

I think by Michael Sam admitting to his sexual orientation publicly prior to the NFL draft, brought on to himself a great opportunity, because of all the media attention he attracted to himself. Everything he does from here on will be watched by the media and transmitted to the world by the media.

I watched him speak on CNN at a press conference. He was well spoken as if this was already written in screenplay. It was like if this was well planned by him and his associates and he is playing his cards very well so far.

I noticed nothing feminine about him, but it is obvious at first sight that his boyfriend is probably gay. His boyfriend has the character of the type of person promoted by the LBG community as being born with a predisposition for homosexuality. Not so for Michael Sam! His character is that of being without love or family support, decisions made to survive and eat and basically a preferred lifestyle, but hardly a predisposition. And he simply decided to cash in on it. It seems he feels he should get paid for doing what he enjoys. So things will happen in his favor unless he slips on a banana peel or something vengeful happens on the football field, because his game plan is well mapped out and he now has the right people supporting whatever he does from now on as a role model of 21st century America. Which he seems to feel is secondary as he said, he couldn’t do anything about the many homosexual discrimination practices. It is not his current agenda.

I think Michael Sam has a great opportunity to do something good for himself, from advertisement endorsements to his own reality television show, which is already happening to him without pay by the news media like CNN. Because now people want to know about him and his personal life because he opened the doors for the world to observe and judge him as a homosexual person and not an necessarily as an athlete. However his success on the field would help him a lot.

While he claims he only wants to be judged by his performance on the football field, he kissed his lover in front of the camera for all the world to see, which had nothing to do with his athletic performances. But to change the way we view sexuality in American media. It worked! It seems the only thing being offered by him to judge is his sexuality and well mannered character. Therefore he has to get paid. Well planned! This is what the LBG community needs to advance their causes and agendas.

My concern isn’t so much Michael Sam and his sexual orientation, but the way it is being played out on the media and the agenda behind those promoting this reality programming being tuned into before all of America ad the world. My concern is how it effects the many people who still find themselves to be intolerant to what is going on and must happen and is losing their faith in God, not because they do not believe in God, but because they are full of anger and hatred, which no place for God to enter. Thereby the person actually being injured is not the person who they see as living in sin and supposedly condemned, but themselves because hatred is like a drunk and it will destroy you and you are God’s temple and if you destroy it, he will destroy you.

As for Michael Sam, who I believe wrote this script, will have to now play it out. To do such a thing he had to be an opportunist. Most opportunist are not influenced by external causes such as LBG Rights, but only takes advantage of them for their own personal agenda. All I can say is to those you say they are of God, learn to love all people and has no anger or hatred against anyone. We must have faith in God. We do not know who is behind him or his purpose, but time will tell.

What do we know?

A man with a troubled past from large and poor family, whereby 3 of his siblings are in prison and 3 of them got killed, was disowned by his father and found a family outside of his bloodline. He completes college a first in his family and makes it to the NFL draft.

He is in a homosexual relationship at 6′ 2″ and 256 LBS at age 24, with a feminine type mate as he plays the male rule so it seems. He exposed his sexual orientation to the world prior to the 2014 NFL draft and captured the attention of all of America with direct recognition by our President Barack Obama. How many young black men did this in prison at age 24, due to long prison sentences? This hardly made them spokesman for the LBG community. But he will get $20 Million or more and all they got was felony conviction.

So I close with this:

A man who was said to be condemned due to his homosexual practices came to the rescue of a stranger, he did not know. While a man who claimed he was born again in Christ lied on this same name man causing the need for him to be rescued. This stranger was the Son of Man. For this reason I tell you no man is condemned as long as he still has the breath of life and certainly no man is saved just because he proclaims to be of God in the name of Jesus Christ. This give to an understanding of these teachings out of the bible.

First of all, Earvin “Magic” Johnson has been with us since the beginning of his Los Angeles Lakers career. I set him up to look like a child molester in the eyes of a 13 year old girl named Janet Jackson around May of 1980 while he was in LA for the Lakers, so that she would want to and would give birth have to a child and for other reasons as well. For this I owed him. His great career and miraculous recovery from his knee injury, was inspired by God.

The Fact Behind Magic HIV positive status:

We created the AIDS virus in the winter of 1976-77 in Germany under the direction of then CIA Director George H. W. Bush and it as later released by the Reagan Administration into the world around 1981.

In 1989 we developed a cure to AIDS, however, it was never released by the United States Government in partnership with the Gambino Family under leadership of Apostle Paul Castellano and the enforcement of Dom John J. Gotti.

