Formerly known as The Rib Shack the local soul food restaurant owned by the Hardy Family here in Avon Park, FL; is in the process of being reopened. The torch is being passed down to a daughter of the soul food tycoon.  Joe Hardy decides to pass on the torch of the hometown favorite soul food restaurant to his daughter NaQuila Hardy aka Stackz Gotti who by the way is about to release her first album distributed by ReverbNation with an outlet of several retailers to include iTunes, Napster and even Wal-Mart (liquid) plus others such as Zune, Rhapsody and many more.  Currently, the album is available for presales at the Stackz Gotti store on ReverbNation.  One of her stores is located on the Capstone Zulu Website.

 

NaQuila Hardy aka Stackz Gotti has recently been included into the Zimbio Interactive Magazine, where you find the celebrities latest news and issues.  She is among names such as Frank Paul Jones, John A Gotti, Victoria Gotti, Oprah, Ice T, Charles Rangel, Jesse Jackson, Louis Farrakhan and Al Sharpton.  Congratulations to Stackz Gotti’s newly developed celebrity statuses.

 

Due to a disability the Rib Shack a family business closed down temporarily and most things are still intact.  The old business was a big success as it was known for its excellent Barbeque Sauce which is a family recipe and tightly held secret.  The name Rib Shack will be used as the trade secrets will be shared and passed down to NaQuila.  However NaQuila has an additional plan that was considered in the past but not commenced into action, such as the possibility of putting the famous BBQ sauce on the local store shelves?    However for starts it might only be available at the Rib Shack 2 Restaurant in limited quantity.

 

A community resident approached NaQuila Hardy aka Stackz Gotti and asked her, “When are you’ll going to open up the restaurant again we sure miss that good eating.”  Then said “and girl that Barbeque Sauce why you’ll don’t put it in a jar?”  The word is that Joe Hardy has the recipe stashed away in a safe place and is ready to put the “Original Rib Shack BBQ Sauce,” on the market.  With the expansion of the famous Western Beef Supermarket headed south a Gambino enterprise, being added to the shelves of Western Beef would be an excellent partnership.

After careful consideration of the facts, I realize I may have made a mistake in judgment, however not written in stone. After a clear understanding of the facts I feel that a Federal Investigation is unnecessary.  However the injustice is against the community at-large, the community is the victims.

 

We have to stand together on this one, the Jones Family and the Committee together unified as one team for the betterment of the community.  I feel the only way to begin to rectify the emotional injuries is to name the cemetery after its Adam the first generation Eston E.L. Roberts.

 

Now as a matter of fairness, my lawyer should request a special hearing and have these unreasonable charges dismissed.

The famous names in blogs Frank Paul Gambino may well close down WordPresss.com and redirect to the new Capstone Zulu official website, to increase viewership.  One the official website he will go by the name Capstone Zulu as Gambino displays musical ingenious. 

 

The reason for the change of hosts is about money.  On this new website we can sell adds space and post stores.  NaQuila Hardy aka Stackz Gotti is currently on the website as a storefront and so is Capstone Zulu as a band.

It is chaos in Avon Park, FL.  Brenda Grey the Deputy Mayor of Avon Park, in a hostel attempt to takeover landownership of what is billed as the historic Negros cemetery now called Lincoln Garden Cemetery, has family there and do not know where they are located.

 

But the question of ownership comes into play.  It is speculated that the burial grounds are privately owned by Eston Roberts by default.  Nobody tended to this place for over 20 years as Eston Roberts was the caretaker of the properties for over 20 years.  He was the overseer of all tax levies needed or not needed to sustain these properties and its upkeep.

A letter sent to the department of Justice and the Avon Park Police Department as well as a host of distinguished members of society both profit and no profit, surfaced on the Internet.

 

The letter was from me to my sister, I referred to as Rev. Ella, in this note.

 

What we request is done:

#1: Do the paper trail of the transfer of the said $7,000+.

#2: Determine the legitimacy of said transfer and the Committee being they have no gravesite records.

#3: Audit the committee’s financial if the money is not returned in full to me under my organization the NCNCHINC.  We are the carriers of the torch of Eston E.L. Roberts.

The Eston E.L. Roberts Cemetery:

The original ledger will be used to make a copy to make public record as a donation from the Jones Family to the County for public record.  And they will be returned to the Jones Family as it is an inheritance.  Ella Williams and Shawanda Adams will assist in this record keeping task for the security for authenticity.

The County will pay for a maintenance fee to maintain the cemetery.  Dale Williams and John Adams will receive a small fee from this money to keep the area clean.  And we will offer services, such as putting flowers on gravesites for people out of town and special cleanings every six months and so forth.  This will make it a fair wage job.

