The National Community Network and Coalition of Highlands, INC; known by the acronym NCNCHINC, has a new Web Site under construction.  Led by the Rev. Frank Paul Jones, the organization has unique characteristics.

Purpose

The National Community Network and Coalition of Highlands, INC. is organized as a community network and coalition in support for Military Veterans, the Youth and elderly, single parents with and without children, to prevent recidivism and for businesses in order to bring about community betterment and social improvement for the greater community at-large.

 

 

The Mission

 

To build a better community, by organizing the best and most suitable constituents within society, who are willing to do community work!  By establishing committees and subcommittees and bringing them to the social club of made men and women to tackle the problems that plague the communities at large and the world.  We are the central intelligence and network of brotherly love.  

 

NCNCHINC OFFERS MANY COMMUNITY ORIENTED SERVICES

 

The National Community Network & Coalition of Highlands, INC is about delivering better community leadership, by assembling the best of the best, from the clergy to politicians, from everyday people to the extraordinarily successful and from sinners to saints, understanding we all fall short of God’s glory and there is good in us all.

 

As our purpose is vast we are the communications central of the community, bringing together people who are concerned about the state of the neighborhood and want to help address them.  We are an advocacy group, who is out to promote better communities by addressing and tackling problems as they occur.  And we are proactive as we actual help people with situations as they are brought to our attention.

 

In addition to our advocacy initiative which is so important to African Americans and the community at large, we will offer the neighboring musical talents opportunities to explore the music industry with a class A DAW recording studio and publishing company for aspiring writers.  The record company and publishing company are just the initial business ventures of NCNCHINC.  It is our goal to expand and focus on many business opportunities in order to promote a better community.

I admit that I am a dreamer.  Throughout my lonely and miserable life, my strength to survive was my childhood, which was fun until my mother got sick and died.  And the powerful mechanism of my mind was my imagination and the ability to control my dreams.  I could control my dreams often awake as well as asleep to some degree.  All my life I live for tomorrow but tomorrow never came as they say.

 

I wanted to be a musical artist, professional athlete and even at one time a gangster, did I have dreams.  As an amateur I tried my hand at it all, chasing after money, sex and power.  Just to find out that I was chasing after dreams.

 

I looked at television and listened to the radio and even read newspapers and magazines, studying the world of the rich and famous.  I thought wow, perhaps since I am very intelligent I will be able to go through the process of becoming one of them. However I was always a rebellious person.  I saw people who had the image of rebellion and thought we were alike.  I wanted to be outspoken powerful and rich.  Does such like this; black people and all truly exist?

 

I came to realize I was chasing after a dream.  But I realize in this terrible world we live in, God may have blessed me with the ultimate survival gear.  Sure I accomplished very little in life and have little to show for my miserable stay on earth, but today I am still here.  I do not have much to look forward to.  What can life offer a man of my aged?  As I am not old but far not young at all, but so tired; with nothing to live for and no reason to die, no reason to laugh to apathetic to cry.

 

So I concluded the aging process has a purpose and so do chasing dreams.  I may well grow to be old because I took the safe lane of finding satisfaction in waiting on tomorrow, though it never came and now what difference will it make?  But then comes a connection to this higher power, I call God.

 

I realize the greatest power a child has is the power of imagination.  For many often this power is lost due to the realities life presents to us.  But I had not children so in my heart I remained a child at heart.  Not playful or immature but simply a dreamer.  A dream never realized that I have outgrown in purpose, but then comes a connection to this higher power, I call God.  So now I seek him!  Will this be another dream whereby there really is no after life?  But I may well never live to tell or find out if this is the ultimate dream.

 

Is God reality or fantasy, I do not know, but I am forced to find out.  I do know that chasing after material fantasy caused me to lead a miserable life of hardships and lonely days.  All for a reward that is too an illusion, for rebellious, rich and black means death in this white man’s world?  For all the money is his!  So in my transition into my golden years I again prepare to dream.  From a child of the worldly dreams to the spiritual I transition, but still I dream.

I realize people need to have recreation and be allowed to let off steam.  When I was younger I partied and it was fun to me, however became my greatest misery.  It was a privilege extended to me from the generations before me and shouldn’t be extended to this generation by all. 

 

I was sent here on a mission and by a promise made to Worshipful Master Eston Roberts to do community work and to help revive the economy first in the black community than in all communities and then the nation.  This is my promise to the Nation and the White House and President Obama.