Magic Johnson was injected with the AIDS virus by our direction, when he went overseas for some event to play basketball. The L.A. Lakers coach Pat Riley instructed him to take some shots and he trusted Pat Riley. This destroyed the remaining years in his career and embarrassed him due to the misunderstanding of this disease and how it evolved but he had a higher calling for us. We later cured him of the virus that causes AIDS to proved to the government that we cured the disease in 1989. It was for this reason we gave him this dreadful disease, we knew we could cure him when we made him sick, but we had to prove it is curable and we control this medication.

This made him a real community leader and a spokesman for the pharmaceuticals industry and a spokesmen for many AIDS causes. This made him more money than he could have ever made playing basketball at that time. And what his life evolved into is much more meaningful. So Donald Sterling was wrong about Magic getting AIDS by screwing women all over the country as a NBA basketball player, but in fact he was used by God to help a lot of people who would later suffer and even die due to this dreadful disease place upon mankind. And he has done wonderful things within the black community and now with the help of Donald Sterling we will be able to at least double his efforts.

This is my position for the above reasons:

1: Donald Sterling will apologized to Earvin “Magic” Johnson in private first and in public secondly.

2: Donald Sterling will agree to sell his NBA franchise, with these conditions included.

A) As a result of forfeiture of his ownership of this NBA franchise the L.A. Clippers, his lifetime ban to not attend NBA basketball games be lifted. He is too old to alienated, but I think the NBA has to be concerned with his health as a result of the sale of his team. I think the NBA should show some compassion.

B) Donald Sterling agrees to a selling his team for a minimum of the current value and no more than $1 Billion.

C) The buyer be required to pay cash without taking a loan and therefore must have net assets to afford a basketball team as a discretionary investment used as tax write-offs.

D) Donald Sterling and Earvin “Magic” Johnson join in partnership to do community work. Donald Sterling stated he wants to do more for minorities and he wants Earvin “Magic” Johnson to accept his help. And Earvin “Magic” Johnson said he is a God fearing man, who devoted his life’s work to serving Urban America.

If Donald Sterling is sincere my decision will seem to be a blessing to him, but if he is not being real it will seem like punishment. Donald Sterling will donate all the profits made from the sale of the L.A. Clippers, which could be about $1 Billion and whatever Donald Sterling comes up with, I want Earvin “Magic” Johnson to match thru his network. I want them to agree on a plan and I think we need to think outside the box to create a nationwide food distribution system that will empower black communities to share in the food industry and create at least 30,000 to 50,000 jobs in the process.

The idea is to own farms, trucks, and retail establishments to deliver our products, be it fast food or supermarkets, which must be determined based on analysis and research. And for this to work Earvin “Magic” Johnson has to expand is duty to man to rural areas like Avon Park, Fl., and Highlands County. You cannot feed urban America with rural America as our source to food products.

E) Invest at least $100 million in the marijuana industry. And us the profits from this product for non profit charities and support.

As sure as man was created in the image of God, man lost his godly image.  Yet, every man has his own mind, with recorded information or memory and a system of understanding based on several factors of individuality.  We are therefore individuals with independent identities that can be verified by DNA code and other means of identification.   In America, most of us have social security numbers and recording fingerprint date, that identifies us as an individual person or entity and the same applies to our relationship with God, for before God we are all individuals, but we have subcategories as far as our disposition due to inherited factors.  For example, if we keep it real, is a curse and it is a strike against most people born black from the beginning of life and God knows this and has to take this into consideration.  It was a curse because it was God who enforced it on us. But understand why!

 

It is a fact that Dr. King was assassinated not because of what he was doing wasn’t good for blacks in need of their rights which would created economic empowerment, but because it was before it was meant to happen in that timeline of prophesy and he defied us by continuing this charade as if all that happened was do to his leadership and not our backing and power to make it happen.  God had to put the black man and the world through what we had to endure that the prophesy be fulfilled, only because this is what the world believed.

 

Though I loved Dr. King as most people did at that time, I understand why he had to go.  I understand why they whacked him.  And sure people can continue to follow his dream if they choose to, celebrate his holiday and teach about his relevance in black history as a hero, because his dream was a good dream but before its time.  His intent was the gain power to control the black community in unification with the whites to be ruled by false Jews who made him known through media and to become the first black President and to make blacks think he is the one in charge, only to make me jealous and have to kill them off, because it was written God is a jealous God and you shouldn’t put anyone before him. And he knew this, but wanted to make me out of an evil one, thinking I would have just let this happen. But the choice became a large chuck of black America or Dr. King and I loved you all more.  His bet was I would bow down and concede, but he wasn’t really that important in the big picture.

