God Revealed my Stage in Life

I was blind and now I can see.  I know my stage in life. I know why I was sent to Avon Park, Florida.  And therefore I understand what is going on around me and why.  The secret behind my message and why I can say things no one else can dare say without the expectations of assassination attempts, is because I AM.  They know it but you cannot seem to see it.

 

My life was designed in parallel to the bible and actually I do not read the bible much, because I am too busy living it and sharing what I found out.   I Usually I read it only refer to it to confirm what is transpiring in my life at a certain giving time. This is my way of walking by faith, by allowing the spirit to dictate my decisions  and not the opinion of another man’s confused views. My life cannot lie!

 

Why?  Because it begun with me, in  that what is going on in the world today and it about to happen we really panned this out.  I am simply playing out my life and my faith if you understand what faith truly is based on a vision I had that was spiritual given.  But your faith is really about your ability to believe in someone else’s vision and not your own.   Everything of Faith is based on a vision. It is something that didn’t happen already, but you believe will happen if you walk accordingly based on a set of instructions.  If you never received any instructions, is what you call faith actually fantasy? To have faith in a disorderly operation has to be spiritually based. And the average Joe claiming the spirit knows they are liars.

 

My future home will be in Highlands County, Florida and not New York City.  Therefore my Family from New York City will reside here and it will act as our headquarters location. A lot of money will start being invested here. Property ownership will change.  It has already begun on Main Street.  Money is being invested their as I write.  And there are over 45 businesses in negotiations of expansion into this area and more will follow. And of course, there will be the positioning of who control the marijuana crops, its distribution and sales.  A potential $80 billion business nationwide.

 

I know that people are questioning my morals, for being opening in a relationship with NaQuila L. Hardy while unmarried and how can I explain my arguments as to my being married to Janet DJ Jackson?  Part of my problem adjusting to what was happening in my life, was my own ignorance to the reality that this is spoken about in the bible, but only can be explained in detail by me and the person (s)  being spoken of.

 

First of all, Janet DJ Jackson symbolizes the Jews throughout my writings about her. If you understand the bible, you know that the Jews rejected Jesus Christ and thought they could get him killed. What I am going to prove, is that our lord and Savior never stopped loving the Jews, but never gave them fools such power.  If I give up on Janet Jackson, it would mean my giving up on  the African Americans (Jews). And I do not think the people most convinced that I am crazy really want the consequences that will go along with such a decision.

Black folk’s simply do not know when they reject me and call me names such as crazy, it isn’t Christians rejecting me, it is the Jews as explained in the bible. The fact of the matter is that the Mafia headed by The Gambino Crime Family is and has always been my most loyal (they got my back) and they are who represent the Gentiles.  People like Bill Gates and (the many new billionaires with Foundations to help the poor) are my loyal Gentiles. And these are the people in custody of my money.

 

The old money the Illuminati like the Rockefellers and the 13 Families of the Illuminati to paint a picture of Satan to you, are in their last days of ruler ship, because we took most of their money any from them and placed it in custody of whom we decided are appropriate.  Had I gave to the African American’s, they would have given it back or they would have knocked them off, they are loyal servants of Satan and do not know it.

 

NaQuila is in the bible or someone will come into my life in a similar manner. And mention this because I know this is a huge stumbling for the so-called Christians who believe in not judging, but all they do is judge based on confusion a chaos. How can you judge someone else and not even know who you are?

If you understand the facts, you will understand first of all Jesus is the King of the Jews. Secondly Jews are not bound by these restrictions place upon Christians.  We were never bound by monogamist  traditions, culture or laws. This is the European lie that caused the black family to become what it is today. The Black Family is Divided!  Why? Because we are trying to act like we are white, we think we are the white man in the bible who serves the lord, when we are in fact the one’s that hate him most and therefore are victim of self hatred.

 

The reason why so many black men have so many different women as baby mommas all over town who cannot be self supporting or function as a family to survive as a union of strength is because we believe in the white lie on monogamy among men, but know we cannot help ourselves.

 

It is not Jewish nature to be bound to one woman to be without a woman. But Jews (so-called Christians) will say they are sinners based on this reality or Godly need, but the true nature before their fall into slavery is and was polygamy for those who choose it.  And therefore the black family will forever be divided as long as we pretend this is sin and not our true and Godly nature. Especially in a world whereby it is designed to make black women bread winners of their male counterpart.

 

The Conclusion I have a right as the Son of Man, as Jew and especially as the Kings of all Kings to sleep with who and wherever choose. No man of earth has the authority to enter me into wedlock even if I considered this.  And until NaQuila meets Apostle Paul Castellano, whereby every thought becomes know, I the Rev. Frank Paul Jones in my current state cannot tell you the future.

 

But the m oral to this story is this; when the black man in America wakes up and realizes who he is and what are his Godly nature and accept it, not until then will the black community develop into a community based on the great African proverb, “It takes a village to raise a child.”  When so-called Christians preachers read this scripture that judged then and judge now. But never asking what was this woman of sin and why was she weeping. And never looking at the condition of our community today. But never inquiring as to why she was weeping.

 

The house was Worshipful Master Eston Roberts house, where I live today. My home has not been built yet.