This is contingent to an investigation on the matter of a transfer of a sum of money, between David Hicks and Eston Roberts for $7,000.  Understand that Eston Roberts had General and Durable power attorney over me affairs until the day that he died.  I did not concur to this transfer of money and did not authorize it.

Furthermore I understand as you said that Uncle Billy bought those lawnmowers with his own money.  Well one of them was moved off of my property without my authorization verbal or in writing.

I plan see to law enforcement about this matter after I get all of the facts.  I strongly believe this was an act of extortion by David Hicks, Willie Joe Sigler, and probably planned by Ms. Grey and others.  This is RICO.  This is Federal.  We have friends there. 

She is a public figure being the Deputy Mayor of the City of Avon Park, Florida.  She is black and is known for taking positions against black people.  Rob Hilton was an example of her non community concerned political career and her agenda that is not for the non profit sector, but we are.

I want a criminal investigation on the Federal level performed on this one.  However we will first cooperate with the County to remedy the problem.

Rev. Frank Paul Jones and his cousin John W. Moss; while working in the yard cleaning up in preparation of the opening of the Blue Temple the headquarters of the NCNCHINC; found old headstone.  The name on the headstone is being held under wraps, while the location of the body remains are being sought after.  The headstone belonged to someone who was born in 1874 and died in 1980.

 

The committee over the grave yard is doing everything to in their power to remedy the situation.  However the ledger identifying the sites burial locations is owned by the Jones Family as an inheritance for the life work of Eston E. L. Roberts, who was the Worshipful Master of the Prince Hall Masons here in Avon Park, FL.  And care taker of the burial site.

 

The family feels the pain of the people here in Highlands County that do not know where the remains of their loved ones are.  However, the family found that $7,000.00 that was earned through the Hard Labor of Eston E. L. Roberts is missing.  This is money he promised to his nephew as startup capital, to continue his operations.

 

The family came to the consciences that if the money is return, the rightful owners being the Jones family and the City of Avon Park agrees to treat blacks like whites and hold their burial grounds sacred and pay the Family $1,300.00 per months as white cemeteries receive, they will continue the work of Eston E. L. Roberts and maintain the cemetery.

 

Rev. Jones said “fine we are in the cemetery business it is our duty to the community.”  Both of his parents and grandparents where buried at what will be named the Eston E. L. Roberts cemetery?  Justifiably named as he like Adam was told from God, without comparison he told Avon Park there is your mother and there are your father gravesites.  We have to know this information and it will be shared when the family inheritance is put back in tack.    Eston E.L. Roberts did a fine thing and should be remembered.

An appeal to America, we have stood in idle too long.  Crack cocaine is abomination   to the black community.  Let us look back to cause and effect like Mapp v. It was like something right out of Goggle.  They spent 30 minutes on Property Appraisal.  This article is a clone to what took place.  They said you need a 501 c 3 to be tax exempted and they are wrong, as you will see in the factors.  They argued about churches owing property and renting it for a profit.  This as you will see can be done in moderation, and not excessively.  The argument was fair and just, the County needs their tax money and people are being fraudulent in the name of the Armor of God…

 

Contrary to what was said yesterday at the City Council meeting by the County Property Appraisal Raymond Mclnyre that to be tax exempt you must be 510 c 3 statuses.  Secondly, a church can rent out apartments and be tax exempted, provided it is done in moderation and with God first.  It cannot be all about the money anymore. 

 

Something every church in Highlands County should read at Church on Monday, until it is understood by the officers.

Fs Sec 196.196 (2) states;

Factor 1: We have to use the building and it has to be used for the main purpose most of the time = 51%

Section 196.192(2), F.S- provides all property owned and used by an exempt entity and used predominantly for exempt purposes shall be exempted from ad valorem taxation to the extent of thereto that such predominant use bears to the non-exempt use.

Under subsection (1) of that statute all property owned and used by an exempt entity exclusively for exempt purposes is totally exempt from all ad valorem taxation.

However, beyond the nonprofit entity requirement, the activities requirement as noted above, set forth in section 195.192, F.S., does require that no part of the property may be used in an activity for profit, and that the charge for the service must be or below the cost.

Thus, in a situation in which a particular wing of a building or portion of a parcel is used to generate a profit would appear not to qualify for the exemption even though the profits are used for other charitable activities.

Factor 2: We do not have to have 501 c 3 statuses.

As far as the requirement that the applicant must be an exempt entity, section 196.195(4), F.S. provides that no application for exemption may be granted for charitable use of property until the applicant has been found by the property appraiser to be nonprofit as defined in that section.  It is not a statutory requirement that the applicant for a charitable exemption be an entity qualified under the United States Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. 501(c) (3).