 

Most people will agree to and believe that there is but one God, but not on who he is, but the person who sees the reality of man’s mindset and his disposition will recognize there are many gods in reality as taught in the world of secret societies like the Freemasons who refer to them as deities and they do posses many scrolls to support their positions.  What makes God who he claims to be, is his authority to claim he is the only God, unlike Greek gods who then had many Gods.  We hear Jesus Christ is the only true God as is Jehovah so they claim, Yahweh and Allah and so on.  No God recognizes the other god’s divine exist in righteousness, but depicts him as an enemy to righteousness or evil.   The authority of a God is to claim he is the only God of the whole universe, yet we cannot even get along on the planet earth in the name of God in any name, because there are just too many. The name of God is the beginning of the division of mankind. How can one God mean so many things one should ask?  How can there be one God yet his flock runs in every direction but to him? Why?  Because very few actually serve the living God.

 

While the God of earth seems to be Satan, is this reality?  No man agrees on the same God except those who have been already joined by the spirit of God together to carryout an operation. Every man walking by faith and doing what must be done for the operation the succeed, because the activities are preordained by the controlling force of the spirit of God.

 

People claim God told them this and that, yet they do not even possess the spirit of God to communicate with him in reality, because God doesn’t even know them.  The power of God moves mountains with faith the size of a mustard seed.  But all they can do in the name of God is praise him and glorify his name?  Gods is real and many people simply are full of it and are lying or delusional, because the first Adam surrendered his spirit, though he was created in God image, he lost his soul. Mankind or the first Adam ruled in darkness for over 2,000 years in a world without the spirit of God within  mankind. It is the second Adam or Son of Man who is a spirit God given to mankind, that the spirit of God will once again be with us.  But the process has not been completed yet.  Therefore the law of nature of the first Adam applies.

 

Understand the power of Satan is his intellectual abilities and through intelligence he was allowed to organize the world to serve him, through lies and manipulations he confused many creating a world or arrested development, whereby mankind never grow above the temporal world.  But the power of God is in the spirit.  Is our problem on earth because of Satan’s power or our weakness or lack of spirit among us? How can a kingdom based on evil prevail and one of righteousness fail, if we both have spirits?  If we really are one in the same God, how can we be so divided while those we call of Satan are so well organized and making moves and running things? It’s because those who are of the Son, must become adopted sons of God first joining in the spirit of God and then and only then we will be synchronized by and through the spirit and not by falsehoods and lies which is Satan’s greatest weapon. This has been put in to effect and there adopted sons of God on earth already and the spirit spreads like a virus for the Son into the world thru man as carriers unknowingly.  And this is how Satan was infiltrated, he tempted the Son at his headquarters in Bavaria and therefore everything know by him became known to the Son, because all his thoughts were made known.

 

God is personal and community. Many sees God differently only because they have not yet been synchronized into the spirit.  Understand God doesn’t have to tell you what to do, he can simply make you do it, without approval. To some God means spreading the word to others and boasting or being even being a preacher. To others, it means paying tithes or just going to church on Sunday. To some it is life changing experience that we devote their lives to until they die. While some join God based on a promise such as eternal life or simply out of fear or due to their cultural or childhood upbringing, some have joined Forces of God in the name of the power of just ruler ship on earth. While to some God is love to others his most relevant significance is that he is a just ruler and therefore a ruler of peace on earth forever, thru the foundation of love but the ultimate goal to bring forth a just ruler ship over mankind with is the true evolution of man. These people join with God to be a part of the destruction of the Illuminati and the creation of the Kingdom of God here on Earth. With them I AM!

I am writing this letter because I really think I have a problem with some of the local church members and their clergy here in Avon Park.  I really believe that bro. Melvin “Yet” Wiley, a so-called born again Christian reasoning to bear false witness against me, to cause me harm after he totaled my car, was based on this community’s feeling towards my reverend ship and therefore mindset.

 

First of all, my authority runs along the lines of the traditions of  Paul Castellano and his associations with the United States Government and the Gambino Crime Family out of New York City and the Crips, which reached beyond the Illuminati and the whose ultimate mission in life is the fulfilling of Bible Prophesy.

 

I am an ordained reverend through the Universal Life Church. This gives me the legal authority to start my own religion, which is in the works. The church will place the Apostle Paul who I am as the religious leader or church head. And the teachings will be based on the Holy Bible understanding it through symbolism and hidden codes revealed by the Apostle Paul and the Life of Paul Castellano the son of a slave master and slave or Mafia Dom Gambino and an oppressed black woman Blond Eva who worked for them as an associate.  Paul Castellano named after Big Paul Castellano his father’s first cousin and brother in-law and was the promise to the black community to raise them out of oppression and into world ruler ship, thereby creating the sixth Family of New York City given black full authority in the order of ruler ship.

