Many start old and new are siding with Red Bull and Monster Energy Drinks.  Artists are filming videos, making jingles and full songs that mention one of the products.  It is anticipate monster red as being a major drink promoted by Stackz 2020.  Many artist such as P. Diddy, Janet Jackson, Lil Wayne, Alicia keys, Beyonce, Jay Z then you have people like Chris Brown, Usher, Jermaine Dupri, the Time Band who is currently performing at the Flamingo in Vegas.

 

This is booked as being the event of the summer, with all types of giveaways and prizes and free energy drinks.  This campaign is a tie in with Live Nation, as Live realized energy drinks wakes up a crown and alcohol pit them to sleep.

The reason why people like Janet Jackson and Prince, the Time Band and even perhaps Michael Jackson are having a hard time finding a major label contract is not the lack of talent or a genuine fan base, but because  the industry wants empty brains with a good voice, they do want to do business with artist that know the business, they want to exploit dumb kids and not veteran artist who will demand their fair share.  Take the industry’s big night!

 

There was time when celebrity status meant something it meant a real fan base.  There was a time when the Grammy’s meant a fashion statement of the true Hollywood and stars.  Now it is a bunch of one night wonders, urban artist being true to the game in jeans hanging off of their ass and Beverly Hillbillies rich looking penniless, not to forget Rock Stars looking like it is just another day out at the shopping Mall.  They took the reward out of awards, which was one night of fantasy.  Is it because of the lack of sponsorship?

 

The record industry is not what it used to be, the piracy industry is a major factor in the poor sales as the business is becoming lackluster.  The true culprit is the RIAA, mentioned in another article so we do not have to go there again.   But the bottom line applies here as it applies in America in a whole, we have to manufacture our own goods once again and stop outsourcing everything that requires labor.  The American worker is the best consumer of American products

The Mission statement has to do with music and helping artist through promotional and giving them recording opportunities, by building recordings studios around the country in mainly Urban Areas. Giving unsigned independent artist recording opportunities

 

#5: The Underground Distribution Network:  Put out CD’s using duplicators, setup strategically around the country at major cities.  They will be like the Avon Lady they will get a Business associate ID and sell CD’s to family and neighbors.  There will be an accounting system put in place, but being it is a non profit organization it is not just about record sales but putting out a message, so piracy can work to our advantage in some cases, because we are talking about making music as a social action.

 

#6: Packaging: I just bought 10 packs of 10 quads DVD/CD Cases by TDK they cost $3.99 per 10 packs and hold 4 CD’s per case.  How much will it cost wholesale is the question, but $0.39 per 4 CD compilation case is cheap packaging.  Plus 50 DCD storage inserts go for about$17 after taxes or $34 per 100 which equal $034 per insert retail, with ink from printer we are talking less than $1.00 per packaging with a professional look.

 

#7: The Beauty: I was told that we to copyright protect the products, I said no because it is a non profit organization and sometimes piracy could be good if it gets the word out about a cause.  Now here is a secret I will not write about concerning the grand architecture or great design.  First of all piracy organizations are our best distributors. Why?

 

#8: Accounting system emplacement: Depending on the artist and their demand, we predetermine how many burning licenses we authorize.  An example is we say Janet Jackson’s next album will sell 2 Million copies.  We go to the Underground Distribution Network, who are now the piracy organizations and say you can burn 2 million copies of this CD and sell them for $5.00 each and we want say $1.25 per CD, make it $1.00 to keep it simple, they pay 2 million dollars and burn as many as they want up to 2 million but this will not stop them from burning more.  However here is the catch 22, by accepting these contracts in smaller bulks in different areas around the country say 20,000 here and 100,000 there up to 2 million total they become a legitimate operation and have needs for their equipment and now they have to be caught red handed for there equipment to be confiscated.  Furthermore by making these contracts they actually can justify their income by paying taxes on the profits made. Make sense?

Prince put out a double solo album plus an album by Bria Valente which is co-written and co-produced by Prince.  I have not heard one song off of the album over the radio yet and Prince deserves more respect than that.  Prince as an Independent Artist plans to release 4 albums this year and two of them are out now.

 

Maybe he should have listened to me and considered the Underground Distribution Network or something other than an exclusive deal with Targets for all three albums for $11.98.  When I get around to going to Targets I will probably pick up the CD because Prince is always good for a few funky tunes, with two albums hopefully double the funk.

 

I am sure that Janet Jackson and the Time Band is watching Prince closely, as they may go Independent as well.  But Janet should be alright if she does as she plans to do and tour along with the album, use Ticket-Master as an outlet for album sales and be more creative in the distribution aspects.  Personally I hope the best for Prince.