 

What happened was a woman in need came to my home. But everyone in the community was judgmental towards her, always judging and never trying to figure out how they could help her.  But as you put it a sinner stranger took her in, whereby in the whole town of Christians nobody gave her another option.  And the problem is there are too many women in the black community crying in distress, while nobody wants to answer the call but forever judging.

God is amazing! Through the spirit of God in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,  I must give all the credit to, for what I have come to realize and therefore can now share with you.

Please try to follow me:  I had a mental picture about the future Avon Park, Fl and Highlands County many years ago.  I saw the Queensbridge Project’s in the borough of Queens in New York City as my birthplace and Avon Park, FL as my promise land.  It’s funny how one’s promise often seems to be the place where the  foundation of his family begun.  Though I was not born in Avon Park, I have birthrights here.  And in New York City my rights were established through accomplishments in seemingly everlasting escrow accounts, where I had no birthrights, yet I was born there.

This is the story of most African Americans. Though we were raised in the North, our families originated in the South.  Please understand this, before I continue, “African Americans are not originally from Africa, Africans were brought here to America from Africa and all family ties were eliminated for almost all African American’s and there tongues were symbolically cut to prevent them from speaking in native languages.  Therefore the African American in almost cases originated in the Southern States of America as slaves on plantations and as a result of being repressed by tyranny, many migrated to the Northern States into urban areas populating major cities in search of better opportunities”. And then by design was forced into mere survival situations in urban subsidized housing complexes, trapped with no place to go but social services, such as food stamps, welfare and job training programs almost never resulting in creating an independent calls of people.

The only man who requires the granting of his birthrights given to him is a man who is absent of them. With the understanding that the African America birthrights in America were duly recognized by President Abraham Lincoln.  The Sherman’s Special Field Orders, No. 15, revoked by President Andrew Johnson (who was obviously in agreement with the Knights of the Golden Circle and a Confederate sympathizer)  after the assassination of President Lincoln. It required 400,000 acres of land along the Atlantic coast of South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida and the dividing of it into 40 acres, among about 18,000 freed slave families and others living in these areas. These are the facts behind why we have the birthright to demand not just “40  acres and a mule,” but also compounded interest payments based on the economic and population growth since the government reneged.  Or was it really only an empty threat by president Lincoln towards the Southern whites Or was President Lincoln’s assassination actually a conspiracy and thereby the South’s actual checkmate and final move against the North?

What people fail to realize is that the civil war wasn’t actually won on the battle field, as in most wars. What actually transpired was a long drown out political civil- economic war, that used social issues as a means of controlling the masses of many poor blacks, until this day. It was devastating in the South then and still is now, but be not fooled, it is and was oppressive from black people up North as well.  Because when black people went up North, we actually left our homes and surrendered our birthrights to tyranny state government that are still confederate states. They simply modified their tactic to win public acceptance for their business corrupt practices. Because it was always about state rights, which is the fight of the now Republican Party representation until today in Washington D. C. our Capital.

When you understand the mission of the Knights of the Golden Circle and how they disappeared by establishing new identities, you understand that the South never surrendered. And very few know the true  identifies of these people.  But promised to continue their fight in what they billed as the second civil war, which continues in America until present day.  For example I can testify that there are a lot of repressive laws right here in Avon Park, Fl., which is clearly based on confederate southern culture and governance.  They proved over 100 years ago that the key to winning the civil war in America was to control the figurehead in the White House called the President and deceive the masses through mass media.  Just as they did the slaves using the bible, by programming them with ideas like “Love your Master.”

General Sherman’s special field orders, No 15 was made under President Lincoln’s authorized martial law, during the civil war.  The orders were signed January 16, 1865 and was revoked by President Andrew Johnson in that same year in the fall, while we were still under martial law.  So the buck stopped their, regardless of the size of the Army or who won on the battlefield, the President had an iron hand to rule, as a result of Lincoln’s decision, but the authority was transferred to a hostile President in Andrew Johnson.  Which brings about an important question.  Are we still under martial law?  Because  martial law was never actually legislatively lifted.

The Freedmen’s Bureau (The Federal Agency), which included things like land distribution, was established in 1865 and ceased to exist in July of 1868, when the 14 Amendment was ratified, without President Andrew Johnson’s approval, but through a Congressional override despite President Johnson’s, constant vetoes to prevent African American emancipation, independence and economic growth.  But still as you will see, what we got out of the deal called the 14 Amendment was another 100 years of oppression in a nutshell.

The 14 Amendment did not  and was not designed to emancipate the slaves of the South, nor did it really give many blacks in the North true and equal citizenship as equal partners within the Union. What it was really all about, was the system of reintegrating Southern States to their homes and properties and what they demanded from the beginning, which what we all too often hear about everyday on the news. State Rights!  And it was clearly about the reintegrated Southern white back into the Union, with full benefits. That is all the 14 Amendment was and is.  If it was anything more, why were the civil right battles of the 1960’s necessary and today most of the grounds gained then is now seemingly being taken away again.  Because many forms of oppressive measures are still being obligatory force on  the black American.