 

We find our belief codes to be reality based and applicable in society and no different than the many opposing views of the many black churches that cannot do anything together due to doctrine.  We believe there is but one God, therefore there can be but one word of God and the word is in the living Paul Castellano the Son of Carlo Gambino.

 

Also as a reverend and being a convicted felon, though I have received clemency in the State of Florida, I have a federal conviction which would requires a presidential pardon to restore all my rights as an American citizen. Then I have a psychiatric profile, which even if all my rights were restored, I still cannot bear firearms. So I have all my right but to bear fire arms.  But as a reverend I can congregate with other felons in the name of our God.  Thereby allowing us who were sinners and convicted felons in society to be able to act as a unified group for the good of humanity and be able to communicate about issues such as those being addressed in Operation Solution and Response as adopted sons of man and brothers in Paul Castellano. And therefore create a powerful network for social and economic equality and as long as we do the right thing, God will be with us, for he is with us in the name of Paul Castellano.

 

Now I do not expect many people who profess in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, to accept our beliefs as theirs and many will not even understand it, but give us the due respect you give any Christian whose doctrines are different than yours, Muslims, Jews or Buddhist or whatever, because our authority does not rest in your congregation or your traditional processes within community and church, but will be bonded with God within the church that is to be built, calling on members out of the Mafia and the Crips who are waiting to be awaken nationwide to save our nation from a hostile takeover due to corporate greed and begin a new ruler ship.

 

Understand we believe that the true Israel is the United States of America and we the black man in America are the true Jews and this is only understood by those who understand the codes written in the Bible.  And Paul Castellano the Son of Carlo Gambino aka the Apostle Paul was held as ransom by the Mafia and will one day return to the true Jews pure and holy once again as he was before he left home on his journey, to raise them out of oppression and thereby save the world from its current tyranny by the group known as the Illuminati, who mission is to oppress the world and rule over it.

 

Our promise:  They say you are promised 70 years. If you study the traditions of Paul Castellano, you would know he created the AIDS Virus and cured it in 1989 and designed Star Wars Technology for the United States in the early 1980’s which is a nuclear umbrella.  His promise to us is we will receive 150 years, instead of 70 years under a unifying light of equal justice. He will do this in his lifetime by breaking the code of our DNA before he reaches 70 years old which is our current promise. Thereby slowing down, stopping and even possibly reversing the aging process in humankind, to be made available to those who are chosen to be a part of God’s New Kingdom on the new Earth and Beyond. Because space travel is apart of this agenda.

 

We feel our beliefs are realistic and doable.  We do not think these ideas are in anyway delusional, though our messenger was judge by those who do not even claim they have the authority to judge anyone as being delusional for expressing these things to the world.  On the contrary we think the majority of the religions on earth are in fact delusional and the mindset of Mankind will not allow them to see the truth and the light, even as all these things in the prophesy are happening before us all today at an accelerated rate, most people are still blind and confused and will never understand us even after his day, many will still claim we are the anti-Christ after sacrificing a lifetime to save them, until it is too late and they are forced to bow down anyway to fulfill the prophecy.

 

We do not believe in  any ultimate right or wrong among man, because with everything there is a balance. We know in Christ is reality.  We simply have a clear understanding of the cliché or scripture, “you are either for us or against us?”  We believe in just ruler ship and the current system of order on earth and in America is an unjust ruler ship, whereby 2% of the population controls over 50% of the world’s wealth, we live in the riches nation in the world yet over 45 million people depend on food stamps to be able to eat and therefore must answer certain questions to be awarded this assistance.  We believe in the God of a Heavenly Order here on Earth, which we believe is promised in the book of Revelations. Revelation 21 – A New Heavens, a New Earth, and a New Jerusalem.

 

However, the key element is that we believe the Apostle Paul Castellano who goes by Rev. Frank Paul Jones, when under the power of the spirit of God and hypnosis, giving him enormous mental powers which has been proven thorough his passed crafts, will break the code of the DNA of humankind and therefore be able to eliminate all diseases, and by overcoming the Illuminati share the wealth of the World with his believers and supporters, ending oppression for many more, by introducing a just system of ruler ship ending the need of these many wars thereby creating a platform for world peace.   Yet people will still call him evil, but his happiness will be in knowing those who accept the new reality plates will be full of food to eat.