Did Janet Jackson get paid properly for her tour?  Is this the real reason for its abrupt ending?  For that matter do black entertainers get paid properly for their concert tours in general?  I just want to assure black entertainers that all is not as it seems and you have a greater interest in things you have not idea about.  A lot of the new money is not the Illuminati as the old money sold them short.  You give certain people more credit than they deserve.  A lot of the new corporations and monsters of entertainment is not the old money (Wall Street as you know them).  There is a new corporate America on the verge of a hostile takeover.  It is simple your lack of faith that you cannot see what is happening.  You have been heard Stephanie Mills, and you only confirmed my suspicions, you are right in you have nothing to worry about.  But the power that is to be is not as white as you may think.  Have faith.

We will see.  The main idea behind my economic agenda is to bring money back into the system as I give politicians especially the president of the United States plausible denial.  The bottom line is the money is out of the system because the foolish big corporate America tried to sell us out.  But they sold themselves to us and now what I do not like is we seem to be giving it back to them too much without enough strings attached.

 

As I said, the big corporate America has been policing them but we were a step ahead of them and we policed the police.  The bottom line as stated in the Economic Crisis a letter to the Illuminati, we have the money and it will never be found unless certain conditions are met.  Right now they are simply creating more debts to move the economy, but unless money is returned to the system the economy will never be recovered.  I told you’ll what is necessary and feel it is not necessary to repeat myself.

 

Oh by the way, my policy for banking is not to lend $30 for every $1 in the bank, but to lend $1 to every $10 deposited in the bank and based on this policy my settlement of $1 Trillion dollars, will become the lending power of $10 Trillion dollars to help build a better economy.

Usually the music album for an independent artist is a promotional tool and the product is the things it is used to promote such as a tours, gaining advertisement endorsements, getting the music on the airwaves and video games and commercials, because of the weak distribution of independent distributors as secondary clients to the record stores, the shelf space is regulated and therefore the sales expectations are lowered.  Janet Jackson, Prince and the Time Band as well as numerous artist who are independent now and unsigned artist like LL Cool J has to look for another ways to get their music to the consumers,

 

Now we have Live Nation who has joined with Ticket-Master, who is the number one concert promoter and the US and beyond, which should mean instant record sales tied to the sales of concert tickets through ticket master, then there is the idea of taking record sales to the streets in door to door fashion like Avon personalizing the music buying cliental.  The Underground Distribution Movement is a very serious consideration.  Yes certain logistical considerations have to be taken into account for sales accountability for tax reasons and chart positioning.

 

Why would a black market network be interested in a legitimate CD distribution operation that would raise the prices of the product to about $5 per CD?  Which is a far price because the packaging standards will be higher and similar to what you find in stores?  It should cost us about $1 per CD to record the album, and package it and distribute it, based on a certain amount of sales to create a breakeven point.  Our main costs will be in recording album with quality in mind.  That leaves $4 to split between the music production and record company in Janet’s case Black Doll and Flyte Tyme and the distribution network per CD.  A far split in such a case would be $1.5 to the record company and $2.5 to distribution and $1 to product development for and distribution, in getting the product to the consumer.  Out of the $1.5 one dollar goes to the artist and $0.50 to the production of the album personal, such as producers and engineers and so forth such as studio time.  In Janet’s case 2 million sales puts $2 million in Janet’s pockets from record sales alone a million to Flyte Tyme Productions a million to production and distribution costs of $2 million and $5 million split to the distributor down to the sales person.  Now this is just Janet’s CD. 

 

Now everyone will not sale like Janet, but the idea is that these sales persons will have diverse products and a long list of artist.  Is that a good enough reason to become legitimate?  I will take this a step further, I think inspirational and gospel music should be sold at the level of the Churches and delivered by the same distributors bring spiritual music to the steps of the churches supporting ministries and getting directly to the right cliental. Forget-a-but store shelf space, we can do this.  We are talking about 1,000s of jobs nationwide as well as numerous outlets.

One of the huge elements of the underground economy is movie and music piracy.  You have a lot of street venders who have established businesses and major distributors who supply them.  I think they are an army waiting for marching orders and can make it possible for independent artist like Janet Jackson, Prince and the Time band to get there music directly to the consumers.  These entrepreneurs are already moving million upon millions of illegal media.  With the CD duplication technology out there independent artist could license these distributors who have the line of street distribution to put there music in the hands of the consumers legally.  All they have to do is give the distributor a license and a master album and it is all on and sell as many if not more CD’s than the major labels sell in stores and certainly more than what the independent distributors sell in stores with lower mark ups, at lower prices for at least an equal profit margin.  I am just brainstorming.  But if enough independent artist team up and do this the merchandise would be diverse, well received and an exciting movement to the streets and an opportunity for many to do what they are already doing but legally. Independent artist should bypass the record stores and take it to the streets directly that should be the marketing strategy of 2009-10 and the future.