The civil war wasn’t fought due to the love the Northerners had for the then oppressed and enslaved African slaves in the Southern States. The truth of the matter is morally they cared less.  The truth of the matter is that the Civil War of 1860-1865 -2014, is and was fought over States rights.  The War Between the States began because the South demanded States’ rights and were not getting them.  The Southern States arguments was that they were paying taxes without fair representation. It was two years later into the war when President Lincoln decided to free the slaves and had nothing to do with any declarations of war.  It wasn’t until September after the bloody”Battle of Antietam, or Sharpsburg, on September 17, 1862″ this was why President Lincoln decided to make the promise to free the slaves, which was two years into the war. It was punishment against the Southern States. Negroes who think for one moment that these cousins killed off each other as they did, because they even cared about what they both preserved as cattle or food, is foolish at best. Our purpose fro being shipped here was clearly about a source of cheep labor, through oppressive policies.  It was about economics and trade rights. Slavery was just one form of trade rights, as is State rights.

The North really didn’t have a problem with the slavery industry of the South, but was actually concerned with controlling it and the regulation Southern trade or who the South was authorized to sell their cotton too.  All during slavery the Northern States did business with the South.  So how were they ever actually against the labor used to support their industry?   They depended on the South’s ability to produce cheep products in the same way as big corporations do business with third world repressive governments.  While the South offered us a job in fields for a plate of food, the North offered us welfare, food stamps and job programs, but few careers, to eat off of. And now they cal us lazy people, who do not want to work.

The position of the North was “you can have all the slaves you want as long as you sell all your products produced by their labor to us up North, to support our industries.”  Meanwhile the Southern economy was sinking fast.  Therefore the South wanted to expand their business ventures to Europe, which would have meant bigger profits for them and a greater demand for their products, meaning higher prices for the North and more competition, creating lower consumer costs.  But this could have crippled the North, whose economy was booming and growing fast under these arrangements.  This is why the seceded States of the Confederation took action against the Union and left them.  Therefore to preserve the Union to maintain their source of low cost raw material, the civil war had to be fought and the emancipation of slaves was really a strategy to undermine the Southern white with empty threats.  It was about money as always every war seems to be fought for and not about sympathy, compassion or humanity rights for blacks. The history taught about the civil war is deceiving, because the truth of the matter is that the South won the war through espionage, when they killed President Abraham Lincoln.

Understand that if Lincoln would have gotten his way, it would have required that black people be allowed to produce weapons of war. And truly have the rights to bear arms in America.  The second amendment wasn’t drafted as a means of personal self defense in the sense that it is promoted today by the National Rifle Association.  The NRA is just another scheme being used by  people like the Knights of the Golden Circle. The second amendment is about land owner rights and the right to protect your property.  Had the 40 aches and mull deal been enforced, it would have required black landownership and therefore the full protections of the second amendment.  This is something the South knew they could never let happen.

But instead they have us boxed in urban America without true gun rights, killing off each other on the streets over drugs, because jobs are hard to come by and we have no land rights in reality.  This is something the Southern white Confederates knew could never happen and had to be prevented by any and all means necessary, they could not allow 400,000 aches of land to fall into the hands of African Americans in the period of history, because it was against Master Plan of the Grant Architecture of America that begun with the drafting of  the Creation Theory.  Think about it at about $3,000 per ache multiplied by 400,000 would come out to about $1.2B, Oprah Winfrey probably has that herself. But now multiply this by 100 years at the interest rates they charge us of 22%.  Then we have to ask, if the North really won the war, they should compensate us as well with matching funds. Because how can you say you setout to liberate a group of people, only to destroy their homes and replace them back under the same tyranny by granting the right to have their own government against under a better financial system.

The phrase “40 acres and a mule” has come to symbolize the broken promise that Reconstruction policies would offer economic justice for African Americans.  The “40 acres and a mule” promise featured in the Pigford v. Glickman (1999) decision.  Ruling that the United States Department of Agriculture had discriminated against African American farmers, Friedman wrote: “Forty acres and a mule. The government broke that promise to African American farmers. Over one hundred years later, the USDA broke its promise to Mr. James Beverly.” (a black farmer who lost everything due to discriminatory practices by our Federal Government)  “40 Acres and a Mule” is often discussed in the context of reparations for slavery.

However, realistically speaking, ‘forty acres’ purpose was to provide land for political and economic reasons and it had a price tag in dollar value and would have actually meant freedom to African Americans and reparations is about the unconditional compensation to African Americans as a result of lifetimes of unpaid labor or the compensation of unpaid labor by our ancestors.  But in the absence land distribution reparations would be a mere stimulus package and no more that would be the grounds to finally silence the world, by pretending to pay their debt was paid.   And therefore doesn’t actually address what transpired when the law of land distribution was not enforced. In fact, President Andrew Johnson, not only stop the process, but in a sense declared war against the African farmers and if not, how can it be justified that he gave black farmers property as they put it back to the Southern whites.  When in reality he took their land back from them, which they got as a result of land that was confiscated for an enemy combatant. Which doesn’t qualify was giving back something, which was stolen to begin with and lost as a result of a war.  The real issue of concern was and still is economic and political empowerment of African Americans to create a true partnership within the Union, which is the only way to gain equal rights and citizenship. This it the real and unresolved issue that must be addressed.

Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Donald Sterling Dispute Resolution

First of all, Earvin “Magic” Johnson has been with us since the beginning of his Los Angeles Lakers career. I set him up to look like a child molester in the eyes of a 13 year old girl named Janet Jackson around May of 1980 while he was in LA for the Lakers, so that she would want to and would give birth have to a child and for other reasons as well. For this I owed him. His great career and miraculous recovery from his knee injury, was inspired by God.