 

Finally, please know that my non profit work with the National Community Network and this religious order or movement are separate and distinct, though the NCN is just one means, the Church will be at the head of all things.  I wrote this letter that you may understand the basis of my reverend ship and why I go by the name Rev. Frank Paul Jones. I do not believe in what is being taught in churches like the  Faith Pentecostal House of God, or the Church of God by Faith or the Apostolic Church of Jesus here in Avon Park, all of which I respect.  And if they were right with God they would fully agree on doctrine and there would be no need for so many different churches in this small town, because they would all praise God in the name of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior together with one voice.  Therefore under such circumstance, the only commonality in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ should be that there can be no preconceived notions concerning the second coming our Lord and Savior to include the name he now travels in. “For those who claim to be of God, may be condemned for their lies and those who have been condemned by these so-called adopted sons of man, may well find themselves saved, for in the final days your hearts will be judged and your heart cannot lie, for all will be revealed as everyone was given a chance to repent.

First of all, I want to thank Maria Sutherland our Administrative Services Director for the City of Avon Park, for taking time out of her busy schedule to clarify things for me concerning the CRA and their operations. Secondly, I want to apologize to Arnold Davis an advisory board member of the CRA, for even thinking he was involved in wrong doings and thirdly I want to apologize to Gerald Snell the chairman of the advisory board for saying “the honorable thing is to resign,” this is not required.

 

I wrote letters to the CRA and City Council whom are one and the same people wearing different hats at different meetings.  And I posted them on the internet as open letters to be transparent about my dispute with City Hall, so people could weigh in on the argument. So it is only proper that I finish this argument in the public eye, with an article about my findings

 

I still believe that the CRA misappropriated our tax dollars, by sponsoring the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. parades and events.  Though Maria Sutherland explained a lot to me, this wasn’t explained to my satisfaction. Still nobody showed me where in the Florida Statue that these spending practices are authorized for a community redevelopment agency. However, I realize if I pursue this argument and the CRA stands behind these spending practices, it would require a complaint to the Florida Commission on Ethics and if I lose I will have to pay for their legal fees.  And a good lawyer can get anyone out of anything that isn’t cut and dry.  This has layers and is a matter of interpretation.  I only expressed my opinion, which I still believe to some degree is on point.

 

My strategy was to bring this to their attention in a public forum, hoping they would stop these spending practices, so that they can do much more for our local businesses, who really need help and soon.  Too many businesses in the Southside District are closed down here and have been demolished and I believe this could have been prevented if we worked much harder on the plan on the books that the CRA agreed upon to expand businesses.

 

As for the CRA Advisory Board, which is not the CRA, being there is one CRA and three Advisory Boards. There purpose is to advise the CRA.  But when going to their meetings you would think they make the decisions, but they can only advise the CRA, who appointed themselves from the City Council. Only the CRA can make decisions concerning our redevelopment plan. So if you have any problems in the future with the CRA, target your compliant towards the City Council who are the same people and not the advisory boards whom are actually powerless, unless the CRA agrees with their decisions, they can only advise the CRA.

 

I mentioned Arnold Davis might have engaged a conflict of interest between his non profit organization and the CRA, by running the Dr. King parade with CRA money while being on the board and president of the non profit on the other end, but Arnold Davis didn’t fund himself, the CRA funded him.  This is unclear and it would be a matter of interpretation to determine this as a conflict of interest, which would take many hours of research to prove.

 

As far as CRA term limits go, they do exists, but the way they handle this is after each elections the City Council reappoints themselves to the CRA board, which is legal and maybe even ethical, being many cities in Florida do this. But like I said I still didn’t see a clause for spending redevelopment money on parades based on marketing, which is how I was told it was done. I do not know if funding marketing is authorized in the CRA budget.  So still I think it is a conflict of interest somewhere, but Arnold Davis played the pawn, he wasn’t the decision maker, but maybe weighed in with his advise, because he support Dr. King. And I understand he didn’t get paid anyway. So we need to leave this alone.

 

Though I do not totally agree with what was explained to me, I do understand and do not think there is any criminal behavior or criminal intent, I just think we have different priorities and I am not the shot caller and the best I can do is argue in public to gain attention in hopes of changes being made by the CRA.

 

So overall, I regret my having this public dispute, because it will probably change nothing. Because I think they plan to stand behind their policies as they are, I do not see anything being accomplished by this. I think it will take someone with more juice than I to really bring about any changes in the directions we are traveling with our CRA.  And do not get me wrong our CRA has done some wonderful things in Avon Park, but they simply didn’t do enough and most of my supporters got burned by them. But give credit where it is due.  So I grade the CRA 3 stars.

If you read the law you will see that a lot of people for a lot of reasons will be able to get medical marijuana. As long as a doctor feels you will benefit more by using marijuana than by not using it, he/she can give you a prescription. It is the last clause of debilitating medical conditions.

My argument isn’t about why what will happen on November 4th will happen, but about the government being fiscally responsible with this new tax revenue that will only continue to grow with time as Federal law changes as well.

The City Avon Park should control both production and distribution of medical marijuana here in the city limits of Avon Park, FL.