I am about the begin to take minor risks basically I am the equipment man and I plan to use people who has been overlooked and give them an opportunity to do things that they  have the ability to do if they had the proper equipment.  I am sort of like springing out and creating activities outside what I do on my own in order to accelerate actions.  My first move is to hire a songwriter and screenwriter.  With the understanding that I do not own them behind these smell investments and they have the liberty to do things for themselves outside of the projects I will assign them.  But my projects must have the priorities.

 

I could use one more spending sprees not for fun but to complete an investment, aside from the above actions I am about or in the process of building another music studio.  I have the resources to build this studio but until I receive another income, I feel it would be reckless spending.  I am at the borderline of being financial responsible.  These guys seem to be an army and a movement ready to go at it and deserve to be invested in.  I asked my sister did she want to be my partner code for taking some of the financial commitments away from me.  See I need people who I can depend on to help pay for us to play and I can put those men into the game in a week or two.  Yes I have the line of credit, but I do not have the income to go all out and invest in these artists.  I guess that is the meaning of risk.  A risk I am not totally ready to take until I get return on what I did already.  My projection is these guys might not give me any return for about 6 months at a minimum if done right with proper preparation, the good thing is they have been at this for some time now, they just need the equipment.  There is a legitimate reason why they cannot invest in themselves now and it has everything to do with where they were when they learned there skills and became committed to the movement.  Yes this is a movement that I am debating on investing in and contracts might have to be drawn up.  These men deserve a break they are basically fresh out of prison, talented and committed to doing it right this time.  I wonder if I am being selfish and am I letting them down.  All they are asking for is a quality home studio to work out of.  Or are you’ll being selfish by holding on to me income?

You may be hard-headed in some ways but in others you are a bit of a softie and you won’t be able to turn away people who need your assistance. Don’t take on so many lost causes though that you no longer have time for your own needs and desires.

You may be tempted to cross the street to avoid certain people, and you may have very good reasons for doing so, but you must overcome that urge and open a dialogue with them over the next 48 hours. Sooner or later you’ve got to talk. Make it sooner.

I stayed up until about 3:30 am last night; I woke up on the computer about 5:30 am and never responded to this message. I feel out, so I went to bed. Sorry about that, but I was working on a song that I will finally be able to audition on the monitor speakers and stereo.  I only heard it on the headphones because it was so late and my apartment is not soundproof.  So you have to tell me what are lost causes?  I know of very few of them and in-between, most people are just misunderstood.  We are probably talking about two different groups anyway.  So I will leave that remark alone.

 

But again we are going in two different directions because probably who I might not want to deal with are the few and in-between people, so again I will leave it alone.  I like the song I hope Janet, the Time and Michael use some of them, songs I plan for them to be used, I try not to mention too much about them or post them on the web, because we have three albums about to be released, hopefully a few of mine’s will get picked up they would make good songs, they are good songs even as I perform them so imagine what we will have with professional vocals, production and instrumentation.

 

I upgraded to Movie Magic Screenwriter 6, for finish out my screen, I also plan to try my hand on a few spoofs and commercials.  I will be busy the next TWO months; I just want my credits for my part of the projects and my check in the mail for a change.  To be honest I enjoy doing this stuff, but I have been there and done this as a ghost to no credit until this day.  I just ask that they do right by me this time for my ideas and actual work and if they listen to me they will blow up again for certain.  If nothing else I am a source to new ideas and innovations.

 

I think my sister hooked me up for m birthday, we will wait and see if she asks for it back, I just do not have anything I need to buy now, but we never know what the future holds.

There is a huge possibility that a commercial will come out of the Black Doll and Flyte Tyme Productions camp sponsored by Monster Energy Drinks.  A humorous spoof about how Morris Day’s Sexual Prowess and Monster Energy Drinks are synonymous and Janet happens to be the fine girl he pursues at the night club, all in fun only the way the Time Band can represent.  Not meant to offend and done tastefully, as Morris made Stacy Adams the style of the 80’s the Time is betting on Monster over Red Bull in a battle similar to Pepsi and Coke.  The competition will only increase market share for both companies as Hip Hop and R&B, Pop Artist take their sides.  Just the break we need from Beer commercials.

The Apostle is a very in depth story about unimaginable truths, it is the untold story about a lot of people and Janet Jackson is a leading role, but she cannot play the part, however I want Michael and Janet to do the final approvals of the casting. There is sex but I do not want to have sex scenes in it, leaving it to the imagination. I need a director and perhaps Tyler Perry is the man and perhaps you are the woman to play Janet. Good Luck!