The Fact Behind Magic HIV positive status:

We created the AIDS virus in the winter of 1976-77 in Germany under the direction of then CIA Director George H. W. Bush and it as later released by the Reagan Administration into the world around 1981.

In 1989 we developed a cure to AIDS, however, it was never released by the United States Government in partnership with the Gambino Family under leadership of Apostle Paul Castellano and the enforcement of Dom John J. Gotti.

Magic Johnson was injected with the AIDS virus by our direction, when he went overseas for some event to play basketball. The L.A. Lakers coach Pat Riley instructed him to take some shots and he trusted Pat Riley. This destroyed the remaining years in his career and embarrassed him due to the misunderstanding of this disease and how it evolved but he had a higher calling for us. We later cured him of the virus that causes AIDS to proved to the government that we cured the disease in 1989. It was for this reason we gave him this dreadful disease, we knew we could cure him when we made him sick, but we had to prove it is curable and we control this medication.

This made him a real community leader and a spokesman for the pharmaceuticals industry and a spokesmen for many AIDS causes. This made him more money than he could have ever made playing basketball at that time. And what his life evolved into is much more meaningful. So Donald Sterling was wrong about Magic getting AIDS by screwing women all over the country as a NBA basketball player, but in fact he was used by God to help a lot of people who would later suffer and even die due to this dreadful disease place upon mankind. And he has done wonderful things within the black community and now with the help of Donald Sterling we will be able to at least double his efforts.

This is my position for the above reasons:

1: Donald Sterling will apologized to Earvin “Magic” Johnson in private first and in public secondly.

2: Donald Sterling will agree to sell his NBA franchise, with these conditions included.

A) As a result of forfeiture of his ownership of this NBA franchise the L.A. Clippers, his lifetime ban to not attend NBA basketball games be lifted. He is too old to alienated, but I think the NBA has to be concerned with his health as a result of the sale of his team. I think the NBA should show some compassion.

B) Donald Sterling agrees to a selling his team for a minimum of the current value and no more than $1 Billion.

C) The buyer be required to pay cash without taking a loan and therefore must have net assets to afford a basketball team as a discretionary investment used as tax write-offs.

D) Donald Sterling and Earvin “Magic” Johnson join in partnership to do community work. Donald Sterling stated he wants to do more for minorities and he wants Earvin “Magic” Johnson to accept his help. And Earvin “Magic” Johnson said he is a God fearing man, who devoted his life’s work to serving Urban America.

If Donald Sterling is sincere my decision will seem to be a blessing to him, but if he is not being real it will seem like punishment. Donald Sterling will donate all the profits made from the sale of the L.A. Clippers, which could be about $1 Billion and whatever Donald Sterling comes up with, I want Earvin “Magic” Johnson to match thru his network. I want them to agree on a plan and I think we need to think outside the box to create a nationwide food distribution system that will empower black communities to share in the food industry and create at least 30,000 to 50,000 jobs in the process.

The idea is to own farms, trucks, and retail establishments to deliver our products, be it fast food or supermarkets, which must be determined based on analysis and research. And for this to work Earvin “Magic” Johnson has to expand is duty to man to rural areas like Avon Park, Fl., and Highlands County. You cannot feed urban America with rural America as our source to food products.

E) Invest at least $100 million in the marijuana industry. And us the profits from this product for non profit charities and support.

I am writing this letter because I really think I have a problem with some of the local church members and their clergy here in Avon Park.  I really believe that bro. Melvin “Yet” Wiley, a so-called born again Christian reasoning to bear false witness against me, to cause me harm after he totaled my car, was based on this community’s feeling towards my reverend ship and therefore mindset.

 

First of all, my authority runs along the lines of the traditions of  Paul Castellano and his associations with the United States Government and the Gambino Crime Family out of New York City and the Crips, which reached beyond the Illuminati and the whose ultimate mission in life is the fulfilling of Bible Prophesy.

 

I am an ordained reverend through the Universal Life Church. This gives me the legal authority to start my own religion, which is in the works. The church will place the Apostle Paul who I am as the religious leader or church head. And the teachings will be based on the Holy Bible understanding it through symbolism and hidden codes revealed by the Apostle Paul and the Life of Paul Castellano the son of a slave master and slave or Mafia Dom Gambino and an oppressed black woman Blond Eva who worked for them as an associate.  Paul Castellano named after Big Paul Castellano his father’s first cousin and brother in-law and was the promise to the black community to raise them out of oppression and into world ruler ship, thereby creating the sixth Family of New York City given black full authority in the order of ruler ship.

 

We find our belief codes to be reality based and applicable in society and no different than the many opposing views of the many black churches that cannot do anything together due to doctrine.  We believe there is but one God, therefore there can be but one word of God and the word is in the living Paul Castellano the Son of Carlo Gambino.

 

Also as a reverend and being a convicted felon, though I have received clemency in the State of Florida, I have a federal conviction which would requires a presidential pardon to restore all my rights as an American citizen. Then I have a psychiatric profile, which even if all my rights were restored, I still cannot bear firearms. So I have all my right but to bear fire arms.  But as a reverend I can congregate with other felons in the name of our God.  Thereby allowing us who were sinners and convicted felons in society to be able to act as a unified group for the good of humanity and be able to communicate about issues such as those being addressed in Operation Solution and Response as adopted sons of man and brothers in Paul Castellano. And therefore create a powerful network for social and economic equality and as long as we do the right thing, God will be with us, for he is with us in the name of Paul Castellano.