1: We should have a farm located in the Southside Redevelopment Area.

2: We should have a dispensary located in the Southside Redevelopment Area, that will act as the main artery for the legal distribution of medical marijuana with its associated tax stickers from State, County and City Governments.

Here is my breakdown for the production and sales of medical marijuana. I think everything is negotiable.  A quarter ounce should go for about $25 and one ounce for about $75 of quality marijuana. Because we will grow it the cost of production isn’t that high and we must beat out the street dealers by having high quality marijuana at low costs to the consumers.  And prices can be adjusted in the future once the farm is in full swing.

1,000 patients times $25 or one quarter once per month = $25,000 per month gross sale. The money would be divided as follows. But we figure on doing $100,000 worth of business within one year, so multiply these figures by 4, to get a realistic and honest projection.

Labor: $6,250 per month – per year = $75,000 for the payroll

Security: $5,000 Cameras and stuff connected to the police department

Taxes: $120,000

(a) State $5,000 per month – per year $60,000

(b) County $2,500 per month – Per year $30,000

(c) City $2,500 per month – per year $30,000

Equipment and Supplies: $3,750

I think if we take a proactive response to the legislation on the ballot for November 4th, 2014, we would start planning now for what is an inevitable future in the United States and soon to be reality in the State Florida. We must be fiscally responsible and fair about the distribution of this new tax revenue.

I think with the CDBG Grant coming to South Delaney Avenue, the only other wise thing to do that is just needing immediately attention, is to redevelop the Southside Business District. I for one need a parking lot so we can offer instructional services at our location and some AC units. The Rib Shack needs much more help than I do and they and Catlin Lounge are historical building, which you already have new grants for. We simply want to get up the other half of that money to make these grants real options to those who need them most.

The fiscal note states:

“Increased costs from this amendment to state and local governments cannot be determined. There will be additional regulatory and enforcement activities associated with the production and sale of medical marijuana. Fees will offset at least a portion of the regulatory costs. While sales tax may apply to purchases, changes in revenue cannot reasonably be determined since the extent to which medical marijuana will be exempt from taxation is unclear without legislative or state administrative action.”

It has not been determined if it will be taxed, partially exempt or totally exempt from taxes. I think if taxed it will be a win/win solution to many problems associated with marijuana in the State of Florida. And I think the legislative intent speaks for itself. Florida will be one step from complete legalization.

Therefore any strategy presented by the State of Florida that must have assurances that the State of Florida does profit by large margins and anything short of this is naïve legislation not consistent with the legal intent.

Therefore I think it is imperative that the State of Florida tax marijuana at an exceptionally high rate of about 40% or more of its production costs. The production cost of marijuana will be exceptionally inexpensive in the Heartland of Florida which is now being used for agricultural farming and therefore Florida can offer marijuana at a savings to the consumers old options of which was purchasing street drugs.

Marijuana farming in the Heartland of Florida, will help the local economy and these areas are already very rich farmland, some of the best farmland in the world. Therefore the marijuana crop will be some of the best and most natural in the world, it will be comparable to Cuba being known for their cigars because of the location they are grown in .  Mass production will have to be controlled, to limit and regulate the supply. Farmers who grow marijuana should be able to offset some of the labor costs of other crops, because marijuana is a more valuable crop and easier to produce than most other crops, provided you use experienced growers.

The dilemma here is that the experienced grower, most likely was a career criminal based under the old statute.  For this reason there should be a question of amnesty associated with the legalization of medical marijuana. These pardons should be retroactive to the date a criminal offense was committed, fully expunging the records of many felons of non violent crimes and given them at least a chance in life.  I believe such a measure could revive our economy if done nationwide and not just done in Florida. Such an event could further increase the profitability of marijuana farming, simply because Florida’s crop will the preferred crop in the US, because it is often grown naturally.  It would also reintroduce our economy to many people who were literally blackballed from economically productive lives in America, due to these old repressive laws that were always senseless.

However their must be legal protections for the State Government and Businesses. These legal protections will and must be a measure against future lawsuits associated with marijuana prohibition. There can be no legal grounds for a tort associated with the criminal conviction of marijuana or its associated discrimination practices.  Therefore this clemency must be used to give both sides a clean slate. If this is not done there is a chance that someone may create a precedent to allow class action lawsuits that could be very damaging to businesses and government institutions in the State Florida.

In summary the strategy that must be discussed by our legislators should not be biased.  The government shouldn’t take a position of something that is going on the ballot. However, the government should prepare for either outcome. Either way their will be problems associated with these outcomes. The government has to prepare to adapt to either outcomes to maintain order and stability in the State.