 

People here wonder who I am and what I am about.  I’m a servant of the Lord, far from stupid or am I crazy.  I walked the road of the oppressed by choice and understand the hardships of the underserved, for I am one of them. The bottom line is I have been through the ringer, because the direction of my life was preordained.

 

I travelled for 33 years, since I was 17 years old.  And the Lord and the nation sent me here.  What is about to happen here will be a template for the Nation to follow?  Avon Park does not realized it has been blessed, by my presence and the attention it will receive around the nation and the world as a result of my being here on a mission from God and by the Nation of Made Men.

 

Important people are watching us.  As I may have a vision I was taught that a prophet’s vision can only be realized by the actions of the people.  The people of the times make’s the vision of the prophet happen and not the other way around contrary to popular belief.  I may well be the Grand Architect or Chief Engineer, but my ability to manufacture a final product depends on the staff and technicians.

 

All to say, millions of dollars is trying to ride thru here and important people want these good things to happen in this area. Operations from the White House to the Gambino Family, from Oprah to  Eric Holder to past Presidents such as George W, Bush and Bill Clinton to the support of the Crips are unified in this mission, because the success of this mission holds a key to a better America.  That said who am I?  I am the real Paul Castellano, now do your homework.  I am Gambino!

 

I call on the scattered Dolphins and those who love the Lord to come together not in fear knowing the Lord is with you and the highest authorities of Mankind also.  Support the operation to revive our community and put an end of self oppression.  Understand that oppression is privilege however reparation is our right to succeed.   Please help us help us and you too.

I am about the address a serious dilemma in America.  The welfare of children from single parenting homes needs to be addressed.  With 40 Million people in America living below the poverty line and 13 million on them children this should be serious concern of all Americans.  Why?  Can we drain water from a rock?  If the parents of the children are poor the chances are the child is also poor.

 

This single parent agenda bill is about families reuniting or functioning as separate entities to the benefit of the child who did not ask to be born.  We have programs for single parents with the children, so we also should take into consideration that the parent separated from their children may from time to time need help also.

 

The main focus of this bill that I hope will be introduced to the Congress is the children of America poverty levels as a result of single parenthood.  One of the main reasons why parents’ breakup is due to economics and by the man being separated from the woman does not necessarily equate to better economic conditions for the child, if the father cannot produce child support.

 

As we address the poverty levels of the children in America, we must focus on the real issues which are food, clothing and shelter.  Most programs focus on the single parent with the children, but the focus should be on the children.  We cannot condone teenage pregnancy due to reckless sexual acts, no more than we can condone the deadbeat dads.  But if it is due to economic circumstances our question is should it be forgiven for the sake of the children. We cannot continue to use children as pawns to be vindictive towards the poor man in America.   Though this is not a black and white issue it is often an aggravated assault on black men.

 

Why are there not programs to help the deadbeat dad catch up on child support payments?   Why once a man falls behind he can never catch up?  This is an example of symbolic castration, as we send the mother the check and the father the bill, we send the woman to college and send the brother to jail?

 

Understand the issue at hand.  If money is being paid by tax payers to rectify an economic injustice such as the lack of food, clothing and shelter for a child, why must it become a judicial situation? Thus it  is double jeopardy on the tax payer. This is evil and vindictive. 

The F.P. Jones Clean Slate Bill is simple.  If a man can prove he was a deadbeat dad due to economic circumstances and has means to support his children now, his old debts to society is wiped clean.  Though this may sound liberal it will bring deadbeat dads out of hiding and possibly reunited children with both parents active in their lives.  If we can forgive illegal immigrants and big corporations we can forgive the little guy struggling to buy a loaf of bread each day.

NaQuila says huge Monster video is in the works as venues are being lined up.  Frank Paul Gambino Productions under the control of Frank Paul Gambino is making Waves in Highlands County.  To be honest I think there is a lot of hope here, but little substance behind the rhetoric.  As preachers speak down to the masses and NaQuila’s project will awaken the sleep.

I like to take my credits where they are due, I mean I AM is the mastermind of the world and a fool to many, but these ideas being brought into the video and its complexities are amazing and are many of NaQuila’s creations. 

 

We are fortunate to have so many vacancies but our goal is to fill the void and bring life back to this small town and then to the world.  You can hear the song that will be officially released at the correct moment.  Also, we have properties that can be used to film a quality video right her in Highlands County.

 

I am working on songs to help get Solomon get on the map, sort of like a 3 song deal to get him some experience and exposure.  Also, I think at his age knowing the technology behind the scenes could make a big difference as he would be the Don of the Juveniles.  Lol!  Michael Jackson?