 

Now I do not expect many people who profess in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, to accept our beliefs as theirs and many will not even understand it, but give us the due respect you give any Christian whose doctrines are different than yours, Muslims, Jews or Buddhist or whatever, because our authority does not rest in your congregation or your traditional processes within community and church, but will be bonded with God within the church that is to be built, calling on members out of the Mafia and the Crips who are waiting to be awaken nationwide to save our nation from a hostile takeover due to corporate greed and begin a new ruler ship.

 

Understand we believe that the true Israel is the United States of America and we the black man in America are the true Jews and this is only understood by those who understand the codes written in the Bible.  And Paul Castellano the Son of Carlo Gambino aka the Apostle Paul was held as ransom by the Mafia and will one day return to the true Jews pure and holy once again as he was before he left home on his journey, to raise them out of oppression and thereby save the world from its current tyranny by the group known as the Illuminati, who mission is to oppress the world and rule over it.

 

Our promise:  They say you are promised 70 years. If you study the traditions of Paul Castellano, you would know he created the AIDS Virus and cured it in 1989 and designed Star Wars Technology for the United States in the early 1980’s which is a nuclear umbrella.  His promise to us is we will receive 150 years, instead of 70 years under a unifying light of equal justice. He will do this in his lifetime by breaking the code of our DNA before he reaches 70 years old which is our current promise. Thereby slowing down, stopping and even possibly reversing the aging process in humankind, to be made available to those who are chosen to be a part of God’s New Kingdom on the new Earth and Beyond. Because space travel is apart of this agenda.

 

We feel our beliefs are realistic and doable.  We do not think these ideas are in anyway delusional, though our messenger was judge by those who do not even claim they have the authority to judge anyone as being delusional for expressing these things to the world.  On the contrary we think the majority of the religions on earth are in fact delusional and the mindset of Mankind will not allow them to see the truth and the light, even as all these things in the prophesy are happening before us all today at an accelerated rate, most people are still blind and confused and will never understand us even after his day, many will still claim we are the anti-Christ after sacrificing a lifetime to save them, until it is too late and they are forced to bow down anyway to fulfill the prophecy.

 

We do not believe in  any ultimate right or wrong among man, because with everything there is a balance. We know in Christ is reality.  We simply have a clear understanding of the cliché or scripture, “you are either for us or against us?”  We believe in just ruler ship and the current system of order on earth and in America is an unjust ruler ship, whereby 2% of the population controls over 50% of the world’s wealth, we live in the riches nation in the world yet over 45 million people depend on food stamps to be able to eat and therefore must answer certain questions to be awarded this assistance.  We believe in the God of a Heavenly Order here on Earth, which we believe is promised in the book of Revelations. Revelation 21 – A New Heavens, a New Earth, and a New Jerusalem.

 

However, the key element is that we believe the Apostle Paul Castellano who goes by Rev. Frank Paul Jones, when under the power of the spirit of God and hypnosis, giving him enormous mental powers which has been proven thorough his passed crafts, will break the code of the DNA of humankind and therefore be able to eliminate all diseases, and by overcoming the Illuminati share the wealth of the World with his believers and supporters, ending oppression for many more, by introducing a just system of ruler ship ending the need of these many wars thereby creating a platform for world peace.   Yet people will still call him evil, but his happiness will be in knowing those who accept the new reality plates will be full of food to eat.

First of all, I want to thank Maria Sutherland our Administrative Services Director for the City of Avon Park, for taking time out of her busy schedule to clarify things for me concerning the CRA and their operations. Secondly, I want to apologize to Arnold Davis an advisory board member of the CRA, for even thinking he was involved in wrong doings and thirdly I want to apologize to Gerald Snell the chairman of the advisory board for saying “the honorable thing is to resign,” this is not required.

 

I wrote letters to the CRA and City Council whom are one and the same people wearing different hats at different meetings.  And I posted them on the internet as open letters to be transparent about my dispute with City Hall, so people could weigh in on the argument. So it is only proper that I finish this argument in the public eye, with an article about my findings

 

I still believe that the CRA misappropriated our tax dollars, by sponsoring the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. parades and events.  Though Maria Sutherland explained a lot to me, this wasn’t explained to my satisfaction. Still nobody showed me where in the Florida Statue that these spending practices are authorized for a community redevelopment agency. However, I realize if I pursue this argument and the CRA stands behind these spending practices, it would require a complaint to the Florida Commission on Ethics and if I lose I will have to pay for their legal fees.  And a good lawyer can get anyone out of anything that isn’t cut and dry.  This has layers and is a matter of interpretation.  I only expressed my opinion, which I still believe to some degree is on point.

 

My strategy was to bring this to their attention in a public forum, hoping they would stop these spending practices, so that they can do much more for our local businesses, who really need help and soon.  Too many businesses in the Southside District are closed down here and have been demolished and I believe this could have been prevented if we worked much harder on the plan on the books that the CRA agreed upon to expand businesses.