It would be a civil disservice if our legislators and government do not prepare for the outcome, especially if medical marijuana is legalized in Florida. The State of Florida has to profit from the legalization of marijuana and in a big way due to our location. If the State of Florida makes marijuana tax exempt, I think it would only be due to corruption in government to maximize the farmers profits. This could be interpreted as pure stupidity, but they have plenty of time to think and about this and discuss a compromise.

The federal government is moving slowly but surely to ending marijuana prohibition. There are many bills out there to address this issue, from allowing States to decide their own marijuana policies to an all out end to prohibition at federal level. Already the FEDS have decided unofficially to not enforce the laws on the books, by allowing States to have medical marijuana polices to even allowing States like Colorado and Washington to allow recreational marijuana sales. But the FEDS still haven’t gotten a bill passed the Senate to make this a written law of the land.

 

This effects veterans and creates a healthcare dilemma.  While the VA is now allowing veterans to smoke marijuana in States that allow it and still get their pain medication. This is a new policy recently put on the books and the VA hospital is a Federal Medical System. So again the FEDS are coming closer to making a policy to end prohibition. However the VA policy falls short of allowing their doctors to write a marijuana prescription. Therefore, if a veteran cannot afford to see an outside doctor, he/she cannot be prescribed this medication, which is in a way is discrimination against poor patients. Because if the VA recognizes the medical benefits of marijuana, but only allows patients who can afford to get a prescription from outside doctors, it is really not fair to the many veterans who cannot afford to see a doctor on the outside.

 

I could somewhat understand if the VA decides not dispense the medication at this time due to federal laws, if they think they can give you something else that will give you similar benefits, but to not write a prescription is discrimination against poor patients.

 

Actually it is a hypocrisy within the federal government, because Donabinol is an FDA approved drug, which is allowed for cancer and AIDS patients.  Donabinol is THC in pill form which is an active ingredient in cannabis, it is what gets you high. But it is used to prevent vomiting, nausea and to increase the appetite of these patients. But it is clear that THC has many other benefits to users and for this reason the VA is allowing users to continue to get pain medication from their dispensary while using marijuana.

 

What I do not understand however is how can the federal government allows a medication such as Donabinol to be prescribed, which is THC, but regulate or limit who can use it based on a false hypostasis. The problem seems to stem from the lie that marijuana is a schedule one substance by the DEA, up there with heroin, whereby cocaine, methamphetamine and oxycodone (OxyContin) are schedule two drugs. Therefore Donabinol is a highly controlled medication and it uses are therefore highly controlled. But it is OK to give you codeine an opiate for the flu, vicodin an opiate for a tooth ache, oxycodone for daily pain, but marijuana is too dangerous to prescribe. Get real! Yet Donabinol is already FDA approved.

 

I realized it is just a matter of time before this is all resolved. And I think is also about time for the federal government to come clean about the whole drug war. Because they really have no strategy whatsoever to ending it. How can you bust the biggest drug dealer in the world and say nothing changes? It seems that the only people being effected by the fake drug war are poor blacks by the millions. On February 22nd when they busted Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman and then said nothing is going to change, I was no longer proud to be an American. Because I realized they were always just lying to us about a war on drugs. It is just a war on black people to keep us repressed in the black community and to disenfranchise us.

 

I do not even think I can justly be against drugs or street dealers in my community anymore. Because the government has no intentions of ever stopping this drug epidemic. Without a strategy to ever stop it, the only real solution is to legalize all drugs and like Amsterdam address it as a health matter and not a crime. I really do not understand this fake war anymore. We are being told it is a crime to want to be sedated and for people to supply this demand. But never addressing why people want to feel high in the first place. Whereby 1% of the population controls half the wealth in this country, this land is filed with hopelessness.

 

The bible teaches you that alcohol and drug abuse will keep you poor. So with the disparity of wealth in this country, I do not understand the problem they have with people being drug addicts. Because they do not intend for us having anything anyway. I cannot in good conscience by against drugs anymore. Because to be against drugs is only being for black people going to prison.  That is the only intent of this fake drug war, it is war against black people.

Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman was busted on February 22nd, 2014 in Mexico. But already many think it will have no effect on the drug trade in the United States, but he is said to be the head of a drug cartel that is responsible for about 25% of the illegal drugs in the United States.  It is estimated that the illegal drug trade was worth about $321 Billion in 2003 alone.  So multiply that by 10 and you have over $3 trillion over the last 10 years. So he is said to be responsible for about $750 Billion over the last 10 years in illegal drugs in our country. Yet his bust will not effect the drug trade?  How can that be?