People have there code of beliefs.  Monotonous people procreate alike kinds is a powerful statement about the science of procreation.  People procreate personalities and not just DNA.  And this is the essence of the modern day belief codes.

 

We believe in what is good and bad, or evil and righteous and for this reason many people are not on target.  We aim for the superficial and not the relevant.  Life is a contemporary being.  The first thing a child should learn is that the first law of nature is self preservation.  Also what has to be understood is that the most consistent thing is change.  Always remember that no matter where you go the perceptual essence of life is change.

 

One man’s reality is another’s dream and so forth.  How do we define reality is it actually as simple as the five senses?  Can we modify the actual essence of knowledge based on personalities and this goes for us all? These are subject of independent nature.

 

OK in the science of DNA procreation what is the rule if there are rules and what is the rules of the after birth?  Can two light skin parents create a d dark child or can two dark skinned parents create a lighter child?  I will introduce deductive reasoning. 

 

I was educated on these ideas and I will give you a reasoning of deduction.  We all know life and the garden of Eden was in Africa.  We are all on earth descendents of Africa and I being an African America in essence I just happen to be nearer to my forefather’s nest.  What is the point?  The process of evolution states that we can procreate lighter and not darker.  A child is said to can’t be darker that the lightest parent   However important is the biology for the descendents of slave in America?   Whereby or tongues were cut and ties to the Mother Land broken.

 

Furthermore, let of think outside the box.  Think about thought patterns.  What are triggers to a higher level of thought?  Should the mind be challenged?  We think as we see and hear and experience.  We are no bigger than the world we experienced and our minds are limited to our emotions regardless if expressed or not.  Why do I say this?  Because humankind are emotional beings.!

 

The mathematics of procreation is nor simply biology of philosophy but a mixture of both.  For as we think we are and as we were is history.  What we did we did and we are as we did and not the history of our ancestors.  We are historic beings and that knowledge is a matter of perception and consciousness.  We are who we are and we are history but not subjected to punishment for our past as we are new being in the lord I AM.

We live in a world whereby terms like Gay (Joy) means homosexual and the term faggot is taboo.  Now you have the right to agree with these concepts but it is an attack on these groups of protected people to disagree unless it is done politely.  Meanwhile as it is taboo to say Jew unless it is done in a good way, do not dear say “Jew me.”  But in Hollywood every other word is nigger and bitch referring to black people.

 

Has it become a crime to say what you feel?  Is this an artificial society whereby the world thinks Americans are what the media dictates what we can say in public.  Does the world think that Americans really believe that being a Jew makes you one of God’s children and being homosexual makes you one of Gods protected children and being black means you are without class and deserve to be put in prison or on the front line of war?

 

It is sad how blacks have so much spending power and political power, yet we are on the bottom of the barrel.  It is a sad day when it became a greater curse upon man to say the word faggot opposed to say nigger or black bitch.  A black man can kill a black man that is expected, but do not dear even say something grossly negative about homosexuals, because instead of them getting on their knees, you will be brought to yours. 

 

It is not fair people should be able to say what they truly feel without media censorship, that the American society can be represented for what it is, because until then it cannot be corrected.  We have to know how people really feel about the craziness going on especially when it comes to homosexuality, Jews and blacks.  But only when it comes to blacks is it all right to say nigger.

 

My point, not to say some Jews are not God’s children but some are very evil, and certainly some homosexual are straight up faggots and go out of their way to act feminine, nasty and smell like and ass exhaust pipe and most black people are not niggers even if they think of themselves as so, but from what is projected by the media you would never know Americans are aware of this.

I told Janet I was about to get my second crown cemented, which symbolizes something to me.  I was once told no real gangster has his real two front teeth, I said well I will be going to the dentist, because nobody is punching them out, unless they want to die.  I was told I was to get it place in then I was told it has to be modified and the timing was suspicious, it was at the time I yelled on the roof I was leaving the country.  So I am quite suspicious as to what type of modification is being done, but with satellite technology they can read the date of a dime from outer space on the ground on the streets, so I said what would be the point to place a tracer.

 

It’s like being a traveler and throughout the journey you hit stations of life, like a traveler needs to gas up his car you have expenses so you seek income by whatever means to pay bills a job so on.  But the station of life is not the journey it is just one of many stops.  The military has what is called a main duty station, where you go to receive your assignments, which is man’s hometown.  You go to your hometown for a few months receive your next assignment and usually your stations in life get better each time you return as a reward for completing the last mission, I think it is almost time for me to receive a new assignment and travel in a new direction.  This is called a promotion.