 

As for the CRA Advisory Board, which is not the CRA, being there is one CRA and three Advisory Boards. There purpose is to advise the CRA.  But when going to their meetings you would think they make the decisions, but they can only advise the CRA, who appointed themselves from the City Council. Only the CRA can make decisions concerning our redevelopment plan. So if you have any problems in the future with the CRA, target your compliant towards the City Council who are the same people and not the advisory boards whom are actually powerless, unless the CRA agrees with their decisions, they can only advise the CRA.

 

I mentioned Arnold Davis might have engaged a conflict of interest between his non profit organization and the CRA, by running the Dr. King parade with CRA money while being on the board and president of the non profit on the other end, but Arnold Davis didn’t fund himself, the CRA funded him.  This is unclear and it would be a matter of interpretation to determine this as a conflict of interest, which would take many hours of research to prove.

 

As far as CRA term limits go, they do exists, but the way they handle this is after each elections the City Council reappoints themselves to the CRA board, which is legal and maybe even ethical, being many cities in Florida do this. But like I said I still didn’t see a clause for spending redevelopment money on parades based on marketing, which is how I was told it was done. I do not know if funding marketing is authorized in the CRA budget.  So still I think it is a conflict of interest somewhere, but Arnold Davis played the pawn, he wasn’t the decision maker, but maybe weighed in with his advise, because he support Dr. King. And I understand he didn’t get paid anyway. So we need to leave this alone.

 

Though I do not totally agree with what was explained to me, I do understand and do not think there is any criminal behavior or criminal intent, I just think we have different priorities and I am not the shot caller and the best I can do is argue in public to gain attention in hopes of changes being made by the CRA.

 

So overall, I regret my having this public dispute, because it will probably change nothing. Because I think they plan to stand behind their policies as they are, I do not see anything being accomplished by this. I think it will take someone with more juice than I to really bring about any changes in the directions we are traveling with our CRA.  And do not get me wrong our CRA has done some wonderful things in Avon Park, but they simply didn’t do enough and most of my supporters got burned by them. But give credit where it is due.  So I grade the CRA 3 stars.

If you read the law you will see that a lot of people for a lot of reasons will be able to get medical marijuana. As long as a doctor feels you will benefit more by using marijuana than by not using it, he/she can give you a prescription. It is the last clause of debilitating medical conditions.

1) “Debilitating Medical Condition” means cancer, glaucoma, positive status for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), hepatitis C, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Crohn’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis or other conditions for which a physician believes that the medical use of marijuana would likely outweigh the potential health risks for a patient.

My argument isn’t about why what will happen on November 4th will happen, but about the government being fiscally responsible with this new tax revenue that will only continue to grow with time as Federal law changes as well.

The City Avon Park should control both production and distribution of medical marijuana here in the city limits of Avon Park, FL.

1: We should have a farm located in the Southside Redevelopment Area.

2: We should have a dispensary located in the Southside Redevelopment Area, that will act as the main artery for the legal distribution of medical marijuana with its associated tax stickers from State, County and City Governments.

Here is my breakdown for the production and sales of medical marijuana. I think everything is negotiable.  A quarter ounce should go for about $25 and one ounce for about $75 of quality marijuana. Because we will grow it the cost of production isn’t that high and we must beat out the street dealers by having high quality marijuana at low costs to the consumers.  And prices can be adjusted in the future once the farm is in full swing.

1,000 patients times $25 or one quarter once per month = $25,000 per month gross sale. The money would be divided as follows. But we figure on doing $100,000 worth of business within one year, so multiply these figures by 4, to get a realistic and honest projection.

Labor: $6,250 per month – per year = $75,000 for the payroll

Security: $5,000 Cameras and stuff connected to the police department

Taxes: $120,000

(a) State $5,000 per month – per year $60,000

(b) County $2,500 per month – Per year $30,000

(c) City $2,500 per month – per year $30,000

Equipment and Supplies: $3,750

Labor: 25% of cost

I think if we take a proactive response to the legislation on the ballot for November 4th, 2014, we would start planning now for what is an inevitable future in the United States and soon to be reality in the State Florida. We must be fiscally responsible and fair about the distribution of this new tax revenue.

I think with the CDBG Grant coming to South Delaney Avenue, the only other wise thing to do that is just needing immediately attention, is to redevelop the Southside Business District. I for one need a parking lot so we can offer instructional services at our location and some AC units. The Rib Shack needs much more help than I do and they and Catlin Lounge are historical building, which you already have new grants for. We simply want to get up the other half of that money to make these grants real options to those who need them most.

The fiscal note states:

“Increased costs from this amendment to state and local governments cannot be determined. There will be additional regulatory and enforcement activities associated with the production and sale of medical marijuana. Fees will offset at least a portion of the regulatory costs. While sales tax may apply to purchases, changes in revenue cannot reasonably be determined since the extent to which medical marijuana will be exempt from taxation is unclear without legislative or state administrative action.”

It has not been determined if it will be taxed, partially exempt or totally exempt from taxes. I think if taxed it will be a win/win solution to many problems associated with marijuana in the State of Florida. And I think the legislative intent speaks for itself. Florida will be one step from complete legalization.

Therefore any strategy presented by the State of Florida that must have assurances that the State of Florida does profit by large margins and anything short of this is naïve legislation not consistent with the legal intent.

Therefore I think it is imperative that the State of Florida tax marijuana at an exceptionally high rate of about 40% or more of its production costs. The production cost of marijuana will be exceptionally inexpensive in the Heartland of Florida which is now being used for agricultural farming and therefore Florida can offer marijuana at a savings to the consumers old options of which was purchasing street drugs.