When America catch terrorist they interrogate them, yet many of them are part of a matrix and know very little about the whole aspect of terror. But now we catch this big time drug dealer, but want to treat him like a common criminal and prosecute him under the courts of civilian law, yet we tell America we are in a war against drugs. How can this be?  If America would have caught Adolf Hitler during WWII, could they have told us, the German war machine will function as normal?  Of course not!  Why?   Because Adolf Hitler, would have been handled as a leader of a nation and an enemy of our country and not as a common criminal.  He would have been interrogated and negotiated with, to bring the war to an end.  But this is not the intent of this fake war on drugs.

This makes me think that Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, is mere figurehead and not a real head of anything.  Because if he was the head of this drug trafficking machine, he would have immediately been sent to the United States without the need of extradition as an enemy of the State to be put under hypnosis and put on truth serum to find out everything he knows.

He would not be handled by our incompetent FBI or DEA, but would be put under the custody of the CIA for a full interrogation.  He would not be sentenced to prison, but would be put in a holding facility until the war has ended, because he would be considered a leader of an enemy State.  But they seem to be planning to put on a show for the media to print and the people to buy and plan to try him in federal court as a common criminal to be sent to the penitentiary Springfield Missouri. And to prove what, that crime doesn’t pay?  Yet changing nothing, but the name of the CEO of the cartel family.

Meanwhile we know heroin is being place in safe houses across  the United States for the future distribution of Afghanistan dope . But we will not even try to find out where these drug safe houses are.  Hell they (the cartels) will even be allowed to continue to meet as usual in Mexico, because nothing has changed but the name of the figurehead leader.

For example we will not even try to find out where all of these billions of dollars are going and how it is being laundered. Why? Because the American government is behind the drug trade and I believe these 1% rich folks here in America are getting richer from the drug trade out of Mexico and not the cartels.  And for this reason they will either kill him or send him to prison like he is just a common criminal and not even interrogate him with hypnosis and truth serum.

If nothing is going to change by this bust, what is the purpose of the drug war?  If catching the head of the biggest cartel will not make a dent in the drug trade, why bother to bust anyone? Why not just legalize this stuff and get it over with?  I do not believe he is the head but is a figurehead and the real enemy of the State is from within, otherwise everything he knows would become known, from the safe houses to the money laundering schemes. Everything would become known, because they would handle him with more care than a terrorist network leader, who gets interrogated in Cuba everyday.  This drug war is a lie and the media is part of the cover up. He cannot know what he is said to know based on his position of authority and not be in the hands of American intelligence already as a matter of national security. The drug war is a joke on black people and its intent isn’t to stop drugs but to incarcerate black people and disenfranchise us.

Why our Youth Must Register to Vote 

Medical marijuana will be on the ballot in the State of Florida on November 4th, 2014. The law would be very relaxed and would allow doctors to prescribe marijuana to anyone who they believe has a debilitating illness and the use of marijuana does not do more harm than good or the harm done by using it doesn’t outweigh its usefulness. In other words if a doctor doesn’t think marijuana will do more harm than good for whatever your condition is, he/she can write you a prescription and you can legally use in the State of Florida.

As you can see certain illness are without question, but the key to this language being used is these words, “other conditions for which a physician believes that the medical use of marijuana would likely outweigh the potential health risks for a patient.”

 

Therefore any liberal doctor who doesn’t see marijuana as a harmful drug, can prescribe this drug to anyone he/she deems has a debilitating illness. So even though the amendment describes certain debilitating illnesses, it is still open to discretion  as to what a doctor deems to be debilitating. This could be anything whereby there was research done to support an assertion. And research is being done more now then ever.

 

For example there is research that bipolar disorder can be helped by the use of cannabis, as well as PTSD and other anxiety disorders. It is a proven fact that marijuana is useful in reducing pain and even for insomnia as we all know it help you sleep. So if a doctor thinks your sleeping disorder is debilitating he can prescribe you marijuana.  People who have a hard time eating will be able to use marijuana to increase their appetite, even if they are not HIV positive if a doctor deems it will do more good to smoke than harm. And I am sure it will come in pill form as well. So if smoking is a problem, you can get it in pill form

 

You can bet there will be enough doctors out the there to find someone to assist you in gaining a medical marijuana prescription. In fact Florida’s laws will be more liberal than California, where about anyone can get a license to smoke. And I think it will do our state a lot of good. Because this law will drastically reduce crime for people who need marijuana.

 

The good thing about this when there comes to opponents of this amendment, as far as the wide use of this drug as a result of medical legalization, is that people use it already illegally and go to jail for this. And if a person gets a prescription to use it, they have to be diagnosed with an illness that must be treated and marijuana will be the treatment for many. This would mean users will be under a doctor’s care unlike now. And users will be able to get it under government safety regulations instead of off of the streets.