 

I feel like I got promoted and demoted at the job front in the same day, but am these true senses of things, because my salary and hours are unchanged, which I do not want changed.  I mean depending on scheduling of meetings this may well be the best thing to happen to me since being with the organization, because I just inherited the largest work space in the office, which I only need a few hours per day.  I cannot elaborate on this because everything about that place and my department is confidential, so in a pessimistic viewpoint I got promoted and demoted, in an optimistic viewpoint I got a double promotion, but in reality nothing really changed but my work area.

 

I say this all to say what?  As a guiding symbol of hope if you do not work you do not eat and he received a second crown.  How do you wear two crowns, if his power is in the word?

 

If a certain way of doing things does not seem to be working then change direction – better still, tip your world upside down and see if it doesn’t look better the other way up. The more you experiment over the next 12 months the more you will achieve.

No matter what the facts and figures might say, if your sixth sense tells you that something is not quite right today you must listen to it and act on it. You know from long, painful experience that your other senses don’t always get it right.

I think we should not get caught up in false self fulfilling prophesies, I was briefly watching a program on television about the book of revelation and it talked about the end of times, which is horrifying drama whereby Satan and the Lord go at it for once and for all.  Do we have to really go there?

 

I have so many things I want to accomplish in the next few months that to some degree I feel overwhelmed, but as the old cliché goes do it one step at a time and just do it.  I did something that I hope falls through it would be a first step, but it might have to be one of the last steps, I will see what they say in 2 or 3 weeks.

The Rock Witchu Tour is officially terminated due to scheduling conflicts and other issues.

(Maybe the summer of 2010 will be better economic times)

 

So I am going to get a break in life soon?  You know we have been there before and I am now like the dude who prays after he eats, because too many times he was given a plate of food and before he could eat any of the food it was taken back away from him.

 

As for yelling from on top of the roof, these people are they really ready for the truth and if they knew and believed the truth that would they depict me as?  See Satan is a sly bitch, he has the world believing that when the Son arrives unless he (Satan) has an opportunity to do his evil deeds to the maximum, that the person the world believes is the Lord is actually Satan.  So is the world ready for the truth or must they experience their own self fulfilling prophesy and catch pure hell first?

 

You will enjoy life to the full over the coming 12 months. You will wring every last drop of pleasure from each and every passing moment. But don’t stop there. Help others to get more from their lives as well. Be a good example. Be someone they can follow.

If there is something you want to tell the world, something worth shouting about, Mercury in the communications area of your chart will encourage you to get vocal about it. Some may disagree but one day soon events will prove you right.

When I read the message of the day today, the song that came to mind was the song by the Jackson’s called “That is what you get (for being polite)” on the Destiny album.  Anyone who knows me knows I did what I did because of love and because of my love for Janet Jackson I was controllable.  You’ll use Janet to keep me under control; I did not want anything to happen to her by any means.  Now I wonder is love an illusion and is it all about power?  Because she knew that power existed over me and she played along, but she did fear for my live once and wanted to take me to California and hide me.  I said no, because I knew you had not power over my life or death.

 

I told a brother yesterday that if a person going through the process to elevate in life and am treated unfairly in the process and he hates everyone as a result of the process that was hateful but if he was rigorous can he get the top only to hate the world he came to save?  He would be no different than the people he replaced and nothing would change.  His mission would have then been worthless!

 

So often I say “I rather am known as a bad person who does good things, than good person bad things are done to.”  But if you say this will people take your alleged badness serious.  They say Fear the Lord, but who fears the good, they fear the bad and fear motivates goodness in many people.  They do well because they fear the consequences of their actions, but there are people who swear up and down the Lord died so that they do not have to suffer the consequences of their actions.  My point getting back on course is that if you can scare a person into doing the right things you did a good job.

 

I danced around the subject matter, but the bottom line is dreams can become sobering realities and the reality of the fact is power, it is all about power.  The question is once you get the power is how do you feel and treat humanity.  Can you overcome this evil world and still have love in your heart.  Will people respect you if they know in advance you will forgive them and honestly being true to yourself will you find it in your heart to forgive those who made your life a living hell?  Then love becomes the question and the dream faded.

 

The most important thing on your anniversary is that you identify your number one goal. Once you are clear in your mind what it is, write it down on a piece of card and carry it with you wherever you go. Look at it often and stay true to your dream.

Be warned that if you go to extremes now you will have to pay for it later in the month – and on balance you will get the worst of the deal. You of all people should know that everything evens out in the end. It’s a spiritual law and cannot be broken.