Marijuana farming in the Heartland of Florida, will help the local economy and these areas are already very rich farmland, some of the best farmland in the world. Therefore the marijuana crop will be some of the best and most natural in the world, it will be comparable to Cuba being known for their cigars because of the location they are grown in .  Mass production will have to be controlled, to limit and regulate the supply. Farmers who grow marijuana should be able to offset some of the labor costs of other crops, because marijuana is a more valuable crop and easier to produce than most other crops, provided you use experienced growers.

The dilemma here is that the experienced grower, most likely was a career criminal based under the old statute.  For this reason there should be a question of amnesty associated with the legalization of medical marijuana. These pardons should be retroactive to the date a criminal offense was committed, fully expunging the records of many felons of non violent crimes and given them at least a chance in life.  I believe such a measure could revive our economy if done nationwide and not just done in Florida. Such an event could further increase the profitability of marijuana farming, simply because Florida’s crop will the preferred crop in the US, because it is often grown naturally.  It would also reintroduce our economy to many people who were literally blackballed from economically productive lives in America, due to these old repressive laws that were always senseless.

However their must be legal protections for the State Government and Businesses. These legal protections will and must be a measure against future lawsuits associated with marijuana prohibition. There can be no legal grounds for a tort associated with the criminal conviction of marijuana or its associated discrimination practices.  Therefore this clemency must be used to give both sides a clean slate. If this is not done there is a chance that someone may create a precedent to allow class action lawsuits that could be very damaging to businesses and government institutions in the State Florida.

In summary the strategy that must be discussed by our legislators should not be biased.  The government shouldn’t take a position of something that is going on the ballot. However, the government should prepare for either outcome. Either way their will be problems associated with these outcomes. The government has to prepare to adapt to either outcomes to maintain order and stability in the State.

It would be a civil disservice if our legislators and government do not prepare for the outcome, especially if medical marijuana is legalized in Florida. The State of Florida has to profit from the legalization of marijuana and in a big way due to our location. If the State of Florida makes marijuana tax exempt, I think it would only be due to corruption in government to maximize the farmers profits. This could be interpreted as pure stupidity, but they have plenty of time to think and about this and discuss a compromise.

First of all, I want to say I am sorry for the bad things I recently said about a lot of people here in Avon Park, FL.  I feel I was out of character by stooping down to their level.  I am just tired of people picking at me and saying whatever comes to their mind about me, yet really do not know much about me to make these judgment calls concerning my mental state. In other words, I know a lot of people around here called me crazy behind my back, based on opinions from rumors they heard.

 

People around here judged me, yet they themselves live in a glass houses. For example they called me crazy, while they get a check for PTSD from the VA. So to say PTSD is a heroic illness, because it supports them and they wear this like a badge of honor. Yet PTSD is a code for shellshock.  During WWII, they often called shell-shocked people cowards.  But today they get counseling for it, which is a good thing.  But understand two of the major symptoms of PTSD is nervousness and confusion, code for crazy as hell, which is what they called me.  So people need to look in the mirror.

 

People talked bad about me, but just recently took the crack pipe out of their mouth. They say an addict tries the same thing looking for different results and they call this insanity when they get into recovery, which is code for crazy, which is what they called me. Smoking crack everyday is not sane, it is insane. So what if your addiction was a long time ago, so was my incident in California, it was over 23 years ago, yet people are still judging me based on this incident and cannot live it down and it  was actually about a lot of money, a lot of money I must say, which I felt was owed to me.  So wanting to get paid is crazy now? I do not agree!

 

Just because a lot of people are claiming PTSD today doesn’t make it heroic or make them mentally stable. People with PTSD cannot own a gun, because the government thinks they are insane and is capable of hurting themselves or others.  And just because a lot of people got hooked on crack, doesn’t make it socially acceptable behavior, because it is not and possessing this drug is often a felony.  And just because you never got caught with the drug on you, doesn’t mean you didn’t commit felonies on a regular basis, so who are you to judge me and my mental state or my criminal history, if the shoe fits you were both criminal and insane as well.

 

Still I apologize, because I am the bigger person this time. But to those who talk about my mental state, while they were hooked on crack before, but no longer are or get a check from the VA for being shell-shocked, I think you need to look into the mirror, because mentally you are no better off then I ever was or was not.  Of course you could be doing a doctor for a check which makes you a common thief, which is nothing to be proud of.  Faking PTSD is nothing to be proud of, nor is having it and saying I lost my damn mind, because I went to a war. Yet people seem to proudly say I am a nutcase.  Yet half of this town is crying PTSD and have smoked crack on a regular basis in the past.

In a libelous article written by Paul Catala of the Highlands Today Newspaper located in Highlands   County, Florida, they made false statements about me. They said I was charged with stalking Janet Jackson and went to prison for threatening President George H. W. Bush, Michael J. Jackson and John J. Gotti. These statements was false and the news journalist Paul Catala found this misinformation on the world wide web, instead of doing investigative reporting. The internet is full of lies about me.

 

They (The Highlands Today) did a clarification on February 11th about 12 days later saying to the effect that the charges were dropped and because of this I was never charged, but the fact of the matter is that there were never any charges to be dropped. They stood behind their story about me going to prison for those other threats, but clarified why I actually was convicted. So I guess people who read this article in the future will know the truth if you read between the lines, so they did enough to make themselves happy I guess, but libel was still committed against me in my humble opinion.

 

Highlands Today is operated under the Tampa Tribune, who is owned by Revolution Capital Group who is a $1.1 Trillion investment firm, who probably have lawyers out of this world. So a lawsuit isn’t really an option, because finding a lawyer to take this case is probably not going to happen, because the damages would not satisfy the expenses to go up against them.   So I guess I just have to be happy with what I got out of them and settle for this clarification, which I feel is short of a full retraction and apology on the front page, like the article was placed.

 

I guess in a way this is the beginning of the truth being told about me, because for many years people picked at me calling me a stalker and claiming I went to Janet Jackson’s house harassing her. This was a lie from the beginning told by her brother Jermaine Jackson to destroy my creditability and character. If people believed these lies and now know they are lies from the clarification by Highlands Today, they should now wonder why these lies were told to begin with.  And I just told you why. And if you believe me or not, you should now wonder why he wanted to destroy my name if I was just a nutcase.

Sometimes community leaders have ill intent, but this is not always the case. But those who have not righteousness in their hearts, tend to want to control the people in the community for their own selfish ends. They persuade people to think along their lines of reasoning that is often wrong in order to control the resources that comes into the community to help the people, such as government grants, foundation and private grants so forth.  They do this with the intent of shaving some of the money off of the top to line their pockets, meanwhile the people believe due to their popularity, power and influence outside of the community (among whites) that they are doing something good for the community, when often in reality they are just robbing the people and selling information to keep other people down and repressed.

Philanthropic (charitable) giving is already set aside to help the poor and needy and community leaders are often like unelected politicians, though they do not run for office to get elected, their popularity plays an important role in public opinion, which allows them to operate openly and freely.  Fears within the community are very significant, because the main purpose of many non profits to include mine’s, is to find problems and then come up with solutions to these problems and seek financial help to put the solution into action.

But sometimes people who have things going in their favor tend to attempt to tarnish the names of other people who they see as a threat to their positions and see them as competition.  Often unethical community leaders will attempt to destroy other people, so that they become the sole candidates for Philanthropic (charitable) giving, so that they can control all the resources that comes into the community to solve problems that are apparent and needs attention. But the problem with this is that good leaders have good vision and can see things that not all people will see.  And therefore they can layout relevant agendas to solve community problems and build a better community.  And another problem with this is when you are doing community work, it should be about the results of building a better community and not your positioning in the community as a result of this progress.  “It should never be about you, it should be about the community.” Your reverence (admiration) is a byproduct of your work and not the product itself.

But many people in the community are often followers and not leaders and seek good leadership and they are often easily persuaded to show favoritism to a foolish builder, for no other reason than their acquaintance of them and their popularity and not because of the vision of the potential community leader. And these unscrupulous  pretenders, will resort to stealing ideas and present them as their own work, while discrediting the source they received the ideas from, only because they meant no good from the beginning and had selfish ends from the start. I tell you the truth when  I say, there are some evil people here in AvonPark, FL. who will smile in your face and backstab you at the same time.

Now I am here to tell you that there is a God who has all the power in his hands, who can not be fooled by fake smiles mixed with treachery.  My God is an all knowing God and his will prevail.  And I was sent here by God, whether you believe this or not.  People laughed at me down here, because of lies told on me in the media, not even knowing why the lies originated or ever talking to me about it.  And as a result false leaders here in Avon Park, FL tried to tarnish my name with the republication of falsehoods, because they fear me because my intent is righteous and theirs is evil. They do not want people to gravitate towards us, because if they do come to our support, they (the false leaders) might become obsolete or have to come under our umbrella and do right and not steal from the people and they want to remain head negroes in charge around here. They see me as their local competition, only because they have small minds, when I see our organization not as a local network, but with a nationwide movement with a nationwide agenda, our headquarters just happens to be here in Avon Park, FL. Where I currently live, but our goal is to reach far beyond HighlandsCounty.

My connections reach far beyond AvonPark. The people who are going to help me accomplish my mission in life sees Highlands County as a potential investment, so I plan to bring money to Highlands County and not suck up the money already here, like some of these false leaders. All to say that those who chose to pick me as an enemy, chose the wrong enemy, because if anything they only showed me they cannot not be trusted and therefore cannot hold custody to what I plan to bring here because I know they will steal from it, because they are unrighteous. Therefore they have to be replaced.  And there evil and dastardly deeds will come to a halt soon. And when things begin to happen here, they will be left out of the agenda to come to pass, because they mean no good to the people of HighlandsCounty they are supposed to be serving. They are mere pity thieves.  They

failed the test. They cannot be trusted.

I am not trying to put any particular person(s) in the spotlight.  But I know what is going on here in AvonPark is not one size fits all. So if the shoes fits, it because you are probably still wearing them.  My mother did not raise a fool, nor am I deranged.  In fact, I am one of the most forgiving people on the planet. I rarely hold grudges against anyone, but the problem with this is my friends who love me dearly and support me are not so forgiving. It is not me you will have to answer to. So the best bet is to leave me alone, because I do not bother you or interfere in your affairs. The problem with this is evil is arrogant.
